I constantly have issues with the snapshot displaying the wrong amount. This has caused me to overdraft MANY times. I obviously learned my lesson and no longer trust it. I am currently trying to login to make sure I have enough money for payments coming out tonight at midnight and I can not get the app to open. This is clearly a huge problem
When you click on the app, it goes to play store then the first page on the app. it does not store your user name. It has been like this for almost 3 years now. PLEASE pay a person to make it more convenient to use an app associated with the bank they love. Thank you.
Zelle, crypto, transfers to external accounts, aggregated accounts (with the ability to hide ones I do not want to see), wire requests, check images (cleared checks I write), remote check deposit and new to this new app 2FA which was sadly missing from the older antiquated app. I love the new feature rich app. New discoveries all the time as I continue to dig deeper into what it has to offer. Bad reviews confuse me. Do these users reach out for assistance? First U.S. is always ready to help me!
I don't care for the way all my separate accounts are on the same screen, including the my mother's account that I am an executor of, and that my accts that were set up for easy transfer are no longer there including the accts of my children, which will now require me to bring my children, who are all over the state, back into the bank to set them up again. The other display was also easier to read. Overall, I am not a fan.
The new app has taken away the ability to send money using zelle as well as card control. It's pretty useless and agitating. There was nothing wrong with the previous app.
I finally got the hang of it, wasn't user friendly from what I'm used to. It's fine now, still have a few small issues, and will let you know if I don't resolve them.
Love it. Always there when I need a quick balance check or transfer.
This NEW app is not my original This app is asking for personal information. Unprofessional written information. I HATE this NEW mobile app. and believe it is Chinese in origin. I WILL NOT USE MY MOBILE APP AGAIN USING THIS NEW AND IMPROVED?? VERSION.
It's not letting me log in past that I'm a human it keeps telling me there's an error is there something wrong with your system
