I called someone from this app, the caller did not received my call, ivr said please try after sometime, and then after that same call diverted to some another person automatically received without hanging up that caller spoken to me, he saying again and again wait I'll complete the procedure and then I'll hang up, I want to hang up the call but I looked at mobile my mobile got hacked that person, that person saying you can't hang up the call, I'll hang up this call, you can't do anything

It's a scam. I have recharged 80bdt. they have written I got 21 mins call time. But It's not working. I lost my 80bdt. and there prices are also very expensive. Totally scam

A lot of commercial to watch, to get the points and sometimes I feel boring and lazy to wait for a long time.

very worst experience approx 25000 credit got deducted without any reason. I tried to refresh the app still got nothing back. and so many times call gets connected to the wrong number

fraud app i recharge with 130 rs but after sometime call failed problem happening i uninstall this and install again but it's shows no balance remains after i want login my id my gmail id and password it's shows identify error please don't download this app totally fake

I have much credit but it always answered this facility is not available on your number .worst app if this problem remain same.some time it's working ok but many times it creates problem and credits going waste

where does the call recording gets saved? i can't find it in my android phone even after trying multiple times. it is showing 3 calls recorded. kindly help please where to find those recordings?

I bought 25000 credit but all the time when I'm calling someone showing call failed also my credit showing 0 without any reason, worst app I pay 80 rs and not get anything

It is a very bad app, there are only one or two numbers, do not recharge in it, there is no benefit.

It doesn't even connect. even if you purchase credit it shows ads after every single call . it also charge money sometimes. it shows that call received but I tried with my own number it doesn't even ring but it charge you credit. but the worst part is. they show you aads even when you buy credits with your own money. worst experience

I noticed that if you are calling someone to pick up your phone but your call duration is starting and your minutes are lost.

I have been using this app since 3 weeks and I couldn't find any issue in these 3 weeks but from past 2 days I couldn't make a call also I have already purchased credits 2 times still i couldn't use the credits and whenever Im trying to make a call, its getting calling failed everytime. Now I checked again and there is no credits now to make a call and that is really rediculus😢 Really disappointed to use this app now. Please look into this issue and what could be the issue here.

I do not recommend purchasing credits within this app. Despite completing complex tasks for free credits, they deduct them unfairly even if the call isn't received. This issue persists even after purchasing credits. Even after buying 25000 credits, making calls is impossible as every attempt results in a "Call Failed" message, with credits still deducted. Despite complaint through their in-app option, there's been no response or resolution. Very disappointed.

Dear Freecall Support Team, I downloaded the app two months ago and purchased a subscription for free calling. However, I have noticed that the app is deducting my free calling points without actually connecting the call. I have been very disappointed with this experience and it has caused me significant inconvenience. I would like to request a refund for the deducted points or the subscription. I would appreciate it if you could process this refund as soon as possible.

It has been a great app but nowadays, its always showing "video ad not ready, plz try after 10 seconds" and that 10 seconds never comes. And now it has been a long time since I earned credit by watching ads. No more ads showing and no way to earn credit other than buying through money. And many a times, the credits gets deducted without the call being connected.

I cannot call anybody because it says that "my call log is empty" and when trying to insert my phone number and then choose WhatsApp to send the message, it freezes??? In addition, I would like to know how many minutes I have each time with my amount of credits and which countries I can call. One of the best apps I have come across. The only problem with this app is that it sometimes doesn't download the adds and took about hours to download a 15 or 30 sec add. The adds are mandatory to get the coins if you don't want to purchase the coins But it sometimes take a lot of time to download the adds which irritates a lot. I request the makers of this app to solve the problem as soon as possible. Edit: please i request the makers to fix my problem as soon as possible

Yaa. It will be useful for the user those who don't want to spend more money on seperate recharge. This app is very good for calling. Just needed internet. The call rate is based on countries. For example . If you are an Indian user you need 900 credits to make a call for 1 minute. Credits can be earned by wating videos and spinning. If you can 15 videos you can make a call for 1 minute and the video length is 15-30 secs.

Edited 2023: It's getting harder when earning credits in this app because the same issue here is the credits earning options. Look, the internet's fine but it says that loading ads failed, both in watching ad to earn credits and the spinning one also. In short, the issues in this app must be noticed in order for this to work fine again, and that I could earn back normally. Developers, please notice this feedback, because it's becoming a trash, or you can just remove this app from this store.
