Not great! Its been almost two weeks now since I placed an order.... still no tracking number. Customer service said it was their supplying company that caused a delay in shipping. So almost $100 forked out with absolutely nothing to show for it besides proof that I purchased something from them. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to wait weeks an weeks on end to get what you order. I still haven't gotten mine. 😕 almost 2 weeks later. Order placed on a Monday, for reference.

I have placed 3 orders. I liked the 1st product and received it in a timely manner. The 2nd and 3rd orders that I placed a couple days after getting the 1st one, have yet to arrive and it's been almost a full month! The tracking isn't updated and I'm ignored REPEATEDLY when I make attempts to find my orders or even be refunded for the items. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS SCAM SITE AND IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING, DON'T!!!

Your basically getting what you paid for everything was either to big or to small. The one outfit that was a large was so small I couldn't even pull the pants up past my calves. The other outfit I ordered was cute but pants are kinda baggy, not to bad but main issue was the material used, seemed like cheap costume like material. Definitely not what it looked like in the pictures. Still cute for the price. Last outfit looks like pj's. Once again cheap costume like material.

Half my order was cancelled weeks after paying because it was out of stock. 3 weeks later and the remaining still hadn't shipped. To be fair, they ordered to cancel the order, but when I accepted I was told it had already shipped. So, I had to pay for shipping on the return. Let's see how long before I get my $ back. Returns take a MINIMUM of 30 days per the email I just received. There are other apps that do the same thing much better with better quality clothes, so save yourself the hassle.

Worst customer service. I've been trying to return 3 out of the 4 pairs of jeans I received 3 weeks ago. I emailed and messaged them to no avail. I would return all of them, but one pair ripped on the belt loop while trying them on, so I'm just going to throw them away. All the pants were cheaply made, poorly fitted and expensive for what they were. Don't bother shopping with this app unless you want poorly made clothes and awful, unresponsive customer service for returns and refunds.

I never write reviews good or bad mainly bc I'm lazy. I first and foremost would like to say I love the clothes Flamingo has. My review is about the actual app itself. In the last few hours I've received 3 notifications from the app. NONE of them were important. Just stupid little quotes. Nothing about my orders I'm waiting to receive which are the only notifications I want from a shopping app. So if I can't stop the notifications I'm deleting the app. It's annoying.

So honestly, a lot of the clothes aren't my style but the stuff i do like, i really, really like. The sizing charts are actually accurate and i havent had to return one thing ive received. Also, i left a message trying to cancel an order at the start of a weekend (when cust. serv. is closed, and) it was still cancelled THAT day and my money was back in my account by monday morning. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and their product (so soft and stretchy!).

I have gotten several pairs of jeans, and they fit great . I ordered a pair of longer shorts , they don't fit at all . I ordered a pair of jeans about 3 weeks ago and yet to get them . I have always had problems with shipping . They never get to when they say they will . It is always at least 3 to 4 weeks, if not longer . This makes me not want to order anymore , and that's sad because I love the jeans I've gotten . Please get your shipping fixed !!! Return policy just sucks !!!!

The clothes were overpriced and cheaply made. I bought 3 pairs of pants for around $80. I ordered them all as 2XL and I couldn't even pull them up. The sizings are wrong. I only received tracking details about 2-3 days before it was delivered. It took almost a month to arrive. I do not recommend this site/app to anyone. It is a waste of time and money to order from here.

I've only ever tried to buy one item and I had it paid for an everything. It even said my item was shipped out but then suddenly the app canceled my order because apparently the item I ordered was sold out. How can it be sold out when I just paid for it while it was in stock? And the app never even told me it was canceled. Very annoying, I probably won't be using the app again.

Easy to use app. And clothes are great quality and comfortable! I was surprised that everything fit perfectly and looks amazing! I love all the products and will be shopping for a lot more clothes on the app. The leggings set that I got is perfect for everyday use or even work outs! The best part is my husband absolutely loves when I wear the leggings he is obsessed with the way they look! I love everything about the products and the app I've recommended all my friends and family to the app!!!!

While the ads look good, the photoshopping is overdone. The quality of the garments is low and shipping takes forever. The bombardment of emails after you sign up is ridiculous, and I won't be ordering again. Update: I received a reply to my review with the pitiful excuse that they were "unable to locate my order"! Convenient way to avoid accountability for false advertising of shoddy merchadise!!

I absolutely LOVED flamingo at first. I never had a problem with them. UNTIL NOW!!!! I have 4 orders that I'm sitting around waiting for, and it's been a month or over a month for two of the orders. Maybe 3 weeks for the others. One of them hadn't even made it to the shipped section. The other 3 has said "processing" with no change at all. No tracking info or nothing. When I reached out to them, they told me not to worry it's on the way 🙄. I will never suggest them to anyone again.

Email saying my order was on the way with tracking info. The tracking link told me a label had been printed, but no package had been scanned in/received. 8 days later they sent me an update. Finally it was on the way. Jan 8th order placed, Jan 24th order recieved. Wanted to return a shirt, took a while to get a hold of someone. They don't pay for shipping and have a list of directions. To much hassle.

I love the clothes I have ordered from this store on-line. There was an adjustment period on the sizes though. Their S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL sizes are frequently NOT what you would find in the stores. I have learned to trust the numbered sizes reflected in parenthesis after the size. I downloaded this app & the first thing I noted was that the numbered sizes are not given after the lettered sizes, as they are on-line. This would greatly increase the time spent on each order. Uninstalled.

I will never order from them again! I download the app so I can track shipment. Couldn't log in after my package was "sent". I emailed them the responded w a tracking number. Supposedly it was delivered. It's been a while and now they want me to make a police report! I spent a good chunk of money on this to be played with ! Supper disappointed!

The reason why I'm rating this app with 2 stars is cuz it's already been 3 1/2 weeks that I've been waiting for my order.. other apps my orders come in within a week.. this will be the last time I order anything! To top it off I've been trying to contact someone to see where my orders at? because I'm trying to track my order and it won't let me track my order. and there's no way for me to get in contact with anyone was able to reach someone through Facebook but they never got back to me...

I really enjoy shopping on the Flamingo app. I love the clothes. You have to make sure you get the correct sizes though. So measure yourself according to their size guide. Im usually a medium or large but with some of their items Im an extra large. Which was crazy to me!! So their sizes run small. But as long as you get correct size you wont have to worry about a return (which yes they do offer). But other than that I've never had any issues with their business or products!! They are great!!

Takes awhile to get the order, which is fine. My very first order, postage was not paid in full so I had to get ahold of customer service and they resent out my order minus a few items that were out of stock, but were still in the app to purchase. I do love the quality and fit of the jeans. They are true to size, good length I am 5'4" with a pair of hiking boots they never touched the ground. I have already made my next purchase, and I am going to try out the shirts and see how they are.

I'm always kept updated on arriving items..I like that..very nice jeans..alot of them you don't find just anywhere...jeans made extremely well and very durable..starting to collect so many I can't decide which ones to wear!...support team gets back to the customer quickly when a mistake was made by myself on the size I ordered and was able to take care of my mishap before they were shipped out..thanks Flamingal from a new and continuous customer 😀
