Flight Centre: Cheap Flights

this app is incredibly slow in loading for that reason alone I have rated it 2 stars, it's very frustrating to have an app that does only half the job. I have since utilised another app with much more efficiency.

If you have an itinerary in the app, the itinerary is so incredibly slow to open. Its takes ages every single time and its so annoying. As soon as Ive had my trip Ill be deleting it and not using Flight Centre again

it used to load my trip itinerary which is what I'm mostly using it for but now it doesn't so I'm better off logging into the website.

Horrible experience when talking to them on the phone. To change a single flight, it took 1hour and 10 minutes. I was put on hold 17 times. One time, she took me off hold to tell me she was putting me on hold. Both people I spoke to struggled a lot with speaking English and was very difficult to understand. Because of the difficulty in communication they booked the wrong flight and charged me for it. Then when I called 5 minutes later, they charged me another $140 to change it again. Don't use!

Was working well initially. Now it just keeps asking me to update my account and log in again. I put my email address in yet it doesn't proceed, just returns to the same update page. I've emailed as per your response to others experiencing the same issue yet received zero response. I cannot access my booked trip. Very poor.

Worse than useless. I loaded the app because the agent recommended it, but after opening it once to look at my itinerary , it won't display any detail at all. Fortunately, I'd got the PNR for my flights and found the details on the airline app, so that's what I'll use. If this causes trouble on a long and complex trip I'll not use Flight Centre again.

Useless app. Don't bother. Can't make a payment with it. Have pending flight, can't register it. Useless website, same problem. Useless customer service: phone up, numbered options which don't work- "We can't transfer you to that optionright now". Useless company unless you deal with front of store staff. They're fantastic. Avoid app and dumbass website, especially the support "service". If there's no store in your town, forget it.

this app has such promise, but alas that's where it stops. It doesn't show on Flight Centre travel agent computer so when I found a great deal and travel expert didn't, he couldn't see it. Now it won't update and travel expert said he had this with another client too He tried to get it to work on my phone too but couldn't and now I don't have real time itinerary on app. Positive was that I was able to find airfares and book them before travel expert could on last night of sale. Have now emailed

Terrible booking experience. Several attempts before booking went through. Ended up paying extra for the same flights due to all the mobile app errors!!!! Online booking person said she was not qualified to assist me with booking and wouldn't give me the booking references made in the mobile app and then to top it off she put me through to herself to make the booking from the start again. Useless service.

EDIT: I did NOT close the App / use back button. It worked B4 What happened to the App? To log in to my account I have to use a code that is emailed. To get the code I have to leave the code verification page on the Flight Centre App and check the email App. This is the problem! Leaving the code verification page closes the App and you have to start the log in process again. You can never move from that page to get the emailed code - so you can never actually access the account via the App!

No photos of rooms when trying to book. Only basic information. Need to use booking or Expedia or TripAdvisor to have any idea what you would book. No way to know what room you're looking at as the names are generic. Often more expensive than the platforms used to compaire with. I can't see my bookings made in-store to add/manage my trip. Who is the app for? I don't understand why it exists.

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy any tickets from flight Centre. They will rob you if you have make any changes to your flight. they will charge your $2000 for a $1250 flight change to later date. it is just insane. It was one of my biggest mistake buying booking with them. It will be my last flight and never again. and we can't call from overseas. There is no way to connect with them because they will not recognize your overseas called ID. they should be ashamed of themselves.

Just downloaded... trying to set my home airport and it doesn't do anything. Went back to main screen and just tried it the way you do it on the website...still wont find my airport. Wont even recognise ive started typing. Useless. And with the site down for maintenance for goodness knows how long right in the middle of the day, ill just book somewhere else

App rarely opens. When it does, it freezes when I attempt to login. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted phone, cleared cache and memory. Nothing works. it's been like this for at least a month. In the field that asks for feedback on the app, it freezes and won't let you send feedback...

I hope they fix this. Pop up ads inside their app for their own services. Really? The pop ups are difficult to close, someone who decided to have this feature, clearly loved pop ups from windows 98 period. Just a very poor app experience. We are already using the app which has all your services, why annoy us further with pop ups?

Worst experience with them, i had a credit of 1500 $ dollars and when it was the time to use it, all of sudden they put 1000s of conditions on it, whatever i said, they are like sorry u cant use this like that, i wanted to use the credit on my flight only, when they offered me credit, i confirmed all the conditions and they agreed to it but when it was a time to use it, they put me through hell.. Never ever going to use the app at any cost.... they have the worst customer service...

Might want to fix your app. The Google login doesn't work says app doesn't meet the security requirements and was blocked from logging in. But using email option works at lest. The search functionality not the best like I only want to search for what selected not everything in between as well. Doesn't feel like a very polished application.

laggy and very buggy on galaxy s24 ultra.

This app is no longer usable. No longer able to login. No longer able to search. Just flashes everytime you press anything, and unable to exit must kill task. So now no access to booked trip information except through Web browser. Horrible to say the least.

Practical. Easy to use. Quick. Adds an extra few dollars to the flight for the convenience. Good if you don't have a lot of time or patience.
