you have to uninstall and reinstall after every password change, won't let you put in edit request for punches or allow punches....
The app is more difficult to use than the website. Can't even see your eschedule without signing in again and they buried the eschedule button to make it difficult to find. The menu doesn't have links that you expect to find and none of the other sites (like ExpressHR) show up when you finally figure out where they go. Don't bother with the app, as annoying as signing in multiple times to get the one piece of information you're looking for, the website is much better.
It's always something wrong with the site, or information on the site. My time has screwed me over and over really needs to work on operating system. I shows vacation you don't have and delays paycheck. It's happened more than twice and they still don't have it together. And the company instead of completely removing a non-working system keeps trying to repair me while my account keeps overdrafting because my check late. All around needs to be gotten rid of.
App will NOT open. Have un-installed and reinstalled 3-4 times. Try to open the app and it closes automatically. Also stops working after having to change passwords. Fix this!! I work in the pharmacy and the system routinely does not recognize I'm standing in the store, resulting in having to walk clear across the store just to clock in. That's really frustrating and unnecessary when I need to get to work.
Had to uninstall and reinstall. they need to be much better with the password. Especially because it is forced to be changed every 6 months, this app needs to be prepared in those instances. In this case it's not, I always have problems with it loading every time I need to make a password change. Makes it hard to see your schedule, because it basically glitches at the login and never is able to refresh itself.
This app RARELY works. I've had it for 11 months and after checking it every week it has worked about a total of 5 TIMES over the course of the year of needing it to show me my schedule. Instead I always need to go in and take a picture of it, even if I don't work until next week I still need to go in and see the schedule because this app NEVER WORKS. Unreal that Kroger is making employees rely on an app that doesn't work. PS Kroger you wasted a lot of money paying for a useless app.
This app is garbage. It's easier in the website. Hr express is taking forever to load. 7/9/25 App is still garbage. Load time is still atrocious. You'll be stuck on the screen with the feed with the apple in the back. It's quicker to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to load. I'm not the only one with this problem either. When it wants to work it'll work fairly quickly, but the majority of the time, it doesn't.
I have figured out that it quicks working if you have to change your password. Change mine at work and then the app wouldn't work until I uninstalled then reinstalled. Doesn't give you login option once you do initially so when password changes, it seems to freeze. Other than that, convenient when in department and need to look something up on phone instead of going upstairs to computers.
This is one of the most important apps you'll have if you work at Kroger however its operated without care. For instance, I had work the other day and needed to see my schedule, however I couldnt because the app was under "scheduled" maintenance... For 2 DAYS! Underdeveloped apps do the same thing in an hour or 2 MAX. Not to mention it was never scheduled and user weren't notified at all. Do better!! This app is too important for it to be made useless but its developers
Relatively often, I have to uninstall and redownload this app because it glitches on the opening blue logo page and becomes absolutely inoperable. I mainly use the app to quickly check my schedule, and it's extremely annoying to have to go through this process every 2 months or sometimes less. Unlike other reviews regarding this problem, I don't see a correlation to the changing of my password.
IT STILL DOESN'T FING WORK. It won't let me sign on **AT ALL**. There's too many steps to sign on when you already are signed on the app. I wish that,if you're signed on the app, it would/ could automatically sign onto MyInfo when you tap it in the pull down menu.Another thing, I can't see my schedule on calendar mode or at all like before since my disability makes it hard to see it listed(thanks for not caring for us on this trash and website). Website sucks as well. Worst system ever. 0 stars.
app fully crashes the first time i open it daily, i have to go into settings and clear cache and force stop the app. then it SOMETIMES fixes the issue. have to do that 2-3 times on some days. horrible loading times as well due to the sheer number of assets the app wants to load instead of just letting me CLOCK IN. just tell me you dont want me getting paid for my time 🫢
Incredibly buggy. Half the the time functions do not work. Everytime I open the app I have to close and reopen it to get it to go past the splash screen. This leads me to just using the even more buggy and slow PCs at work. "Fantastic" job at being "Fresh and Friendly".
i'm constantly having to uninstall and redownload this app. it'll work for a month and then won't open again, forcing me to redownload it. it signs me out and makes me sign in all the time. this app sucks and frys needs to either make a better app, or come up with a better system for getting us our schedules entirely
app quit working on my phone! Once again I downloaded the app and it quit working! Why can't Kroger get this fixed?? And how is it rated 4.3 stars when it doesn't work for anyone 🤔 either fix it or stop asking us to download it! I would give no stars if I could! Now I will remove it once again because it's useless!
This app has consistently fallen short of the system it replaced, and now with the most recent update, it is just a loading screen. My opinion of this app has not changed, its now mid February 2026 and it still doesn't load.
I have to constantly delete the app the redonload it every time I have to access it. it will just flash the home page over and over and will not stop until this is done. very frustrating.
I shouldn't need this many apps on my personal device just to work for a company that pressured a coworker to pull the plug so they could come back to work.
App does not work. When attempting to open, I get a screen that welcomes me to Feed and that is as far as it goes.
I've been using this app for a few years now and I've had to uninstall and reinstall it several times. it freezes on the opening screen, and as of 1-17-26 this problem has not been fixed.
