a great app, although it does have it's faults. it's a bit hard to navigate around, there's no reviews for the items you buy and there's also no wishlist to save the items. it can be a bit laggy from time to time and awkward using. and i have a hard time entering my card info. however, aside from that, it's a good app. shipping is always very quick for me, and I haven't had any issues. UPDATE : A recent update made me no longer able to even add items to my cart... please fix this!

This app is great. A lot like wish, but the products are of a higher quality. (I quit using Wish bc of disappointing cheap products) They aren't necessarily luxury items but you don't feel ripped off and prices are good. HOWEVER it would be MUCH better if they let you make a lists of things you want to buy later. I'm constantly adding things to my Cart simply so I won't have to go digging around the app for them later. If they let you create "Wish Lists" I'd have no problem giving it 5 stars.

I love this store! I am so glad they have a app. But... It takes like 3-5 minutes to load up a page, and you have to re-login every time you open the app. My LOGIN'S don't work anymore. And yes, you need multiple logins. It's hard to keep track of all the stuff in my cart because of it. I also have to reset my password every time. Sometimes when I login it shows cart, then glitches. If they can make it faster, fix the logins, and the bugs, THEN I will give it five stars.

They tell you that there are items in stock at your selected store when that's not the truth. I made a 5 item order for pickup, and they canceled 4 of the items for "not having in stock" despite it telling me it was in stock, and despite it letting me order. It's possible you'll have to wait 3-7 days to get your money back. There is no order cancelation option either from what I could tell.

I love five below and I've used this app many times to order items for pickup or to be delivered to my door. But the BIG thing it's missing is a wishlist or even a "save for later" button. I forget about items I wanted to get all of the time. I'll add things to my cart for a future purchase and then 3 days later my cart will be empty. Please add something so I can bookmark the items I want eventually, but can't get right now!

My first order was fine, no issues. My second order contained 13 items, mostly for Christmas, but only 3 arrived. Live chat does not work, and they do not reply to emails. 5 days after sending the email, a new tracking number was uploaded, but not expedited, no refund, no reply, and shipping is so slow my stuff won't be here in time for me to wrap and ship the presents.

My first experience ordering from Hollar went very badly. The order was weeks late arriving and contained less than half of what it was supposed to. HOWEVER... from my first contact with their customer service when the order was late... I was responded to quickly, personally, and with apologies. I was kept informed throughout of what had happened and why. I was rapidly refunded for any items not delivered. I was given a store credit and free shipping on my next order if I decided to try again..

Hollar is like Wish's version of an online Big Lots. There's a ton of great deals, but there's also some not so great deals - overpriced stuff that's poor quality or that you can find in a dollar store for $1. If you're a savvy shopper, though, you will LOVE this site! I just wish they would bring back the program that let you pay a monthly flat rate for shipping on orders $15 or over. The app gives you more coupon codes than the website does, so it's worth having.

I love 5 below the store &the app, where I can find what they sold out of in stores, etc. But what I didnt like was the fact that I was still expecting a $5 shipping fee when I ordered 1 thing from the 'five beyond' section, but the shipping price was also raised. How is it that you can buy multiple $5 items and still only get charged a $5 shipping fee, but when you purchase 1 item over $5, it raises your shipping cost?

I placed my order; my bank account was charged but I have no ETA for my items. I forgot two items, so I tried to order them separately. The coupon I used for my previous order could not be used again and gave me an error message. Sent an email to support Sat. with my order number requesting the items be added. I got an auto response saying they were not available on the weekends, so I sent another email on Mon. It's Weds. evening, no response. Pretty shoddy customer service imo.

I love Five Below, but the app needs things to be added. One, there should be a wish list. Not everybody wants to buy everything at once. Two, you should have an estimated arrival time so people know when there stuff is going to arrive. I would also like more of one thing. Like more disney and stuff like that. I know your probably working on it. Other than that, I thinks it's great!

I love Five Below as a concept. The app needs a major update though. You can't go 'back' after clicking on any link, you have to start over through the menu. If you made an account previously, you can't access it through the link. I keep checking for an update but it's been months and it hasn't come. =/

I'm dropping from 4 stars to 1. I've had this app for years and loved it. Now it's changed so when you push the back button after looking at a product it takes you all the way back to the beginning instead of just back to the previous product you were viewing. When you get to the end of items that you're scrolling through it automatically jumps back to the beginning you can't just go back and forth and you can't click on the last product. It's so annoying, I can't shop here now SO FRUSTRATING!!

Literally every item you select is removed from your cat because of "insufficient stock." I get items being out of stock, but the site nor the app tells you that. Seems like every item is in fact, out of stock. I've also had items ordered, had them held at my local store, told they couldn't hold it "due to insufficient stock", went to the store same day to find 5+ of that item on the shelf.

I absolutely adore this app!!! Other than maybe Dollar Tree, Five Below has got to be my favorite store ever and I'm 37 years old! The only thing that I can think of that could possibly make this app any better is a 'like' or 'heart' feature so there's a way that you can come back to your favorite items later on. And the option to create wish lists to save and share, would be EVEN better! 💚

overall very good app. reasons for 4/5 stars: 1)sometimes it allows you to add items that are listed as out of stock & that is confusing/unclear at times. 2) once in awhile the app crashes (Galaxy S22) otherwise the app is pretty straightforward and easy to navigate, so solid 4 stars. a few ideas: 1) it would have earned a 5/5 if it had a save option. 2) so many things are unavailable in stores, so would be great if there was a way to earn free shipping. $8 shipping is a LOT!

Glitches. The five below app is extremely slow and is nearly impossible to put in credit card information. The app will not load the 'continue' button after adding all the card information. I have to try to type 2 or 3 times and even close the app for five below to load up again. Sometimes, it'll add more to my bag than what I ordered. So, I have to triple check before checking out. I'd use this application more if it worked properly.

4/24 update: "easier to use" my foot. No longer can you sign in and view your shopping cart from device to device. No longer can you have your information saved because they made "checking out easier and faster"? And we can now(?) Pay with PayPal... ya mean the way I've been paying the last year or more? Rating down to 1 star. 10/23 Works well 60% of the time. [...] I appreciate that I can get my items delivered for a fair price.

An excellent store that in my mind and probably should be in yours to has replaced all of the dollar stores as the cheapest place to get cool stuff. I got a surround sound there three years ago that I still have for only $25! Crazy right? So much cool stuff on site and this app just adds to the ambiance of it's greatness. Try the app, try the store, just try it already! What do you have to lose except for five bucks in exchange for something awesome?

The last few months the location/store feature on the app AND their website does not work correctly. It's only pulling up 2-3 stores that are 1-3 hours from where we live. I've uninstalled, reinstalled. I've cleared all cache and all storage. NOTHING is fixing the issue. We have many locations in the metro area of where I live & not a single one will pull up when trying to find a store to shop from. You can find these stores on the websites store finder, but you cannot select as your home store.
