Fan Noises For Sleeping

Multiple settings it suited my needs once I found the right combo. *because the right combo was not the perfect combo, it seemed to be too digital. I don't exactly know how to express it with words. however, your app was the best one that I found when I was looking for it. trying to sleep with a fan noise in a room where there was no fan to be heard*

Overall its just "o.k". The fan sounds are fairly realistic and I would give it 5 stars if it didn't crash every night. Put the timer on "infinite" 5 nights in a row, and it didnt last thru the night once. Found myself waking up to turn it back on. Not sure if thats a glitch or what, as I have a brand new Galaxy S21+ with 5g internet signal and strong wifi. Other than the consistent crashing, its a decent app.

I love setting 6 it reminds me of my parents house. First app i found that has a lower frequency fan/air sound! I fall asleep faster and sleep better!!!! Very soothing!!! And it stays on...I don't have problems with it cutting off!! I love that it has the night time mode!! That means more sound sleep for me...not getting awakened by it cutting off or switching to another sound!! Thank you!!

Does what it say! I have tinnitus and need ambient noise to drowned out the constant ringing in my ears. This works great! Especially when I sleep somewhere there is not a fan. Or when the fan has an annoying tick. I just assume to use this app! I'd pay for a pro version just to support this app developer. The ads in the app do not interfere with what I need it to do. The ads run when you pause or stop the fan.

Everyone in my family has always fallen asleep to fan noise. When we recently stayed at an AIRBNB and I couldn't set the fan to "On", I hoped someone had possibly invented a fan noise (sound is probably a better word than "noise") App. Found this, perfect! Thank you for helping us get a better night's sleep. I also like to turn it on low when I read in bed before sleep. The timer is such a smart addition.

I have grown very dependent on this app to fall asleep/ stay asleep. I love it so much. My husband has also mentioned how dependent he's become when he hated it at first. I do get very frustrated when it automatically lowers the volume in the night or shuts off completely. I notice right away and wake up to fix it and then I'm upset. But for the most part- it's a life saver.

YES Ads did interrupt the app every few minutes, but the customer service was so helpful that I have changed my review. If you click pause for one second, the ads pop up immediately and you may have to shut down the app and restart the app. So avoid hitting the pause for 1 second if you hate those bothersome ads. I did not have my timer on. Then they made some changes and the ad stopped interrupting my sleep.

UPDATE: I love this app and the sounds it offers, but I am also having the issues others have listed with it just randomly shutting off for no reason. I have triple checked the timer is off. I close all other apps. I have triple checked my phone and battery settings. Everything is as it should be, and yet the app will still just randomly shut off. This had exactly the fan sound I was looking for. It sounds natural and doesn't make a looping sound. It's simple but perfect.

I was out of town for the weekend and forgot my portable Dohm sound machine. After downloading several "white noise" apps I found this to be the best to replicate what I believe to be a nice even fan/white noise sound. It had several fan noises to choose from and the volume was good. I had it on all night (9 hours) with no issues, 2 nights in a row. I did keep my phone plugged in to power both nights to ensure good battery life.

I have done the battery optimization thing and that app still turns off throughout the night. I wish there was an option for it to run longer than 60 minutes. I wake up constantly throughout the night when it shuts off and have to turn it back on. If this problem was fixed I would give 5 stars. I enjoy the sound and it helps me fall asleep quick.

Started glitching out of nowhere and turning off multiple times throughout the night. Woke up in silence, turned it back on and it turned back off again. One time because someone called me, the other times for no reason at all. Very disappointed. Another recent reviewer has the same issue of it shutting off in the middle of the night, developer responded with "there's nothing to fix", with a defensive tone, much like the other responses. I don't have any battery optimization or any battery save

App seems to crash often. **UPDATE**I wish I could print screen to show battery optimization is turn off for this app. The sound variations are amazing. Fan 7 on low played through a Bose speaker was the perfect sound, but to constantly wake up to hit play was way too often. Because I feel you have a good start to a good application, I want to help troubleshoot. It seemed to stop playing almost hourly, but not always, when you receive other notifications, but not aways. I would give another try!

I have been using the app for months, and in the beginning, it was great, but the latest update is utter garbage. The ads that run at the bottom of the page sometimes have music with them and wake me in the middle of the night. I have had to start putting my phone on airplane mode before I sleep. This means scheduled emails don't go out the next morning. Fix your silly app. I need my rest. Edit: Not your fault? It's your app. Take responsibility or don't respond. This is the best white noise app I've found. It really does sound like a box fan, but without freezing my husband or myself on Maine winter nights. I like that you can choose from several types of fans, and it even lets you choose a fan "speed". I also like the simplicity: these are just "fan"-generated white noise sounds. Nothing more, nothing less. There are banner ads, but I've never found them to be a nuisance, nor has it ever made me watch an ad before I could play my chosen sound.

Almost every time I use this app it shuts off after a short time, like maybe 10-15 minutes. I tried Uninstalling and reloading but that didn't help. I like the tones so I'll keep using it but that's an issue that I keep having. ☆In response to battery optimization, I've tried to find that setting through your apps gear tab. That tab only has 3 tabs under that, fade out, contact us, share. I've checked the battery saver/ optimization tab through my phones settings but it is off.

This app works great! I struggled with another white noise app always shutting off in the middle of the night, but this one runs all night long. Just make sure you toggle of your phone's wifi before bed and you are good to go. Many different fan noises and frequencies available, so you are sure to find the sound that's right for you.

Great fan noises. Doesn't turn off in the middle of the night or when you get a notification like others. Edit: For the last 3 nights, in the middle of the night, it plays an ad with sound. A song plays, and there's no way to turn it off. Wakes me up and ruins the whole night of sleep. This makes the app worthless.

My home has ambient sounds that I have unsuccessfully tried to muffle through the years. Of course, it is most disruptive at bedtime. Earplugs/wax, Bluetooth headband, high decibel headsets, nature sounds,TV timer, and others long discarded and forgotten, could fill a drawer. The volume and choice of fan sounds are superior to other apps I've tried. This fan noise does not cover the ambient noise. It does serve as a parallel focus that helps me beyond any expectations I could hope for. Thanks!

I'm a horribly light sleeper and this app saved me from several sleepless nights while on a work trip. I tried a couple before I found this one. Easy to use and works perfectly. You can set on a timer or play all night. You can choose between different fan sounds and turn the volume up pretty loud. And not a ton of ads. I highly recommend.

I use this appt when I'm away from home to help me sleep. It is very convenient. I would give 5 stars if it didn't keep shutting off throughout the night, even though I have it set to infinite playback. Of course, it turning off wakes me up, and then I'm trying to get it started back up again.
