I just installed the app, and it's buggy as hell since it won't stop crashing when I try to take my id pictures, and emptying the caché does not solve it. OF COURSE IT IS UPDATED, WHAT PART OF "I JUST INSTALLED IT" DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? Several people keep telling you the app has a bug specifically on the Id upload step, JUST FIX THAT! I would give it half a star if it was possible. Edit: print do que, seus inúteis?se não aparece mensagem de erro, O APLICATIVO FECHA. ELE F-E-C-H-A.

This app is so outdated. I have to put my user name and password every time I log in instead of using just my fingerprint. Also this app demands my phone's time to be set to automatic and I like it to be 10 minutes ahead of regular time... Shame on the Brazilian government to have such a horrible app like this, because I'm sure they can do much better

Helpless, great shame! At the section "Saque Emergencial FGTS" as soon as I type my personal data, the app doesn't go forward for the next step, and stop working! I've been trying several times, and it just keep the same! Such a great shame! Right on time which is very demanded from everyone who needs this important benefit! This app is not serious, just like the institution "CAIXA"! Shame of you all! Really desapointed!

Rulers, how many time i've need wait, data from Caixa, and documents. Objectives is why i on app, what i can do, and transfers, show, or invest the value in money in app. But a bad thing help, delay. All time is delay a problem, because wait to insider it, and give error too. Better this opcion, be fast to enter, and once be turn the users happiest.fg

All I ever wanted was to know how much I already have. After an hour of creating my account (WHY????) and tons of bugs they simply said that there aren't any accounts available. Wth? Just tell me how much I have already, it's not like I'm robbing the money or something

Senha numérica de 6 dígitos é muito inseguro, mesmo com CAPTCHA. Deveria permitir senha com números, letras e caracteres especiais. Password with only 6 numerical digits seems very insecure, even with CAPTCHA. It should allow passwords with numbers, letters and special characters.

It's the worst app i ever seen. The login can only done by código from sms and it's take too long to receive till then the session expired to put código. And then forever keep trying this step. Never able to login.

The captcha is horrible when you can't see properly so it takes a long time to find the car or the stars or traffic lights.. I just wish I could type my password and solve my things faster.

I am not able to use this application as i have only first name. I do not have second name. I am a registered user in caixa bank and also have valid PIS number . I have also dropped a mail to app developer team.

Crash when I sign in my account and the app was closed. I just uninstall and reinstall many time and nothing.

It was an easy step by step, it just had a bug and I couldnt see further pages like FGTS statements, but after clearing cache it opened

App keeps crashing when request you to take a photo of a document. Is impossible to use it.

App doesn't work. It asks to reset password, but when you do, it gives an error message.

One of the best app I've used. It allows us to check the balance we have without the need to go to the bank as of before. There are many features which can help a citizen out.

App is trash, can't even confirm the data i input, instead it freezes without even an error message

There is no option to attach a document and whenever you submit the requested documents, the request is rejected because they says it's illegible!
