Trying to sign in to this app is horrible. It never saves your device info even though it offers you that "choice." Even after you do two factor authentication with your phone number or email, it usually gives you an error message that verification failed due to "system error." They have not fixed this log in issue despite years of this problem. Usually, I have to go to the FEPBlue web site to get anything done. If you CAN log in, it has a decent user interface.
This app is terrible. It keeps saying after 2 step verification it will remember my device and it doesn't. Very stressful to deal with, which is ironic, when you pick an incentive, such as reduce stress, to get a measly $40 for it to not track correctly. It let's you input every day for 21 days just to show you missed days when they were there before or saying your goal expired. I have called. No one cares. It's been like this for years. I keep hoping an update will fix but no.
They've updated it, and now to login, you have to call their automated system, sit through 3 minutes of automated messages, then If you don't find and enter your member ID within 30 seconds, it hangs up on you. Then, you have to enter your DOB and zip code. This is absolutely absurd. I can more easily access controlled DOD systems from my phone than my insurance card through the app. This may be worth changing insurance altogether. Thankfully, it's open season
Update: Tried again to use app but it takes foever to load, does not render correctly on my Samsung Galaxy, repeated asks for password, and navigation is glitch. Oh, nevermind. I'll just call and wait on hold all afternoon. Tried, once again, to use this app but get an error at login saying my login is incorrect. It is not. I tried a reinstall, but no luck. I give up.
New user here. This app is the absolute worst! To date I have not been able to finish the login process due to one "system error" after another. Scrolling through the reviews I see I'm not the only one experiencing difficulties. Gonna take other reviewers advice and login via computer because doing this through the app on the phone is a complete waste of your time.
Not really user friendly. Difficult to navigate. Unable to correct information. Otherwise, good to be able to see information without all the accumulation of paperwork. Correction: Everything everyone else is sayingsis true. This is a horrible app to use in 2025. I literally had to reset my password again and it still won't let me in.
Terrible. Repeated system errors that said, try again later. My password is correct and yet you keep saying it's not. Every time I enter the app it forgets my password. I am tired of the security barriers to accessing my plan when I need it. Takes 20 minutes to go through your rigmarols. The verification work s and I get a confirmation that the verification has been accomplished. Subsequently, I am told there is a system error that keeps me from getting into my account.
I can literally never login without the most convoluted, exhausting effort to get into this app. I will login with my biometrics, it will ask me for my phone number. I type in the number. I get a link in a text message. I click the link. I get verified. There's nothing else to click, so I go back to the app. The app says they can't verify due to a system error. I repeat several times with no success. Often, It will just tell me there's a technical issue every day. Or there's always maintenance
You are forced to log in every time, regardless of whether you enable biometrics, whether it tells you you're good for 4 months, or whether you simply exit out of the app for 10 seconds to get info from your phone. Currently, you have to put in username and password, then phone number (which is already linked to my acct), then click on a link in a text, only to go back in the app and be told to try again later. And it has been this way with every iteration of the app. It has never worked well.
This app is not well designed for customers. For example, when I click on claims icon, there is an error message accompanied by "try again" but there is no further option. When I called the technical person, I was told there is a technical issue and the team is working on. That is not acceptable. In addition, when I try to find a general dentist within 5 miles, no one there but 25 mi. there are tons. I am told this mobile app is not for looking a dentist. Intersting and I am lost here.
I needed to order a couple of refills of my prescriptions. I currently don't have computer access. I was finally able to order my prescriptions with great effort and an excessive length of time. If I could change my rating to a negative 5 stars, that is what it really deserves. Hard to read, times out quickly and much of the text is hidden. Apparently they don't want you to use this app. If similar changes were made to the computer version, it also will be worthless! And, where do I log out?
This app is horrible, every time I need to log in it request my phone number and when I add it, it doesn't recognize the number and I have to get a verification code every single time. Half of the time I use it it also give me an error indicating "We are sorry, it looks like there was an error retrieving your data" ANNOYING APP. Didn't give it a zero because is not allowed.
Still can't get into this app! It sends me a link to verify. I tap on the link and it says thanks for verifying but that's all it does. You cannot go further! Can't get into the new app Same issue everyone who commented is having. Once I give them my phone number and then text is accepted and I click on the link it says I'm verified and stays on a frozen screen. Cannot get into the program
This app is absolute garbage. It makes you re-sign in every time, never remembers your device, and you have to get a phone call with a passcode every time because the text message feature has never worked. Plus, you start goals, get 20 days in and the site is always down for maintenance. Then they'll cancel your goals because you can't complete the tasks. BTW, signing into the website directly is no different.
It is difficult to find recent health results. It is not obvious where to look. And changing the date for the search is very difficult. It seems to default to the last time checked which may be some time ago. The date option should be available to change in any area - results, radiology, clinical notes, etc. Even this review - it was not obvious initially how to submit it (Post is up in the top right corner rather than on the main screen).
The 'claims' button never works. It always says 'We're sorry, it looks like there was an error retrieving your data.' no matter what I try. There is no way to leave app feedback. The communications section opens, but all my inquiries are marked closed immediately with the reply button grayed out, making it impossible to reply if I need clarification. There is no way to view detailed benefits information, only the simplified version, which misses a lot.
Cannot log in anymore. Type in username and password, it then asks for phone number, then a pin. I enter the pin (which I know is 100% correct after confirming with customer service) and it says "verification cannot be completed due to system error, try again later." It does this every single time I try to log in, regardless of day, time, location. Fix this because this app is useless as of right now
The app now requires 2FA, which would be fine but it requires reverification. Reverification adds no security to a service (Google doesn't do it), and does nothing but make a service harder to use. And that's if it works correctly. Plus the app (but not the website) requires you to call a number and sit on hold to get a PIN that's apparently only used once. Which isn't going to happen. It's still open season, so I'll be looking at other insurance providers that value their customers time.
In the last 30 days app was unavailable for scheduled maintenance for 4 days and one week afterward I cant retrieve my data. BC has incentives where you need to sign in and enter data 21 out of 28 days to earn credit. The frequent unavailability of this app makes it extremely difficult to do this. When it works its fine but it's not reliable enough to rate it more than 2 stars.
Either I'm not very tech savvy, or this app has some rather annoying glitches (like getting message which reads "it looks like you signed up on a new device...please verify with code we sent to your email", only it happened 3 times in a row within minutes on same exact device). Plus, I had to get a second device to access my email, due to not being able to navigate back to certain pages during sign-in process. Great app, but frustrating security process.
