Online delivery customer service is useless if anything goes wrong. I had an order with a wrong item delivered and the customer service is unable to understand the problem I'm describing despite providing photos and references to the original order multiple times. It's been a month now and they are still unable to get it right.

Blue CHAS card is no more automatically used, when paying at the counter and also self service when using Fairprice app to pay. Link points also cannot be turn on using the app. Why remove them? Need to look for your staff to manually activate the CHAS Card discount at the self checkout. Back to the past.

super convenient to purchase and arrange for delivery. pretty fast delivery too, unless it's some festive season. Not everything sold in the physical stores is available the app though.

Suddenly had problems using only gift vouchers. No problems in the past. Wasted so much time at the cashier, and it was so embarrassing. The long queue behind us stared daggers at us. Don't change what's not broken morons.

Frequently logged out of app without notification. a lot of trouble trying to log back in. inconvenience incurred when ordered food and suddenly unable to pay!

Everytime it updates, asks to login again. This time after update, "Login or sign up" function isn't working at all.

Credit card expired. Deleted the old one and add as new. App show as credit card delete not added. Cannot use the app. Deleted the app and redownload the app. Tried afew times still the same thing happened. Damn silly app.

while using this app at fairprice and kopitiam, suddenly unsucessful payment had occurred for several times. when adding additional payment card, no 6 digiti code via sms was sent. Checked with card issuer no problem was found

App is not accumulating spendings while using at fairprice outlets. Reported on 2nd Dec 2025 but till now the bug is still remain unresolved. Technical team did not update me on the progress at all.

Very badly implemented promotion/e-voucher system. Details of what qualifies under the system remain sketchy. From start to finish, it is clear that the system isn't streamlined, standardized or optimized to work with the rest of the app. NTUC should employ a Kaizen specialist to review their work flows.

CNY period - anything done to cater to high demand of delivery? Now worse! everything is out of stock. Easy to use app but everytime everything is out of stock. How to buy online?

Their online team is not reliable. Post a seasonal promo item on their app but delivered a regular one instead.

U need to give the option to turn off pop ups or not ask whether to linking to singpass. it's annoying to have to popup windows every time I open the app for a supermarket app and a waste of time when in a hurry. asking whether someone wants to sell their info for 10 eggs, once or twice is more than enough.

Your scan and go is not practical. To just check out one item like a small 200ml packet of Magnolia milk requires verification. When the store is crowded, it takes so long to be verified. Ridiculous! There must be a better way! Not recommended if you're in a hurry.

10 failed orders for online delivery, tried 5 different cards, tried Google Pay, from 4 different banks - and customer service ask me to check with the bank on the issue.

The app is user-friendly (5*), although it is stupid too (1*): it says something like 'I think you will love this', referring to a soft drink on sale. I have never bought that kind of thing in Fairprice, and in fact anywhere for at least 40 years.

The autoselection for vouchers borders on malicious. I bought $60 worth of groceries, wanting to use the 6 off 60 voucher. The autoselection picked the $1 voucher...
