This app is such a pain! It takes forever to load (if you are even lucky enough for it to eventually load), it force stops all the time, it says "not connected to internet" when I definitely am. Festival needs to put in some more work here. Update: I wrote this review a year ago and literally NOTHING has changed. The app crashes as soon as I search for my first item. It's awful.

This honestly has to be the least user-friendly grocery app I've used. When you try searching for a specific item, you have to enter it just right, or it won't show up... but then the right way to search it one time shows no results the next. It is impossible for me to search any of the gluten and dairy free food I'm required to eat, although I *know* the store carries them.

Good app, really helps me put together a shopping list before I go.. otherwise I'm one of those always forgetting something or going over budget. It has froze up a couple times and close, but not so bad that I can't use the app for what I need. I do wish though there was a way to scan my receipt to save past purchases to look at later. Also be nice when adding to cart to keep categories together or at least the order I add it in.

App is constantly lagging and disconnecting which then forces me to start whatever I was doing from the very beginning. Furthermore, it does not display every in store item available. Additionally, it gives no warning that certain items MUST be picked up by the person placing the order. Would have been nice to know this before my friend that is helping with my broken leg ran to the store.

this is a grocery store app, why is your login screen so ridiculously complicated. always logging you out always giving you login errors... and no it's not me I've talked to other people with the same issue and read the same complaints online.

App doesn't show the weekly ad. When you touch the weekly ad button there is a blank space.

only place I know that always gets my order right. they always check with me before substitutions are made. great product selection and super easy app to shop from.

Items would not pull up when searching by vegetable description such as pizza, cookies, etc. Tried searching by brand but also wouldn't work. There was 1 or 2 that popped up but not just friendly at all. Was supposed to get free milk from the weekly ad but it wouldn't take that coupon.

Works good for product search and making lists, but not great for shopping yourself off of the list. No way to sort by aisle while shopping like their website can. Really bad for viewing the weekly ad as the search and filter overlays take up 3/4 of the screen and don't scroll away! And why does "Buy it again" keep recommending salmon? I hate fish 🤢

I could not set to my local store (it gives an error after multiple tries). I selected the next nearby store then and tried to add more than 1 banana and this app couldn't even do that. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. This app is garbage. I will be shopping elsewhere today. Get your stuff fixed. You are losing sales.

Pretty basic app. Would be nice to see this modeled more like some competitors out there. For example moving away from the coupon book design that equals print media. A big step forward would also be to display the weekly ad coupon bar code as part of the app, e.g. above the ads where all the text is now.

I have ordered online a handful of times now and have not been disappointed with the selections they make for me and you can always put in notes on each item if you need. I started online shopping when I had my hip replaced at the end of April this year. I've been very happy with this service and so now I've continued to use it because it saves me so much time as I work full time, plus. Meat, veggies and produce is always fresh! Thank you!

This app is garbage honestly. Love the store but this app is awful. It keeps kicking me out, logging me out in the middle of searching for items, the look up options don't provide things that are actually at the store's location you pick. There is just nothing good to it and creates more frustration rather than being helpful.

Easy process, mobile friendly, accurate orders, produce chosen is exactly what I would choose. Drive into designated spot, text upon arrival, order is brought out quickly, safely placed into trunk or back of vehicle. Recent app enhancements are great! Easy checkout. Easy to find selections, add to favorites, review past orders and quickly add to new order. Great job Festival team!

The app no longer allows me to log in. I entered my email address and password correctly, but when attempting to sign in, the app simply said "Invalid login". I can log into the Festival Foods website just fine with the same credentials, so why won't the app work?

Absolutely dreadful experience. I've never once had an app that I found so useless. On top of that, I don't use Google Maps, and the fact that it forces me to either use Google Maps or Google Chrome to do any other functionality is completely outrageous, making this app non-functional for anybody else who uses Firefox or Magic Maps or any other type of browser or map experience.

Try searching for something. It takes over a minute for an item to load (I just tried Bread in general and the wheel kept spinning). For the overpriced shopping experience Festival already is, I'd expect they at least be able to afford a decently functioning app. Seems about right, however..

I wish it was easier to get back to the cart when searching for products instead of hitting back to get to the home screen. also, having a space for notes (like no pork substitutions, or flavor options) would be cool. i am so glad I can order from home. THANK YOU!

Who designed this? Stevie Wonder? The search function is totally irrelevant. It is actually worse than Google. I didn't even think that was possible. It doesn't list things in stock, that are basic items typically bought more. Why even create an app If you're going to make it like this?
