You can search for products but when you click the product to read information or specification an error pops up and does not take you to that product. Very frustrating and not worth your time. If I can't see how big something is or what comes in the package why even try to shop there. Not worth a 35 minute drive to find out something is not what I thought it was because your app is busted. I'll go to the competitor that has an app that works so you know you're getting the correct product.
DON'T BOTHER!! Barely ever remembers "home store". The "search" feature is so finicky it's absolutely ridiculous. Anytime I try to search something it gives an astronomical number of items available that aren't even related to what I searched. Try to narrow down results with the "filter" and it just changes to "NO RESULTS FOUND". Another thing is when I try to use my rewards, or to even look them up for that matter it just does the circle of death for a few minutes before it just errors out.
This app is a total waste of time. It can't remember whose phone it's on. Can't remember my store, nothing. 98% of my other apps use my biometric feature on my phone to log in quickly. This one won't even let me login to my account. It hogs the screen and won't let me fill anything in. I can't even see what I should be filling in. And what with the Fleet Rewards points. I can earn some one day and they are completely gone the next day.
Atrocious. It never remembers your "home store", constantly have to reset it. Any time you try to use a filter, it goes bonkers. I searched Dewalt, in store, and that's it. It said "545" on the top (down from a higher number) but told me no records found. It does this constantly. Only reason I have it is to price match on the few occasions it works right. This app needs serious work.
For a week or more now I haven't been able to "check in" to "earn" the 10 daily points toward a gift card. I've always been able to do this from my home Wi-Fi & my work Wi-Fi. Now I get the message that says: "Alert! Please ensure you are connected to the Fleet Farm Customer Wi-Fi at your store location to complete check-in." Then I click "OK" and it still tells me 10 points are on the way to my account - but I haven't gotten them, and you can only check in once a day. I am really annoyed!
this app sucks. it's not user friendly in the slightest, slow, and clunky. not to mention you have to re enter your entire payment info if you accidentally hit the wrong button, the search tabs overlay each other so you have to exit each search, and you can't even use the suggested search options because it doesn't show any product. incredibly frustrating to use when going to the store itself is actually much faster than ordering online.
*Update: After the update, this app is still completely useless. Clicking on a product to still gives an error. I'll shop at other stores where I can actually view the products and check inventory.* This app is utterly useless. When searching for a product category you can get a list of products, but trying to open a product page from that list or searching for a specific product gets you a "Product not found" page and a Code 500 error popup, so you cannot see any details about the product.
It works I guess. It's constantly signing me out of the app so that I have to sign back in. When I'm signed out it doesn't set my home stored to my actual home store. Also the search function kind of sucks. It usually doesn't find what I want it to and sometimes it just automatically goes to a product when I don't want to go to that product I want to look at similar products. Just a little too buggy
I have to log in EVERY TIME I open the app. On top of that, it somehow doesn't work with Samsung Pass like other apps do in order to remember my password or let me use biometrics since I have to log in EVERY TIME I OPEN THE APP. I understand if I have to occasionally log in again after a big update or something. This is ridiculous, though.
The app and for that matter the website is worthless. You can search for items, but when u select the item it produces an error. I mean we are in 2023 and every other store or company you can see inventory at each store before you drive all the way over there or do store pick up. It is worthless, will shop elsewhere where my time is not wasted and I can if there is what I am looking for in stock before wasting my time driving out there. Test your systems like every other company does.
App wants me to "check in" with the Fleet Farm Customer Wi-Fi to be able to collect the Rewards Points. """FLEET FARMS RESPONSE""" Check in points are received when Members visit a Fleet Farm store and use the WiFi to login as a Bonus Reward for being a Member. If you have been able to login outside of a Fleet Farm store, it was a glitch in the program and you will no longer be able to do so going forward.
This app worked well. They improved the look and UI making it easier to navigate. However, while searching for specific items, at least where they should be located in the app, they don't exist. No handguns, rifles, firearms of any kind can be located on the app anymore. Other sections also missing.
Love the store but absolutely worthless website and app. Can't narrow searches based on in store availability. On top of that most web searched display results that are not in stock anywhere in the company. Why on gods green earth would a product you don't have, anywhere, be included in your search results? So basically, there's zero reason to even have an app, figure it out guys
VERY glitchy. App frequently freezes or can't load, then have no choice to close and try again often with the same result. Bar code scanner pretty much never works in store. Come on Fleet you can do better than this!
App doesn't normally function properly, having numerous recurring errors while attempting to navigate site. Products do not populate well, or at all many times, using keyword search. Product "Specifications" are just a bunch of marketing numbers and have nothing to do with the actual products. The app seems to be an after thought and a half hearted, forgotten endeavor left to "collect dust", despite so-called "updates". It does well reflect the physical stores though...thoroughly lacking quality
This site never seems to work. I always get an "oops. something went wrong" message every time I visit the site and try to add items to my cart. I've skipped ordering several times because the site has poor functionality.
it's OK. search is not great if you don't know exactly what you are looking for. you click into the ad and it opens up another mobile browser window. and when entering sign in info, it doesn't allow my android to fill in default values like my email, etc. I have to rekey my full email a couple times.
App appears to have mediocre basic security. Password only allows for 8 characters: alphabetic and numeric. No symbols allowed and no more than 8. This makes for weak password security that does not seem to be the best for Internet commerce. Not sure I would trust it for online or store pickup orders with my payment info.
Total garbage. The app is klunky and some features can't be used unless the device is on the store's wifi. Fleet credit cards will not link. The app seems to have been rushed to market and should have spent a few more months in development before launch. I will likely uninstall it and skip the rewards program because of it.
It's ok, but it has an egregious flaw. You have to decide whether to ship or pickup items BEFORE they go in the cart. You can't put together a cart full and then decide to pickup the order. Every other retailer's app allows you to make the decision at checkout. This should have been fixed years ago.
