The App continues to have the same problem of not being able to verify location and getting a message saying "sorry its a problem on our end". Don't have the same issue with the Sportsbook but it continues to be a problem that you can't even sign up for fantasy lineups. Been a problem for over a month now and still no fix. 2 months later problems continue with the Fantasy App. No fixes. Now continues to have problems showing contests. No support to fix issues

constantly saying "no Internet connection" when there is, the sports book app works fine but they can't verify my location for the fantasy app. it constantly says it's on my end it's not I restart phone clear cache sign in and out and then it'll all of a sudden work after refreshing, but as a busy person I can't sit around till it works, if I could get my phone number issue resolved with draft kings but again their customer service sucks i would go back there in a heartbeat.

I like this app. However, they're constantly locking me out of my account 🙃. I've gotten to the point where it's just too hard to activate it again. So I've just quit using it! Since I'm in Washington state, there's no money involved. why they make it so difficult is just not justified. 2 stars now. They will only address you by Name if you leave 5 stars. Otherwise, hello NO NAME. Good Customer Service would start at the top!

clunky to use. I've played fantasy football for a decade using a wide array of apps/websites and this is by far the worst. After being forced to use it for the third year in a row (comish makes us use it) it all of a sudden stated that it could not verify my ID. I contacted support FOUR separate times and they just talked me in circles. they were clueless and just tried to end the call or push me off to another representative. I will not be in that league this year and I feel FREE!

Downloaded this app to take advantage of the increased odds for UFC 264. Spent hours trying to take advantage but after multiple failed attempts and absolutely no help from support, I gave up. Instead, I went to DraftKings and placed my bet. While I didn't win as much, the experience was much easier and I didn't run into any issues. But at the end of the day, FanDuel cost me $145 by not allowing me to place my bet. That's not an insignificant amount of money and is inexcusable.

The same thing happened last year. When we get close to the NFL playoffs, especially on Sunday, I can't get a lineup picked because the system has crashed. Then, when I finally can get in, all of the slots for the fantasy events that I want to enter are all filled up. I can't get any of my picks in unless I have a lot of money to spend. This is ridiculous. Upgrade your system, or I'm going to another app. 🤬 I just checked the lineups I was able to pick and 2 are missing that I picked days ago.

Got a free NBA voucher to use last night. Picked and submitted a lineup, got the confirmation of all set. Check on it after the games and there's no live, no recent.. Only thing showing is a voucher with a timer on the top (hour and change left at that point) that shows "claimed" and nothing further. Real easy to give free vouchers away when there's no risk of paying out, huh?

Push notifications are horrible!! There has been way too many times that ive set lineups only to find out that 2-3 of them are out after the game already started. If you live a busy lifestyle, like me, you'll be extremely frustrated with this. Correct me if im wrong but doesnt It makes sense that if you set a lineup and some breaking news comes up about a player(s) status you should be notified?? It literally happened twice to me last night and i think that is totally unfair, money wasted.

App just crashes constantly now while you're in the middle of making lineups. I've updated it, reinstalled, etc. My phone is Samsung Galaxy 5. Dropped the score from 5 stars down to 3 and now I'm dropping it down to 1 for this generic answer you keep giving everyone. TONS of people are having this same issue, has nothing to do with our phones. Guess I'll just stick to Draftkings.

So frustrating. My account was put into "review" status because apparently someone tried to access it. Review status means you don't have access to the account or your money. Was told it would be 10-14 days. On day 15 I reached out. Was told no, it is actually 3-4 weeks. And each time I am reassured that someone will be reaching out. Past week 5 and still nothing. I feel helpless. You can't talk to anyone on a phone. Chat agents try to help but don't have the tools to answer questions.

Cant place on sportsbook app, so I'll do it here. The sportsbook casino, mainly the black jack, is rigged. Don't play it. With approximately 420 wins and 730 losses, a net winning % of under 37%, DO NOT waste your money. Until this is regulated and fixed, stay away from the casino. You've been warned. There's an obvious reason why it isn't on the app store & you can't review and give feedback.

Both app and website using Chrome malfunction. I have both JavaScript and cookies enabled. I still get press & hold to ensure human. I do that, log in and now unable to save my lineups. On the app it says no Internet connection. I'm on WiFi and has 5G. I force start app then uninstall. Reinstall and get same error. For the website 3 dots populates and still can't save my lineups. Ongoing issues for over 6 months now. Fix your app and website please 🥺

Free games and vouchers not working, customer service nonexistent. Uninstalled and re-installed app, still the same! Update: after emailing support, unable to resolve issue. Kept telling me I had the wrong version, when in fact I had the right version verified by screenshot. Finally got this answer from FanDuel support: My apologies. I was unable to find any issues with your account on our end, and have no information about any ongoing issues with the app at this time. Useless!!!

Taking money from the little guys, giving it to the sharks. I sat and watched my number stay stagnant for almost 5 minutes last night, while 4 of my players either scored, rebounded or assisted. Entries 1-144 were tied, and they ALL somehow had white stars by their name. I've spent too much money to be cheated, so the app is getting DELETED! I've been on fd for at least 3 years, and have won more money on MKF over the last month.

Lousy security led to me losing a lot of money when my account was highjacked. Spent weeks trying to straighten it out but all they do is ask for customer service reviews with no follow up. Was one of my favorite apps for years but would highly recommend closing your account before it happens to you. If a site doesn't care when they are breached, you shouldn't trust them!!

The refresh rate of the status bar at the bottom of the screen that shows live and upcoming games is delayed. I takes about a minute to update to the current status. Prior app versions would update right away when opening, so something definitely changed with this latest app update. This is with Android version 16, one UI 8.0 on an S24 phone.

its all of a sudden not letting me deposit money and it's not my bank. been 5 hours snd still no resolve. prob gonna go back to draft kings. you told me to contact support. I did...6 hours ago! why was it able to give you my money all week and after I won 11 dollars now I can't deposit it? fix this and ill change my rating this is ridiculous!

I had to come back and edit my review. This app kind of sucks, either they can't verify your location or you can't see live results because they are having issues. Also everytime I sign in they have to send a code. I thought they know the trusted device I've been signing on with for the year.

app doesn't properly open through links made in the app. awful experience trying to get into sports books with my friends.

Continues to have issues with location and announcements of free entries that do not populate. I've shared with them the location issues & like others have said here, there's no solution. I got a new phone (Galaxy s24) and it still happens, everything is updated. I've cleared cache, deleted/reinstalled, nothing. I'll be honest, I don't like DK setup, but I don't know how much longer I'm going to do this. Used to love this app, the layout is clean and user friendly, but if it doesn't work 👎
