it charges so many fees. they have no problems with taking 30 from my account every few days, but trying to make changes onto my account or get ahold of them, forget it. worst scam ever

highway robbery the app doesn't show all the transactions and I know they robbing me bc I put in 20$ and go through the 130 for like 20miles and all the money id gone gotta keep refilling it this is just a scam just going to stop using tolls they're getting out of hand

Another forced update, and while driving too. This is happening way to much.

I haven't had any issues since using my EZ Tag.

I travel a lot and it was easier to use eztag for a lot of places rather than waiting in line to pay each time passing. I have had no issues using this app or the website. So many times I have rushed to add money right before passing with no issues. Plus about it for me is it is good for Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. Easy to add and remove vehicles as well.

Terrible. They keep claiming my payment declined despite me going through 3 attempts at updating my banking information on the app. They pull the money out just fine but then several days later claim the payment didn't go through and charge me a $30 in a decline fee every time. My account is settled and charging fine with the usual surplus for future tolls. Customer service is even worse. Do yourself a favor, change to another toll tag company.

The app double bills you. I paid in full, and then 2 days later, it showed the balance wasn't paid. Please stop stealing money. I didn't go through a 100.00 dollars worth of tolls in one day. I had to pay it you won't let anyone view the bill until after the balance is paid and you are the ones at fault

The app was fine until now, when I'm trying to log in the app freezes now I'm stuck on the page where I have to copy a code and unlock my account just to pay but non of the information is coming up it's all blank.. I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall but it's the same issue

Worst experience on this app Does not seem to remember user and pass My account keeps suspending because I can't see my charges on time To unsuspend an account is a great challenge because you get less than a min To memorize the code as it doesn't let you copy it even though it has the icon to do it And you have to fill out all details and card info and review and submit in the required time otherwise it kicks you out and you start from scratch again Fast thinking is a must! Terrible!

I'm visiting Austin and getting a rental car. This app allows me to add a rental car's license plate to this account so that I can bypass the extra charges from the rental agency for toll roads (rental agencies charge a daily charge plus actual use charges). GREAT for renters!! The fingerprint log in on my Android phone works perfectly! Very convenient.

one of the worse apps. tried to reset password using email or phone number and both options never sent the verification code. every time there's a problem you will have to call customer service. might as well remove the options to reset and just display the number to call.

Their system is set up to scam you. Causing toll violations. High fees and fines. You can't maintain an account if you can't make payments because they block all your payment methods. Customer service is absolutely no help. I don't know who to file a complaint with but maybe the Texas Attorney General is a start.

If I'm using biometrics to verify my login why do I have to use picture verification to log a payment on my account? Wouldn't it be easier to use biometrics or not at all considering I've already logged in? It might be easier to use biometrics for the same verification. I'm having to log into the web because this app is incapable of working on payments.

I have a love/hate with this app now. This is one of the most efficient apps on my phone but your decision to prove that I'm not a robot and have to check all these puzzles while I'm driving is going to cause an accident. Why can't it just be my facial recognition or fingerprint to authorize the purchase?

This is a faulty if not downright fraudulent app. I already have an account online with them, but the app wouldn't let me log in using my current username and password. I called the EZ Tag store and the employee there said my username and password should have worked. She couldn't explain why it wouldn't.

The customer service and convenience is really nice. I accidentally ordered an EZ TAG for my rental car. When I needed to return the rental. I sent them an email to cancel the plate. And they just called me to confirm. I recommend using the EZ plate option for rental cars. God bless Texas!

The stupid timer to unsusspend is not enough time when you kick out the card on file. It takes too long for it to go to each page and then times you out. I have done it 17 times this morning and still can't get it paid. Not happy

so I've downloaded y'all's app onto 3 different devices now and still haven't received a txpass sticker or whatever it is that I'm supposed to be using and I did that 3 months ago and now have an outrageous bill that I just received in the mail saying I'm 60 days past due to y'all and I can't afford it and can't ever get anyone to answer the phone whenever I call the local phone number this is ridiculous and apparently the fees just keep going up and up what do I do to get them to stop and recei

I definitely don't recommend this app if you have a rental car. I got charged twice for the same tolls. 1st time with Ez Tag Express, then 2nd time by Avis. Rental companies don't acknowledge EZ Tag and will charge you anyways

Almost as if the app is glitches on purpose so that you cant add that lil $5 till you get paid or whatever. As if it glitches till you have to pay $20. We all agree after that $20 forced payment the app some how is flawless and logs you in always no problem.
