I took a three month package. It worked great then the app stopped working over a week now...I emailed twice for support and no one contacted me...I saw the app state it moved Walog, however I already paid for three months to the Familog app and now it seems my remaining subscription won't be transferred and that's not fair........Can someone please help...

Was a great app.. reasonable price. Then it stopped working and they turned off the contact form. They then announced that they were moving to a new app and rather than granting their current customers the ability to use the new app they more than quadrupled their price and continued to charge for the old one that doesn't work. That is stealing and mischievous. Find another company that's more ethical than this one.

Terrible app. Last 3 days every morning I have had to restart the app by clicking on 'start' because the app stops working and every morning when I wake up i can't see any activity that may have happened during the previous night. Paid 3 months subscription. Either refund me or fix your app and compensate me. At this time ide stay away from this developer.

I have been trying to activate my account twice...the amount has been debited both times...but the app says error... why.. I emailed them and it is conveniently said that they haven't received the amount... is this issue going to be sorted ..I have been using it for months never had an issue ...this is the 1st time ...please sort it out ....the error is from your end.. cause if the error messages pops I can't seem to recharge and have no option but to move to another app.

Hi support team, I am a subscriber for your app but was disappointed as the apps has been giving me issues. First was the data which I am unable to email it. Secondly, the timing was inaccurate when my child was online yet it shows offline. Thirdly, when it comes to comparison the screen turns white instead. Lastly, these few days I was unable to log into the apps. Kindly solve the challenges that I'm currently facing and appreciate. Thanks.

I experience the malfunction of the app. I also wrote to contact email but no response. I have made payment but not able to view at all contacts. Notifications of online and offline still pop up for some contacts but main screen shows no analysis or comparison for whole day. This is not right. Data also not accurate. Pls rectify ASAP. A lot of ppl paid for this service usage.

Works for me. Got the trail, it worked well , paid; it was easy and fast, still working well, I get on and offline notifications, but I would like two features added; firstly to have the notification sound changed (it is confusing with other notifications having the same sound) and secondly it would be extremely helpful to see the number of the person that the message has been sent to. Five stars if you can do this.

Using free trial right now. So far, it's great! Stay tuned for update.**Update** free trial is only 8 hrs however it allows you to track 2 phone#s. Other free trials only allow 1 # to be tracked. 3 subscription offers available & prices are very fair considering all the info you get. Exports usage details to your email in excel format w option to save as pdf. I would purchase 3 months but app only allows tracking of 2 #. If developer fixes to track 3#s I WILL PURCHASE 3 months & give 5 stars!!!

It worked very well in the initial paid subscription days but now after using it for a full month I've found some issues with the working of application. Can I get few more days added in my subscription so that I can take a look for few more days about the application and after that I'll buy again a subscription . Hope you all will understand and add few more days to my subscription .

Terrible app. Paid for 3 months subscription. Everyday I have to click on start button to restart tracking because app stops automatically. In other words it is unreliable. if you have been sleeping hoping to see some activity after waking up then youl be disappointed because it's not tracking nothing and hasn't been the whole time. Developer need to either refund me or fix their app and offer free time as compensation.

I've re installed this because another one has failed yet again,this app works very well,however like the other one I had it hasn't got offline tracking for a GB whatsapp which is offline,maybe this could be added in the future as this app works extremely well,also I've written to them about on numerous times and always got a response which is excellent,I'd say its worth trying guys!

Tried the free trial ... Garbage!! first it let me enter 2 contacts, then both stopped working, then one worked, then it looked like I'd registered the same number about 8 times 🤔 very poor layout as well compared with other apps like this... there's a reason it's cheap guys, beware!!

I paid subscription but the app was not working. The app would not show my friend online when he was sitting next to me on his phone on whatsapp. I emailed support but never got any reply at all so I cancelled my subscription. I emailed support 4 times...last email to them a week ago....yep....still waiting for a reply. This app was OK, but now it's a waste of time.

I have bad experience about this app. I paid 3 months subscription. After 14 days of subscription, suddenly the app is not working properly and it's not tracking.. that's why I don't get notification. Developer need to either refund me or fix their app and offer free time as compensation.

IT'S A SCAM...DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION!!! The application does not work and will not provide the rendered services. The company is aware that their application is not functioning but still continues to charge / renew subscriptions. When emailed they will send the below: "Hello, We are really sorry for the problem you are experiencing. The problem is not from us. The problem is experienced due to the messaging application. We are examining the problem. We do our best to help you"

Use other app, this one doesn't work at all, I paid for a week, I check if worked with my own number and a friend's and it doesn't work. Waste of time and money, this useless apps should get removed from the app store. I would like my money back, it's unfair to let them any money if the app doesn't do it's work.

Quite powerful and money saver compared to other apps. Great UI and light-weight also. Please consider this suggestion for your future update: 1. please enable tracker within one monitor screen so we don't need to change between numbers. perhaps you may add one more tab something like "monitor" to watch all of our numbers together. 2. please enable auto refresh for certain period of time or pull to refresh, so we don't need to click the refresh button manually. 3. date range, please enable auto date range for today as default, so we don't need to manually change the date. 4. notification sound, please differentiate the notification sound from online and offline, and please distinguish it from the system notification sound.

Dear all! This is a good app. But DON'T PAY PREMIUM. I paid monthly bill of INR 460 and after deducting the app says, card does not support reoccurring payments! The money didn't revert yet (it's been 7 days). The app still says buy premium and the trial period is over!
