Half of the time it doesn't even let you log in or it's doing "scheduled maintenance"...then you have to call customer service to get them to unlock the account. This is a constant problem for me even with my credentials saved. When it works, interface is easy to use but definitely needs some bugs sorted out. Get your act together First Horizon!!!

Can't access my account at all anymore. Both app and website ask for an email or phone number for security now. No matter what I put (even just email) I get an error that says it's not a valid 10 digit phone number. The branch near me just closed so I rely on the mobile app. I have had no access to my money for over a week and I can't pay my bills. Customer service just says "we're working on it". This is a huge unacceptable issue.

Here we go again. Another update that has crashes my app. The app opens with an error: "Authentication network request failed." Customer service couldn't help either. Help!! I am disappointed in this upgrade. I haven't been able to use the mobile deposit since installing. I keep getting a server error. Customer service says it is being fixed but it has been several months and still doesn't work The menu is too clunky. I hope the next version improves as this version is frustrating.

As of April 30,2023 my ability to make mobile deposits disappeared from the menu. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Still no option to make mobile deposit. Call customer service, they said it should be there and to go to local branch which is 20 miles away. At local branch they said they had no clue why it wasn't there and to call customer service again. I am to the point of closing all of my accounts. Every since First Horizon took over Iberia bank service has been absolutely Horrible.

This new app is awful. Font is so big I can't navigate well. Drop down menu covers all the information I need to see, can't change the font either. I need to be able to use the app but now I have to get my laptop out to see my info. I really want the old app back. EDIT 5/27/20 I cannot use the app AT ALL now. The font and drop down menu has gotten even bigger that it is transposed over the information. Can't read my balance or anything, all letters and numbers are smashed together.

The Iberia app was much better. This app is so buggy and slow, half the time it doesn't work. I had to try multiple times just to deposit a check, it's probably easier and quicker to drive down to the bank. LOL The app only works on one of my devices and not on the others like the Iberia app. Too bad we are forced to use this app, if things don't improve, I think I'm going to change my bank.

Just awful. When it's functioning, it's just fine. But half the time it doesn't. Frequently won't refresh to show new info, instead giving an error. Upon opening, returned an error saying update required, try again later. But there's no update available. Settings keep randomly getting erased. Other random errors when trying to login. Stop telling people to call for troubleshooting. ITS NOT ON OUR END.

Terrible app. Constantly having issues and not being able to log in. It made its own security question that locked me out. Always being "updated" so I can't even see how much I have in my account. The bank itself charges 2$ for mailed bank statements that I didn't even sign up for. And always having my card locked by them and having to sit on hold for half an hour just to talk to someone about it. Do not get this app. And do not bank with them.

The old app was do much easier to use and easier to read. This one just crams all the info in huge fonts onto a small smartphone screen. So difficult to find anything now, recent transactions are all crammed together without being able to read the relevant information. Why, when you already have a GOOD APP that everyone likes, do you have to screw it all up ??? I love the folks at my local bank branch but this is so bad, I am considering a move. Very Very Disappointed !!!

Does not down load and now I can't get to my banking information, guess I will change banks. After calling the customer service number to attempt to fix your problem, it's a automated machine with generic responses just like the one the controller of this app sends. I highly recommend no one bank with this bank. If they can't make someone get a app right, they sure as heck should not be handling your finances. There has been plenty of time to fix this. No reaction.

This is the worst bank I've had when it comes to getting with the times. Many banking examples, but this app is one. It times out WAY TOO FAST, making you enter your password again, and then does not have a show characters option. After three tries you're locked out, so make sure you've got that caps lock on or off before you start. Customer service needs your account or card number to unlock - cannot look you up by social, like every other bank in the country.

Old app I had yesterday worked just fine for me. Mandatory update this morning will not download for me at all. Have tried on more than one wifi connection as well as through my phone connection. It will not download!! Thanks for the fustration of an unnecessary "upgrade" I do not have a small business, do not need access to this information. Old app was fine. But I do not have that option at all. Now I have no app for my bank account. Hope the issue is resolved soon. How about a separate app??

App won't even open. I need to deposit checks and can't. I have tried all of that, uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, phone doesn't need any updates. Still won't work. App still won't open. I can not send money, deposit checks, or even email customer service to alert them of the issue. Time for a new bank. This has been an on going issue for over a year.

This is the most worthless app when it comes to depositing a check. I continuously get the message that the entered amount does not match the amount on the check no matter how many times I try. And when I then switch over to my new bank, to which I am slowly moving my business interests away from this bank, to deposit using THEIR app, it is fast and efficient. This after I called to get help from my bank branch one afternoon, only to realize they now close at 4 pm instead of 5 like every other bank! This problem is just icing on the cake to my suspicion this bank is actually trying to get me to leave!

Why the hell would you all do this? Is it not enough with all of the changes this year? I would have left long ago except it would take weeks to switch stuff over. Over an hour this morning no luck. Error reading. Update note that won't go away. Uninstaller 5x and reinstalled. This is so stupid. I did not get a letter this is happening. Secure my ass!

I've had a great experience with this app. It allows me to transfer money, set up "piggy" bank accounts and track where I am spending my money. I rarely go to the bank honestly bc I do most of my transactions from my apps. However, it is requiring an upgrade so Im having to find space for the app even though it has been on my phone for more than a year......kind of frustrating.....

I've always loved this app, super easy and user-friendly! Now the "quick transfer" has changed and I can't move money from savings to checking instantly. This is huge to me, and definitely a deal-breaker 👎 I needed to transfer Friday evening and it won't be completed until Tuesday because of the Mon holiday. It would have been nice to have some sort of notice!

The First Horizon app has been mostly reliable. The one con, that is the biggest issue for me, is the push notifications aren't working. This issue has come up before and was resolved, so I'm hopeful it'll be resolved again soon. Alternatively, I was able to select text or email notifications for transaction alerts. That's just very annoying.

I would not recommend anyone to this bank. It's amazing how the only time a company is interested in helping you is when you give a bad review about them. I got burned by AI company, and my bank did not stand by me. The AI company has burned many people they would have seen this had they visited the links that I provided for them. I guess that wasn't good enough. Anyway I'm considering changing banks.

It is showing that the app has been downloaded to my phone, but it does not show up in any of my apps period how do I get first horizbank app, I have tried and tried, and it will not appear on my phone period
