Family Tracker by Phone Number

I have never seen so many ads in one app before. They're so obtrusive, they completely block essential parts of the interface. If an option exists for a paid, ad-free version, I may be inclined to look at it again, but if that option exists in the app, it was likely covered by an ad. Additionally, I recieved an network error when requesting an invite code, without which, it's rendered non-functional. Uninstaller promptly.

False notifications almost constantly. I put it on my son's phone. His phone never left the house, but every 20 minutes or so, I got a notification that he was at an address across the lake. I was going to put it on a friend's phone who has dementia and starting to get a little confused on directions occasionally (her idea), but what good is it if it's not accurate at least for the 3 miles I've tried it out for. A big 👎

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD! Thought this app was free, turns out it isn't. I went to cancel the subscription ASAP, but the site doesn't recognise my email address, so I can't log in to cancel. Yes, I was stupid and gave them my credit card details, so now, because I can't log into cancel, I'm going to have to cancel my credit card. What a scam.

Useless! App does not stay on {in background), on child's phone; so can not track when needed. For some reason it just stops. Lacks appropriate instructions and could not add family-member on some phones as the button would not show up because of navigation bar is in the way. Terrible, it's fake. It's only half of a full app.

This is a TERRIBLE product if you are trying to work with young children (10 and below). The software engineers obviously are not parents and seem to have no recollection of what it is to be a child. As with so many, the advertising is a bit too slick, constantly trying to trick the user into thinking they need to 'click' in order to fulfill some necessary function or to continue to the actual product - resulting in needless app downloads and files that have no place on a CHILD'S phone.

Wow, so far its terrible! Can't click on anything without at least 2 ads getting in the way. Every. Single. Click. That's overwhelming! Plus, I guess unless I buy the premium version I can't track more than one kid. 🤔 Now they'll know who my favorite is. No good, this app sucks

As I entered the app all information needed was already there, I didn't even have to lift my finger to find the devices. Every device listed was tracked and their locations were listed to me. I could already tell it is more than professional work done and I was shocked beyond my belief.😯😯🤗😎

it is not showing exact location

This is not at all what I need. Only seems to want to pair between a parent and a child, and I want to be able to use it with my husband and my mother. Attempted to connect husband's phone as the child, and the only thing his phone had was an SOS button. Maybe if you pay it's a better app, but I'm not going to give money to find out. Am also not a fan of the way it pops up on the screen when I'm busy doing something else, as to remind me it's there. Uninstalling.

Super annoying ads (content and frequency), especially when it generated a ring tone for several minutes (another attempt to get me to opt for the paid version?). That happened at least once a day, and could only be stopped by manually disabling the app. Really a shame that something that COULD be performing a very useful function cleanly is laden with distracting and annoying ad content.

Location was not updating most of the time despite network... 3 days free trial link debited my account straight away... Did not get opportunity to try for three days with option to cancel... Request for refund not responded at all... Truly disappointed with the app and the developer... Won't recommend at all...

Really impressive app to keep track of family members, but the there is an area at the top (i think it says "go" briefly when i hit the settings button) which always seems to be loading. I don't understand it's use but I'm guessing this need some fixing. Furthermore, there has to be a non intrusive way (full screen app startup..) for the app to load when the phone get restarted. Other that that, everything works now.

Taken money from my account without permission. Was told card for verification purposes only! They have never sent any emails (I've checked) and not even created an account for me on the app with the email I gave so I can't cancel. I have had to cancel my bank card and block future payments. I don't have much so this had been really stressful.

I'm giving it a one only because I have to put something. It does not work. When I downloaded it as a trial during an emergency and it never did give me my husband's locatioand it was telling me that he was in Michigan. He hasn't been to Michigan since March. And right now,it's still telling me that he's in Michigan. There is no way to reach anybody or even any controllers to set up or get current info,and then to top it off, get charged forty something dollars for an app that doesn't even work.

I didn't think an app w/such high ratings could be THIS MUCH OF A DISASTER!! With so many apps out there that do 10x as much FOR FREE, What were these guys thinking? You have to pay just to get unreliable tracking history?? No way! Uninstalling straight away!

Doesn't make sense... I read the reviews. A response from the developer stated there is a paid version with no ads. So, I went to the developers page to find the paid version but it's not there. Then I downloaded the free version thinking I would easily find an in app link to upgrade. No link. That doesn't make sense. I just want to know how much the paid version is. This shouldn't be difficult to understand. Yet, here we are. I hate doing reviews, but this developer deserves this one star.

Not an app, just a method for pushing ADS on you. And from the other reviews it seems they rip off your bank account if you're dumb enough to give them credit card details. Don't bother replying Dev, your answers are so patronising, condescending and dismissive it's clear you only made this app to rip people off during this fuel and financial crisis.

Very good app. as I had downloaded the free trial version which like other app have many adds to disturb you. Hopefully paid version is better which I dint use it.

STOP...! So far it has proven to be quite useless. Cannot give me 'realtime' location. Delayed by hours and way off in location due to this. Have paid for a subscription too, but totally underwhelming. How do I cancel my subscription immediately?
