Seriously I really don't like your policy's, firstly you don't allow exchange of phone numbers, secondly there's is no guidelines on how to use the app, thirdly your charges are very high and yet the coins keeps draining quick.

This is a stupid app have never seen an app so stupid like this ... This app is scam because u don't get value for money spent ... Imagine do a video with an account only to call back and the person behind is totally different.. and you buy coin yet it for 1 minute call.. u don't get response from text ... Very stup app. The developers are using it to rip off

This app doesn't worth it, It a waste of time, mb and money. the video call is bad, message is robot that will reply you. buying 4 dollar coin and not achieving anything with it. You guys are using this app as a scam.

A total waste of Data & cash. You won't get value for what subscription you paid for. I also noticed the calls are recorded . You don't really get a true VC.... Don't download .... Disappointed 😞

Recharge services are extremely poor, I've recharged twice and the points have not been deposited in my account meaning I can't make or receive any video call. What's happening?

Incredibly poor. Terrible or no response to problem faced by clients. E.g I paid 1000naira two days ago for 139 coins..but I'm yet to receive the coins after payment.

The app is good but the charges on coin for vc is expensive, you will buy coin yet can't use it well, there should be a review on the charges, with data of 1500 on WhatsApp or Facebook is a whole lot.

This app I don't understand I transferred 1600 play up so I can make a video call with it come to realise I made only one video call and my 1600s vanished just like that if you guys don't do something about this app I'll delete it from my phone and never to advise anyone to download it again So you guys should better do something about this up or if not you will lose a lot of customers Honestly I'm not happy for the money I lost in this app I'm not happy at all

Don't understand it at all. You don't even know how the coins are used up after earning them. It just disappears. Frustrating app.

One star because, has only 2 chances of watching video to gem. It recommend that 2 chances to be unlimited chances . I will back to give 5 stars if only it change to unlimited chances.
