What a complete waste of an app. I don't see any use in it unless I want to check my rewards. I can't get rewards because you don't even list the products that are being sold. Unless you know the exact item you want maybe it'll pop up. Check out HD and the Lowe's app to make this more user friendly and then people will be able to actually shop for things

Edit 12/9/2025: the developer responded, so I updated to the current version (dated 12/3). It is an improvement but I can still get it to crash within about 45 to 60 seconds. I would still consider that to be unusable. Previous: This app is too buggy to use. it crashes after about 10 to 15 seconds of use. I tried to use the feature to provide feedback and before I could even type out my feedback it crashed again. Ha!

the app struggles to sign in to an existing account. it says that you need to merge an account and it absolutely doesnt work. I can sign in at all. on the PC the website works perfectly and I can see my orders. Floor and Decor has to step it up.

The app is slow and clunky. Every time I try to add a customer receipt, search for a product, change stores, basically do anything it boots me out of the app. not impressed, needs an upgrade for sure!

update: today is Jan 3, 2026: app update installed and restarted phone but the app still crashes in less than a minute of use. sorry buy im still giving it a 1-star. (older review)As of today, November 20, 2025, on an up-to-date GS24U running Android16, after getting the app, all it does is crash :( I have not even had a single chance to search for a product. Hoping for a fix soon so i can keep my business with Floor & Decor.

Seriously??? How can any store have an app that is this garbage? There are countless box stores that have this down and here you are like its the early 2000's... Maybe ask for some help to figure this out... Just seems ridiculous to be this bad at something everyone else mastered 15 years ago.

The app still crashes after the new update. Please fix this. This app hasn't worked correctly since November, 2025.

it shuts down after 1 minute being open. I can't get to checkout or have time to add or lookup products. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra

a terrible app, needs serious improvements. when trying to update basic contact info, the keyboard doesn't even pop up. navigation never leads to the store at all, quite useless

App closes randomly. I used to use this often but its just too frustrating being in the middle of ordering tile and this app just closes and you have to start over. I cannot successfully complete a tile order anymore. I have to find a new supplier now.

This app is useless. Wouldgive it -5 stars if that wouldbe an option. When searching for product you get a list but no price, unless you click on each product. Also, you can't use the app unless you create an account. Don't waste your time installing it. You can find what you need easier by visiting their website.
