Updated 25/12/2025: Still not able to connect to LTE network!! now I cant tell if I reached maximum GB or not! it used to work on MiFi but after the update it's no longer working! seriously with all the update you pushed you still cant fix it? if you are planning to force us to buy your own MiFi, we won't! and you will eventually lose your costumers!!!

When my internet bundle is finished, the application completely stops working and keeps asking for an internet connection 😠. If my bundle is over, how am I supposed to renew or activate a new package? The app should at least allow access for renewal or account management. Very frustrating experience.

Dear fastlink, no I won't buy your mini wifi when there is a million better option You advertise yourself as the fastest internet yet You're signal is weak in the middle of the city fix your app let it work on every other miniwifi like every other company or lose another customer you probably won't which is why I am switching the service provider to one of your many other competitors and would advice my colleagues to do the same, have fun losing your loyal customers

I use fastlink sim card on a mifi device, and after I had the app updated, I noticed that the app doesn't recognize my connection to fastlink, and it keeps notifying me that I'm not connected to fastlink network. Your strategy to force your customers to buy your mifi devices sucks so badly!!! Fix that bug, otherwise you'll lose a large number of customers.

there is too many update for an app like ths. every month i have to use external wifi to update it before recharging.

"Not Connected to Fastlink LTE" they keep making the app worse with each update. I miss the old simple website.

My experience with fastlink is the worst. My mifi keeps on restarting every 20 minutes when i am at home because of low coverage but anywhere else it seems to be fine. Till now, the customer service couldnt solve my problem over the phone and the customer service number is not toll free!! Very Bad!!

worst ISP.. internet speed is so inconsistent dipping to 300kbps and most of the time it is between 1mbits-2mbit/s probabily tishknet and korek 3G are better than this mess.. this is not 1 location problem but 3 seperate location all of them considerably slow, it will make u not use internet at all.. so u paying for 2008's internet in 2022

This is a very weak and bad network in my opinion. I am a Bangladeshi and my country may be poor, so they don't provide such a bad network service, let alone a full one. And I am not the kind to express the situation of the network in such bad language when I come to a Kurdish place.

I have been using fastlink for 3 years it has never been above 16mb/s-03:00 am;it usually runs at 157kb- 1.1mb max For 3-4 weeks my download speed is 0.57kb and upload speed 8.00mb The technician came,tested,saw there was a problem and said he would report it, said it should be 20mb/s and it would be solved 2-3 days later,After about a week-08/12/2019 I emailed them.;the dept has been informed they replied-i heard nothing yet-it is the 16/12/2019 Horrible service and customer care in my opinion

Absolutely garbage, you'd a respectable company would give more attention to making a good app for it's users, most of the time it doesn't work. And the support is even more trash.

Why do you want to sign in with facebook and when I don't sign it give me a very bad internet about 1.1mb and many days i'm trying to find a solution for this very bad internet but I can't and facebook sign in button disappear I want to give zero star. Thank you

Fast link app showing connect plus and restart and network setting and that page is opening directly ,i unable to see data consumed and etc ...network also collapsed .

The app doesn't work unless you give it location permission. This is totally unacceptable. I should have the right not to share sensitive information. RESPECT US BY REMOVING THIS OPTION.
