Faire Wholesale

It is a great way to have many vendors under one account. However, Faire does a terrible job of vetting them, and some are claiming " wholesale" priceing when it is actually full retail pricing or higher. They have been reported to Faire multiple times without anything being done, so make sure you do your research and price comparisons!

I have loved the whole experience from this app. Great products, lots of high quality goods, reasonable prices, and great customer service! They also offer a subscription plan where you can get free shipping when you order from certain shops. Its phenomenal! I have ordered lots of great things that sell fast so I am really happy with this app and highly recommend you check it out if you run a small business!

faire is quite shady. after running a small business for a while and deciding to look into faire for supplies, after placing an order after my new account was approved, they cancelled my order (around $5k) and said they are unable to do business with me, and refuse to explain why. granted they don't have to explain why, but I find it ridiculous to just cancel my order and not give any reason why. if you're a seller on faire, just know you're missing out on a lot of business because I'm alone.

Fix your bug. Every since the update I can't get back into the app. I will change my review if I can actually get in. Update: I got back in but this app constantly crashes and glitches. Your better off using the desktop version. Also there seems to be more items showing up on the desktop version. I've been on both back to back and for some reason I keep seeing the same items/companies over and over again on the app.

Faire gives easy access to tons of brands, and for that I would give 5 stars. The problem with having access to tons of brands is you can get some great products or total junk, and it's hard to know what you'll get. They push this idea of stocking up with the Net60 terms to stock your store, but the truth is you often get stuck with the junk you buy - no returns and no buyers. It's not all junk, but 75% of what I bought look great on Faire, but junk. I've bought things that didn't even work.

This has been so big trouble for me, As a virtual assistant I have been having trouble signing up shops for my Clients, you guys keep rejecting the accounts and it's been such a horrible experience for us. There's no clear guidelines how to get the account accepted just to purchase the inventory. We are online sellers and online sellers are open to brands who sell online only. It shouldn't be this complicated to just purchase the items.

The app is constantly freezing up & "not responding". It is extremely frustrating when working with a customer & need to check on an order or find a product they are requesting. Faire would totally be a 5 star if it weren't for this issue. My only other complaints- Several sellers/brands aren't selling at wholesale prices. You can buy the same product at retail price for cheaper than they are selling wholesale & the MSRP-Not happening. I've also had several orders canceled which is frustrating.

I started off really liking Faire. But, you cannot make partial payments early! You have to pay the entire amount at once. This made me late on something and then I pay all of my items off at once down to zero and they refused to give me any more credit. I've never seen any other place do this. If you are paid up you should at least be able to build back your credit balance but they just cut you off. Can't use it now 🤷🏽

I'm confused as to why I had been rejected to purchase wholesale for my small business. 😕 I would love to know why? I have my license and took images of everything I could and as many as I could add. I run through Poshmark right now, and Faire has good reviews. All I got was an email saying I wasn't accepted at this time and my order that I spent hours looking for items was cancelled... so I'm a little disappointed. If someone could explain, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks - KB

I really like Faire and have been using it for a couple of years now. But it needs to thin the heard of some of its vendors. If a brand has less than a 4 rating, maybe they need to be removed, flagged, or something. Also, I have seen many brands reselling items from SHEIN and TEMU. It used to be a place for actual small business vendors to do business with other small businesses. It's makes it really hard to shop and discover better brands when my feed keeps getting these low rated vendors.

Great app. Only issue is when you scroll through, sometimes the app will freeze, and you have to restart. Also, the update that was done today has made the app not work. I have access to my account page and my saved page. But there is no access to browse for products. Just a blank screen, it looks like it's trying to load.

Absolutely horrible experience! They kept holding onto my order and not pushing them through to the brands that I ordered from... for several months. The communication is absolutely horrible. Now that I'm speaking up, they are making more excuses and they've lost thousands from me. I definitely wouldn't recommend. The shipping is also ridiculous.

I love Faire, but the app specifically is way more frustrating than helpful. There are a couple things that make it harder to navigate than the website, but the worst by far is how sensitive the "Remove Item" swipe function is when viewing your cart. I am constantly accidentally removing items just by scrolling, and I just placed an order that didn't have an item I need because I didn't realize I had deleted it. Just add a confirmation prompt like literally every other site and app! So annoying.

Terrible experience horrible customer service.. issue after issue that they cannot seem to assist or resolve in setting up your account. Not what a new business owner needs to be dealing with in addition to everything else. Several attempts via email no other way to reach them even if you do buy the membership which I have done and no response to even Facebook Messenger reach out for help requests

Faire is very fair, the selection of vendors to choose from is amazing and free insider shipping seals the deal along with net 60.

I am amazed at all the lovely products they showcase. I am new to this but will defo be buying more when I am able. I have even put one of my suppliers on to this website in the hopes they can grow their business as well. Don't know why I waited so long to order.

giving a four star only because you find a lot of unique things to sell. However, the biggest problem with this app is the so called wholesalers are selling at retail price. Meaning, you can be undercut quickly by everyone. Simply because the wholesalers are making full retail while you have to mark up above that just make anything. Needs some regulation. Or at least some honest wholesalers.

I'm a store owner and so far it's nice to have Faire. In the beginning it was hard to use and now it's a lot easier. I'm grateful for Faire. I recommend this site

Usually a great experience, recent updates makes all images from the vendors cropped, so you can't get a clear picture of what the product looks like.

I love shopping with Faire. the prices and selections are great and the vendors are wonderful and efficient
