this service is outstanding. Video call a few minutes early, went through all the options, gave great advice and the very was knowledgeable and very reassuring. I wondered whether my insurance was worth it for my pets, but this service which is free with 4paws insurance, paid for a whole year. We are in a remote Highland village, and this saved a 4 hour round trip in the snow, at 8.30pm. Exceptional!!!

Biometric sign in doesn't appear to work. When you sign out Biometric data and the toggle setting itself is discarded and app defaults to pin sign in. Setting up again results in exact same issue on signing out. Problem evident on both Samsung and Pixel phones both running latest Android & firmware versions

Very easy to use and saved me a trip to the vet and the expense as it part of my pet insurance. I sent in a video so the vet could see my dogs problem. The vet was very nice and friendly and backed up her advice in an email reassuring me to call back if I needed a vet as they are there 24/7.

Very helpful app. Have used several times. All vets have been very clear, helpful and professional. Just perfect for little things that aren't quite vet visit worthy, or when you aren't sure if you need to take them. Handles drop outs well (you don't lose your appointment if it disconnects halfway for example) though I haven't had any connection issues in months. Can't comment on value because I get free with insurance.

Great service received at the weekend - saving an emergency call with a vet and providing me with reassurance. And this service is included in my insurance with Napo! Would highly recommend - even if not covered by your insurance, consultations are way cheaper than a visit to the vet.

I rang FirstVet twice, both times on a Sunday as my German Shepherd was deteriorating. Both times I got an appt within an hour and some very good advice. All the details were sent to my vet and the transcript directly to me as well. So reassuring to have someone gauge the situation and advise whether it's something to worry about or not. The first time we were able to rest him and see it vet for a check up during normal opening hours. This time we were advised to ring the emergency vet.

Called on a Sunday. The Vet helped me check her over, gave me advice, what to do in different scenarios that might happen today depending on how she responds to food, and was very reassuring. This is a great service, would recommend every time. Thank you

I was able to easily book a suitable appointment for the same night. I received both text and email reminders beforehand. Despite a connection issue, we spoke over the phone and they were able to answer my query, provide good advice and tell me what to watch out for that would require a visit to the vets. Very impressed with the vet and the service.

great app, so nice being able to talk to a real vet about the issues my dog has had so I can know if I'm doing the right thing or what I need to do to make it right. Really puts my mind at ease, highly recommend if you can get through your pet insurance. I am with LV=.

This app is a lifesaver! The vets I have interacted with have been friendly professional an sometimes more knowledgeable than my IRL vet. Also this app has saved me so much time, money and worry. You can get an appointment within an hour of scheduling sometimes and it give me peace of mind to know I can get that sort of immediate help when I need it. The subscription is a great option since if you use it 3 times in a year you will have saved money, and you can use it as often as you need.

Not had to use it yet but I have installed it and it was easy and very simple to do.it is now all ready if I need to use it.everything is also explained in the app if you need to freshen up on how to use it. Update. Had to use it this evening and it was all plain sailing and a excellent consultation supper advice from a professional. I would definitely recommend this as a option before seeing the vet.
