Support is absolutely non-existent, I was billed multiple times for blocks that I was unable to complete, when I tried to cancel them from within the flexer app as directed, I could not do so because they had already charged my credit card. I always reached out to support via email as directed and every single time they have ignored and refused to get back to me, be careful people.
This app has definitely made me some money. However, it is buggy sometimes, and you can't get blocks or forfeit blocks. Sometimes, it does miss blocks, and on two occasions, I got the unfortunate captcha from Amazon. I would also say that the staff is slow to respond to emails, and I'm still waiting on an email from last week to be responded to. Overall, this app is good. It will make you money, and it is fair on the price 3.5%. Since yesterday, I've been getting Could not register attestation!
works well enough. i wish it would keep searching after it finds a block, though. sometimes, it finds a block in the middle of the night and then doesn't start searching again until I wake up and manually restart it. I haven't been emailed by Amazon yet. I think the biggest thing is setting the Refresh Delay to 1,000ms and the Random Delay to 10,000ms. it randomly refreshes between one and 10 seconds, so in theory, it's harder for Amazon to see the patterns and identify the bot.
I wouldn't recommend downloading this app. I used it for about a week and it seemed fine. After that first week I received an email from Amazon Flex threatening deactivation. The email listed the first two blocks this app reserved for me. If may continytonget these emails for the other blocks, and even lose the ability to make money with flex. I mean, that's crazy it was immediately recognized as a bot.
Installed, messed with the options for a few minutes just to familiarize myself with the system. Did not even leav it running long enough to book a block and got caught somehow. Flex app was not running in the background. Was not even logged in but somehow got caught. No good. Just recieved my first email about using bots from Amazon. Be careful there are better options out there.
No customer support. I have been trying to reach out to them for last 3 weeks. app is not able to solve the puzzle set by flex.

Be careful, Amazon is cracking down on bots and may permanently ban your Amazon Flex account for using one. It's really worth getting one block rather than facing a permanent ban.
When you try to forfeit a block you got through the app. It shows no scheduled blocks to forfeit. I have emailed Flexer Support on many occasions and they don't get back to me. The app will still charge the fee and Flexer Support won't reimburse you. I think this is how Flexer scams people by not paying back their fees
It's a very good app, but be careful, they'll steal your money. They will reserve many blocks without your consent and they will issue their invoice. It's happened to me three times, the problem is they never respond emails or any claim
I hate that I have to keep the app open for it to search for blocks. I can't do anything else on my phone, or the search will stop, and I will need to manually restart it to start the search again. I also have to manually restart it after it grabs a block. Please fix these problems for a more user-friendly experience.
it could have a more intuitive interface, but it does exactly what it says. I recommend!
This was working as stated and integrated with my account...now today with an update, it never opens..within a second, the app crashes... UPDATED. Spoke to the support team and they fixed the issue super fast and immediately. Works as expected and brilliantly... I would suggest having a finishing time slot instead of a maximum starting team. As then you can plan your block time and estimate what time you may finish when searching for a block...
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the Flexer app's services. Every time I try to use it to search for a block, I receive the error message: "Could not register attestation on Amazon Flex." However, I can still book directly from Amazon Flex without any issues. This has made the app practically useless for me, and I feel like I’ve wasted my time and effort. Please address this issue as soon as possible.
App was working good. Now it cant do the puzzle. In the past 3 days missed out on 17 blocks because of it. I've sent about 4 messages to support but no reply.
The best possible, can grap the good stuff your phone or finger seem to always miss. it a little outdated Amazon has Blocks under 1h and the app only goes down to 1h
good app, intuitive interface. it can't resolve captcha and it carries on searching without any alert. customer service replies slow. I have emailed them 2 weeks ago, still waiting for a reply
works but be careful. if you want to cancel a block make sure you do it from this app and not the amazon one. if you forfeit the block from the amazon app it will still charge you the commission. SO YOU CAN END UP PAYING FOR BLOCKS YOU DIDN'T DO.
When the app works it is useful in getting blocks but It is not reliable and often won't work when multiple blocks are released at once or when you really need it to work. A lot of time is wasted with not being able to register attestation with Amazon flex or invalid attestation, which results in missing out on blocks. Have submitted this in feedback many times with no response or change to the app. Don't rely on this app
every other week there is some issue with this app either with attestation or this time it wont connect to the server an asks me to authenticate my account. after using my email it says its not found an now I cant do anything.
