Complete garbage. Love the look, feel and features of the watch that was given to me as a gift. But it's totally worthless because the app will not connect to the watch, And every setting you need to adjust on the watch, including setting the time, has to be done through the app. People have been complaining for years on here, but it appears the manufacturer is just ignoring them and continuing to sell the worthless watch and app. CHECK APP REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANY WATCH.

This watch is horrible and frustrating. I was so excited to get it, now I'm effing Mad. It's giving wrong information, saying bluetooth syncing to 726. Its not, it's keep syncing 719,on my android. And to make matters worse it's my second refund. GARBAGE. It needs a big fat zero.

If you're downloading this to work with a cheap watch you got online odds are you're using the wrong app. Mine wouldn't connect with the app that I downloaded that looked like this apps logo. I downloaded another app called fit pro that was green and my watch connected right away and works great

Unable to connect Bluetooth to watch. Troubleshooting stated to turn Bluetooth on phone on and off again but the phones Bluetooth is not the issue. The app is inefficient and defective. There is no information and advice online, only paid misleading advertising.

Like most others, I can't connect to LH726 as LH719 is only option given. Even then it won't/can't connect. Judging from the single stock reply to all complaints, the response is obviously automated. Bottom line: don't buy from China.

Update: This watch is still a piece of glorified junk! It still will not connect! You guys are the biggest pack of thieves and scammers on the internet! This watch is dead, there appears to be no way to charge it so that I can attempt to connect to this watch to this website. I waited 2 months for it to arrive and now nothing. 😩 😫 😕 Has this been just a complete waste of my MONEY??? Help me with this situation...

Watch is useless because the app does not sync with my Android phone. The folks at fitpro said I had installed the wrong app. After installing another app suggested by them I still have the sync problem. Totally useless and a bad purchase on my part. Beware😂

Disgusting can't connect with device cp Android. The name given to the watch is LH 726 but the FitPro program is LH719. It's not compatible. This is called scammer Then which FitPro program should I choose? Maybe my watch is not Benda but the seller didn't inform properly. They just say FitPro. So far there isn't any other FitPro. Next time no more made in China products to buy.

Just got the watch and I'm trying to reset it and get the time and date corrected but the watch won't connect to the app. It keeps saying pairing failed. So I can't do anything in the app at all.

Instructions say this is the app that goes with the watch, but the watch won't sync with the app. You need to spend more time fixing the bugs in this app and less time promoting the watch. The watch is not worth using when you can't use this app.😬

The app doesn't function because the Oshen Watch doesn't stay in sync with my Note 9. The watch was a gift, but I'm giving it back. No sense using a watch that won't show the correct time and date with a non-working app.

You guys keep responding "use the green one, it will work". It is very annoying, it is a shame wearing rubbish in the hand in the name of watch. You are spoiling your product acceptance in the market with this your inability to fix simple complain. Oshen watch is total rubbish since it does not work with the recommended app.

I can't seem to get the app to connect to the watch and the Bluetooth number is wrong. It register 719 instead of 726. Very disappointed can't sync neither option.

Just installed this app, and am not able to register to use all the features that are included and track all my progress. I hope the app will be fixed and I will be able to use it to help improve my fitness goals and health.

Just so everyone knows, if you have a OshenWatch this is the wrong app. Use the other FitPro. The one that has the green background and the white "P" as the logo. It will connect in seconds and your blood pressure can return to normal. 😊

A waste of time. Doesn't connect just freezes all the time. Won't function at all. Don't even bother installing! Not even worth the one star..

Just received my oshenwatch. I am trying to sync it with my s8 note. It WILL NOT PAIR. What use is it, if I cannot use it?! This NEEDS to be fixed ASAP!! OTHERWISE it will be TIME to get a REFUND.

I was able to pair LH728 and Well Audio. When I went to the app, there was a "fail to pair". I never could get it to read. Total waste of time and money.

You cannot connect to your smart watch.while setting it is very nice,but when connecting to your smart watch it says "the app is nit suitable for your watch"

I liked everything about the watch but it's failing to connect to my phone, when I go to connect it, it just says searching for hours and hours
