Filmzie – Movie Streaming App

Its fantastic. It's free. I read in one review that they were upset about the ads. That really surprised me, one, I just watched a movie a little under 2 hrs long and was only interrupted twice throughout the play time. Secondly , the ad was like 30 seconds long. So short that I simply do not remember. They may as well not been there at all. People are so spoilt these days. This is free but the developers need financial support in order to provide the service to begin with. Bravo filmzie.

My review is based on my first day of use when I watched 2 short independent films. Both were excellent and beautifully filmed and thought provoking. In case you want to try them, Prometeo and Mrs McCutcheon. I'm going to get a lot of use from this app that has full length films and amazing shorts that can fill some spare time, even in a coffee break.

Contains ads but is not as bad as some. Have downgraded my review due to the fact that I am not deaf and prefer to have personal control of the volume. Please note that it's very intrusive and annoying to have to turn the volume down when certain adverts come on, the level of sound can easily triple in a second, lucky for you that I wasn't wearing headphones at the time.

I looked through the critical reviews and they weren't so bad so I decided to download this app. Now after downloading, I'm seeing movies that are just for 9-21 mins. I was confused, if they're not 70 to 85 mins why are they there. The one I watched "delusion is a redemption to those in depression" (21 mins), I really wanted to understand the movie better but as far as I'm concerned it's trash. If I can't watch a movie for an hour then I don't want it. The ads are a bit annoying, uninstalling ❤️

I watched a movie 🎥 called rainmaker. It was a good thriller and it was not full of ads. The reason I gave it a 4star is because even though it's a good idea it was sort of hard to follow. It was like watching a short confusing story. From a book 📚. This is great idea for someone who wants to wsltch a movie while waiting for the doctor or at work on their break. I is interesting how they were able to make a full movie but to make it so short.

Fab! Only on Filmzie from today as sick of Tons of adverts on other movie stream sites etc. Thought I'd try Filmzie before I gave up on all of them. Just watched a Film the whole way thro with no interruptions from adverts!! Woohoooo. Nice one guys. So easy to use only trouble is there'l b no sleep for me now as so much I want to watch. I'd recommend to anyone so don't change it !!

I wish I could give 5 stars, the adverts don't bother me, however what did bother me was showing an advert around 6.55 minutes into a 7 minute short film. Apart from that it's a good app, everyone complaining about not showing the latest movie's, it's not that kind of app, it supports small movie makers, and it's free, want the latest movie's, pay for them you tight wads!

Good app but need to add tv series' too. Also no 'watch offline' option. Biggest issue, though, is that you can't really have a media app without having an inbuilt Cast function these days. Especially for movies. Who is going to sit and watch something on their phone for an hr and a half?? Screen Mirroring isn't fluent enough.

This app is so good in my phone..I have a request to you guys it would be much better if you bring a separate app for windows also..as it would be another level of experiencing your movies collection on pc. Besides,this app is great for movies. I faced no issues at all. The movies here are fun to watch and everything is free and keep it free forever like this. 😄

This is ok. Some interesting content for FREE so I can't complain. However there appears to be some kind of bug. When I first launch the app the images (such as movie posters) don't load on screen. Maybe one or two images load but I'm left with mostly a black page with text. I'm not sure if this issue occurs with other users of the app, I just thought I'd give you guys a heads up. Thanks 😊

When you run the app, you get the choice of deselecting cookies from venders. When you do and confirm choices, it goes back to the beginning and you have to repeat the process over and over again in this loop. So it looks like you can't use the site unless you accept everything. Pretty poor behaviour.

I launched the app, and I logged in. I can access the home page but the search bar just won't work. It has the new line icon and not send button on my phone keyboard which is a bad start already as it says it won't work properly pretty much, and it I search and it just closes and reopens my keyboard. Any help? I put 3 stars as I don't want to give an unfair rating just off my personal experience. If it can be fixed or I find a way around it I'll change it to the appropriate rating :)

I have watched some interesting films for free which I might not have watched because of always going after blockbusters. Plus there is no asking for my credit card details. I like the fact it is the same NHS advert regarding "strokes". Each time I watch it the message sinks in that little bit more. For something so serious seconds count.

4 stars how Impressed enough after 2 weeks of Filmzie, 3 watched documentaries and NO ads,not 1 ad seen yet.If it's a blockbuster you're looking for its not here,so says the 1 star raters.It's way more simple easy to watch entertainment with a variety of catagories to choose from ,you can cast to your tv and so far without any ads .Even with an ad or two I'll still be content with Filmzie and compelled to fairly rate the app honestly, I love the app so far and will absolutely recommend .

Seen one film so far, simple advertising pops up every now and then. Thats fine. Once I have seen a few good more films I will increase my rating. 👍 Well I must say this is a great service with good selection of movies. Many hours spent watching 😊 Keep up the good work all concerned 👍

Great app and all, but the one thing this app is missing for a 5 star review from me is an option to download a film into your gallery so it enables me to cast on my TV screen with better quality, smart view does not have the same quality. Overall though, great app if you are looking for a film to watch for free!

Yea this a genuine really good app... Ive tried nearly all of them.. No buffering. No lagging unlike alot of the others.. A 5 second ad in the film but its nothing that would annoy you really.. Its a free app!.. Picture quality is great and worked great with mobile Internet and chrome cast.. Would say some great films different to other apps.. It would be 5 star if the selection was a bit more vast.. But hopefully that will improve.. Definate one to keep and download.. Well done!

One of the best app I've ever used so far. Great shows and movies. But sometimes I don't like this app at all because it's full of old movies and shows. So I have one request for you. Can you please add new shows and movies in this app because I want to watch new popular, trending, and new releases shows and movies. I hope you will consider my request. But overall, this app is the best especially the subtitle and the playback. Thumbs up for your app 👍👍👍

Ads can be a BIG problem. First you have to get past the ads to view their videos. Then you have to get past ads to see the video. You have to stop the ads manually, good luck, this can be very difficult. Then if you get to the video you have ads running continuously in the upper right corner, and when a full ad break occurs you have to delete the ad manually to get back to the video. If you hit the wrong thing you're redirected to the ad and lose the video.

I find this app very useful. It works exactly as i wanted it to be after going through other similar apps. No pop ups, nothing it just plays the video from start to finish. It truly an excellent app. All i ask is to add more movies to the list of movies.
