You have been overcharging me for a delivered paper that I have not received in over 2yrs. I have paid over $20 for what should have been $9.99. per month. Damn auto pay.
I was given an introductory offer to subscribe for 6 months, but later forgot about it. I opened my credit card bill and Gannett Media charged me $19.99 three times on Thanksgiving Day, another charge of $79.96 the day before. I called customer service and they are now back billing me $19.99 ever since my trial period ended. I think they should contact me first, but they "got" me. Then I find out they renewed an old subscription (of the SAME publication) from over a year ago for $79. Beware!
Would be 5 stars if they had a way to filter sports out completely.
Used to work but not now. Says I need to update and when I click to update, it goes to a screen saying the app is installed and then when I click on this it goes back to the other screen cannot see the newspaper site!
I mainly subscribe so that I could find out what sports are being televised on TV. You've eliminated that. Will be canceling in the next few days unless you figure out how to get it back
Apparently the top news of the day is an app update. Great. Let me know when that happens so I can actually read some news. In the meantime, I'll find out what's happening from News4Jax, which I'm not paying for.
Junk update!!!! I used the former version successfully, but today was instructed to update the app. When I did that, I was stuck in a new screen that asked me to update the app!
What's going on !!! All I get is install new app. Can't get the news on my tablet anymore, just install new app. When I do it says it's installed but all I get is "install new app". You have messed up a good app for reading paper.
Tells me to update...when I agree, it goes to the app which is installed to the newest version.....won't let me go into the content. Stop charging me for the service your not providing!
Tells me to update but I'm already on the latest version and I can't even read the news. I am a paying subscriber but it still has banner ads. Would give zero stars if I could. Worst. News. App. Ever. Look at Washington Post app of you want to know how to do it right.

Great app. Just wish more posts aloud before having to pay for subscription. I may buy the subscription if more articles were able to be read.
I am a long time subscriber to print and use to be able to view the digital as part of my expensive print subscription.
Worst update ever. Go to update app and the play store says it is already installed. Uninstalling and getting my money back. What a scam.
Love the update! For years, this app has looked ugly. It was basically just a browser. But the new update looks professional! Good job, T-U!
not thrilled at all. Im not able to access articles as before. Articles are in series of other articles. Id like to choose my category of article.
I download the app and it still insists I need to update. Can't read my paid for content.
