App has too many bugs ands now I can't log in. The app was fine for awhile but, one day, it kept telling me my login info was wrong even though i knew for a fact it wasn't. I tried resetting my password but it still wouldn't work. I went to the website and it said my account was blocked so i had to call customer support so they could reset my account. But it happened again later. Also, some of my transactions wouldn't show as posted or pending ever. And some that did would disappear later.

I was confused on the bad ratings, at first the app worked fine. It would be a bit of a struggle to figure things out but not horrible. Then things started getting worse and I couldn't see some of my transactions and if I did they weren't in order for when it happened. It wouldn't post Newest to Oldest I'd have to search around for the transaction in a cluttered mess. Recently Ive also been logged out of my account and when I'd password reset it would just say session for cardholderinquiry ????

Worked fine until this morning. Now it tells me I have the wrong username and password. I even reset my password. Still tells me it is invalid. I check it on the website and it works fine. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Edit 3/13 - still doesn't work properly. Continues to say session timed out. Terrible app. Looking into options for getting paid in another way to get my money away from this company.

Horrible!! If I could give it zero stars or negative stars I would! Tried for over an hour to register on the app and ended up having to call customer service to have them get me onto the app. Then I find out that there's no option to transfer funds from the card account to your bank account like most of the other cards! I tried the website but it's a BLANK PAGE!!!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!

NIGHTMARE! Everyday that I have had this card... they have had SOME KIND "TECHNICAL ISSUES". I got a text alert saying my card had been lost or stolen. Nope I have it in my wallet. I called no one answered and I was on hold well over an hour. I called back then it was I could use my card as credit...nope that didn't work. Day 2...checked the mobile app things seem to be ok I call and an associate said he is unable to pull up any information they are having TECHNICAL problems...imagine that.

Considering the amount of fees you charge to use the card associated with this app (money you make off of clients), this app should not be crashing so often!!!!! I'm having the same current issues as other users - app says for security reasons you've been logged out, log back in, and then won't allow me to log in. And you charge a fee for calling to check my balance! Do better! Unprofessionalism at its finest!!!!

Worked perfectly fine til today. Tried to login and it's saying for security reasons the app timed out and I need to log back in when it hasn't been open long enough for me to even type in my password and then it refuses to load further even when I'm able to type my password. This is frustrating I was supposed to get paid today by my job that pays us through this bank and I can't check if I have enough to pay my bills and when I go to their website and login it doesn't look up to date.

You have to do pretty bad to get a 2.0 rating on the playstore. The website won't let me register my card. Not a good sign. Not surprised though. Prepaid cards and payment cards are generally used by poor people and immigrants. Anything meant for us isn't going to work well. Was able to create account but can't login thru the app. Deleting.

Unable to sign in because "for my protection, I was signed out due to my session timing out" whenever I open the app or attempt to log in. Thanks... I don't need to transfer money or pay my bills or anything important like that. Edit: over 3 months later and still having the same issue. There's no excuse for this level of incompetence.

Very simple app that lacks a lot of common features other banking apps do, but I'm forced to stick with it because of work for now. There's always issues with this app and it's not uncommon for me to have to reinstall it multiple times a month to keep it functioning. As of 1/1/23, I cannot access the app or my account at all. I have never used a banking app as frustrating and useless as this; if you can, avoid it at all costs

Two stars because I was finally able to log in. It lets me do everything but transfer. I would not rely on this. Even trying to locate the nearest one near me, using the app, did not work. I have read a lot of people saying it does not loading for them or transfering is not working to sum up all the reviews. There is only a few that say it is satisfactory.

Had the app for over a year now, it's fine at first it worked fine I could see my charges ECT, but it's been getting worse. My charges were jumbled at one point, so I couldn't find the charges I needed. I couldn't pay my taxes at the on this card which also sucked and now I can't even log in. The app opens find and I put my information in and it just stays at the loading screen. I can't see how much money I have, my charges or anything. I've deleted and downloaed the app and tried multiple times

The app does not have full functionality and appears to have been written by students. Customer service DOES NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE INQUIRIES. They have your money and they intend to hold on to it! When you add your bank account, to transfer your funds into, there is a 10 day "approval" process. They hold on to your funds (and everybody else's) in order to gain monetary interest. They are drawing interest on your funds. Like the rest, I had no choice in using this company/app.

Absolute worse financial related app I have ever experienced. It's absolutely abysmal. 9/10 times you can't login due to a "time out error" asking you to log back in... Okay, I was never logged in... Whatever. Well, no... This error should be renamed to "Error. App has randomly revoked your ability to login. Please use a alternative service for all your financial needs" as it quite literally WILL NOT allow you to log in if you come across this error. Not only that but... Reinstalls do nothing.

"free" atms charge a fee to use with their cards regardless of if you check the balance, and it's impossible to transfer money out with anything except direct deposit, which takes more than 24 hrs most of the time. You also can't set up anything in the app itself, it has to be done with a physical computer on a separate website. Garbage company with a glorified balance checker.

Update 6/22/2023 Horrible card services, if you are getting paid through this card service please transfer it to your own account to avoid problems with app. And even after you call customer service and explain that you have been trying to log in all day with no luck. They just tell you to keep refreshing. App crashes a lot. I always struggle to log in with an error message "app timed out"

Only reason I'm giving 1 ⭐ is because I have to in order to leave a review. Another google member, Tyty Shmemple, said it perfect in his review. Fintwist/Comdata is awful...their fees are ridiculous, and there's a fee for everything, customer service isn't even worth contacting because your problem more than likely will not be resolved and you'll just end up more frustrated than you were when you initially placed a call to them etc. If it wasn't for my place of employment I would NOT use them🙄

App needs major updates! Have of the time it doesn't want to work. And who knew you need an activation code just to enroll your card. Why not have the activation code go to your phone or email? Way easier!!! Also customer service never listens to your requests about how you're trying to get paid. Called multiple times in regards to having this card being THE MAIN WAY to get paid and still send me paper checks! Get it together!

If I could give lower I would. The app, the website, and the customer service sucks. I've been trying to log into my account just to transfer money to my bank for an hour. I even called for assistance and when telling them my problem of not being able to login in despite me reseting my password multiple times she just didn't listen and started talking about things that didn't even pertain to what my problem was. Everything about this place sucks

Updated Review....My card got locked for apparently using it in a high risk area and have been trying to get the restrictions lifted since Dec. 2nd, each time I call I've verified the same transactions multiple times, been told that my request for the card to be unlocked would be extradited multiple times, been told to wait 1 to 2 hrs and even 2 to 4 hrs and call back multiple times and still the card is blocked from making transactions. This is totally unacceptable.
