Like the watch, but the app keeps draining my phone's battery. I can't find a way to only connect via bloetooth on request. It requires me to stay connected unless I turn on the battery saver on the watch, and then it keeps trying to reconnect to the watch, even if I've closed the app. The watch battery doesn't seem to be lasting as long as the documentation says it should, either.

It's okay; I mean, I can track everything, but the tracking of my steps and other activities isn’t accurate. The app continuously disconnects from my device, even though my Bluetooth is connected. It keeps prompting me to connect and pair my watch, despite the constant disconnections. Additionally, it reconnects to Bluetooth on its own when I'm using other devices or Bluetooth headphones, even after I've specifically turned off the features I don’t want in the settings.

at first this app and the watch were pretty awesome. I was blown away by the quality for the price. However , it's been a few months and I'm so frustrated! I'm not sure if its the app or the watch but it is always disconnecting from my phone. I love the find my phone feature except now it doesn't work. if I look at the screen it'll say my watch isn't connected, but then someone will call me and the watch will answer the phone so I KNOW it's connectes.

App is accurate with 1 of my older watches, HT17. However sleep data doesnt get transferred to Google Fit via Health Connect for some reason.Developers need to look into it. With my other watch, HT30, the app is a mess.BP inaccuracies, and back to front, if you put in your own data from a blood pressure monitor in settings, the readings from the watch go haywire, over 250. Recording in miles on watch is wrong, km is correct and sleep data not transferred to Fit either. Needs some work!

the reason that I'm giving this 3 stars is the app itself. I love the watch. For the price it worth it. I can read my texts, answer calls and track some health data. The issue is the app and weather. no matter what, my watch says that it's 84 degrees? Also, if you do not physically enter the app and sync, it will not save your step data. There are days on my watch where I walked 7000 steps, but the app says 0 or a number lower because the data didn't sync automatically

Overall the Fitness App is easy to use. Most of the features work. However; some do not track daily like O2 and Heart Rate. What I find lacking and the reason for the rating/review is the panic the phone goes through. If my phone and watch are 30' or more apart; the app pings the phone incessantly. (it doesn't matter if it is day or night). This stops when they are repaired. The basic feature of using the watch sans phone is defeated; unless they are close to each other.

The app and watch both have the potential to be great useful things. However, the watch doesn't stay connected to the app, when I play games on my phone it is constantly trying to connect to the app, which makes the games glitch out. The steps are not accurate, there's a path that my wife and I walk that's exactly 2 miles down and back, it only records half of my steps. I had a cheaper watch that had better functionality. Also noticing there doesn't seem to be any real customer service either.

The watch is nice with plenty of watch profiles. The app is a bit odd. I go to sleep every night around 1030 local, but the app always records my sleep starting at midnight. I don't know how to change that. Also, the sleep graph is grey scale. That makes it difficult to read, IMO. There's no way to view historical information past a week.

Decent app that allows you to manage some of the settings that the watch does not. Can't disable Bluetooth auto connect. Disappointed to realize you can only swap out 1 of the 5 digital dials and are stuck with the other 4. Any time you download one, it takes up the same slot. Strangely when you download a dial it asks you to pick the slot and shows the preview of the one being replaced, but you can't change that slot. Reached out to support and never heard back.

It's silly that you have to have the app in order to set the time on the watch. It also would be nice if there was some way to contact your phone without having Bluetooth connected to it all the time, as I like to use Bluetooth for speakers. Finally, I got a strange message from my camera saying that I could not record video "while on a call", which I wasn't. As FCP was the latest app I'd added to my phone, I disabled all of its permissions and then was able to use the camera for video again.

Sadly, this app disappoints me. The Bluetooth often drops off. The weather is rarely ever accurate. And my text messages will not show on my watch. When it comes to the calling feature, instead of the names associated w each phone number popping up, only the phone numbers show. I do enjoy the 'find your phone' feature! It has saved my butt several times when I could not locate my phone. Overall, I guess I just expected more from this app/phone than I should have :(

Constantly barrages you with notifications. There's always a permanent, cannot be dismissed notification that it's connected, which is annoying enough. But then, because I chose not to connect audio, it keeps interrupting me to ask to connect, then sends another (whether I ignore or cancel) telling me it couldn't connect. Then it asks again. I had this happen 5 times in as many minutes while trying to listen to an audiobook. And, as for the data, there's no way to look at yesterday's stats.

Nice app, but should do much more. For example, it should allow you to select which email accounts you want to get notifications from, It should be able to display local weather that is available on your phone, etc. Also there ard a lot of inaccuracies. For example, the step count is way off, and I cant get all of my notifications to work. The app doesnt display ads, which is so nice Its user friendly, it just needs more work to make it great

NOPE!!!! I was looking for an accurate BP reading since my health has taken a turn for the worse. Even if the readings are accurate, it doesn't matter when your phone won't sync with the watch. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and it did NOTHING. I can't show my doctor the daily averages, or highs/lows which was the whole point of this. I wish this app did what it claims to, instead of taking up space, adding frustration and questionable privacy concerns.

This app worked great up until today. There is a network error I keep getting that I can't figure out what's happening. Won't let me change the watch face to anything else than what's stock, nor can I login / register an account. It also gives me this error when I click to update device version. Not sure why it's causing so many problems right now, a d hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Fantastic app. Had some problems syncing to the watch by Bluetooth, but eventually figured out watch must sync by itself , also to work. Instructions on the watch were meager, at best. That's another issue. The App can catalogue steps, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, exercise routines, etc. and can even use your phone with gps to draw a map for your walks, hikes and biking, etc. Amazing. It will catalogue your results for future reference for days. They can be shared. This is a great no ad.

App had to be downloaded to use activity tracker watch. It often disconnects from my watch while I am using my phone. It is also inaccurate and changes my dial screen to whatever it wants. And the one it chooses is not even in the library! To track activity, besides walking, you are supposed to use a different app. No thank you. Can't wait to get my Fitbit and better app.

I don't have the option to set the watch face from the ui store in the app, as the instructions say it is. Edit: moving to 5 stars. I found the option I was looking for. It's listed as "Dial Library". So look for that if you had the same trouble. Also, saw on another review, if you pair some headphones on top of your watch, a double pair, the audio goes to your headphones, not the watch.

Only 5 alarms (and no integration with built in alarm system) is a stupid and arbitrary limitation. The worst kind of developer shortsightedness. Additionally, the lack of actual fitness tracking mode control in the app vs the watch is plain bad ux. I want to use the watch to glance at the time or my heartrate or steps quickly. Everything else I want to do from the app. I guess I'm going to have to shell out for the similarly named name brand fitness tracker and apps :(

This app provides basic features for my watch, such as changing temperature for weather from Celsius to "Imperial" (Fahrenheit). However I am left handed, and changing the hand from right to left does absolutely nothing. It should flip the watch display around, so that the flashlight on my watch can point outward, instead of towards my arm, which makes it basically useless.
