I've done two pickups with this app. One was for a retail store order, the other with a restaurant. Each time the app said they knew I was there and my order would be out shortly, but after waiting 20 minutes (with no other people picking up), nothing. When I then called to verify they knew I was there, they brought out my order within a couple minutes. It could be just busy employees, but I don't think they actually knew I was there. I love the idea of this app, but functionality needs work.
I'm being spammed by your app. "Chuck" is mistakenly using my number for app use. I get spammed all of their updates. I don't want to text STOP because it won't fix the problem of removing my number from their account. "Chuck" no longer gets food order updates. Your app will look totally broken to them. You guys need to be verifying by text. I would have declined. Doubly annoying because my swart watch vibrates my wrist multiple times through the order process.
A few bugs but potentially a great program. Gave the 4 star because it did crash out out one point during the order fulfillment but everything up to payment processing and verification of order and payment worked without issues.
Updating previous review to give better rating. App works after clicking on link within text message from store that order is ready. I was able to let the store know that I was on my way. Not sure what the add order feature is for since it didn't recognize my order number. Better to login to Lowe's website if you're looking for progress updates.
pretty much everything about this app is done well. The only future I'm not fond of is that it seems to use GPS to let the store know when you've actually arrived. If the stores in a shopping center with other businesses and you happen to go to one of those first the employee who brings you your items may be standing outside for a while waiting for you. I feel bad to think that I may be causing hard-working employee to stand outside in 115 degree weather waiting for me.
Used to work fine but since the Jun 2021 update, I cant access to "I'm on my way" button, so it's useless. The button is off the screen, and I cant reduce the size of that screen to access it. I'm going to try uninstalling it and reinstalling it, to see if that helps. But prior to the update it was a good app.
I've used it twice with one particular store where I shop a lot (too much). The 1st time no wait at all; they walked out with my order as I drove up. The 2nd time I waited maybe 5 minutes, if that. I'm quite pleased thus far. Is there a way to know in advance which stores, restaurants & so forth use the app?
Installed, tried to add my order # multiple times, even after I received confirmation that order was ready. I even tried right in the pickup line and shortly after pickup. Still didn't find or acknowledge. Deleted useless app. Would've been nice if it worked.
They had everything I needed and usually do. Shopper calls well ahead of the pick up time to say that they have all I ordered, or to ask if I want to substitute something for what they didn't have. They also ask if there's anything I forgot that I'd like them to add now. Such a deal for the small fee.
Please don't force me download an ap just to shop at your store. I will double check next time I make a purchase that it doesn't require this app. When purchasing with this app you will need to enter your license plate number. Show your ID. And look at the app while driving. Poorly designed start to finish.
Location never was notified of my arrival and I was waiting for over 20 minutes until someone walked up to me to ask if I was waiting to pick up an order. I'd rather call the location myself to let them know I arrived for curbside pickup.
Worked like a charm when I went to pick up my lunch order today. I did not have to send the notification that I arrived at the restaurant because I gave the app permission to use my location while I'm using the app and it sent the notification for me when I arrived.
Since I'm quarantining, I motioned for the woman to put the package on the hood of my car during curbside pickup. Being able to get my craft supplies without going into the store or interacting in person has helped make isolation more bearable and more fun. Thank you!
Some bigger companies have already added gps to their apps so they know when you arrive. It was nice to see an option for a smaller company to be able to provide the same customer service.
All the Fox Restaurants have a Great Atmosphere and Friendly/Welcoming staff. Food is always fresh, good, and delivered in a timely manner. My take out tonight at Doughbird was so efficient that I didn't even get my phone out to let them know had arrived before they greeted me at the curb with my order in hand. Great Job as Always!
Terrible. I used this to pick up an order at Burgerville. There wasn't even a way to let the restaurant know I was there. By the time I FINALLY got my food it was ice cold. Fail on both the restaurant app and this one.
Even though they say they are notifying JoAnn Fabrics that I am there they never notify them. I sit for quite a while before I call the store and they say they were not notified. It has happened 4-6 times. A waste of my time.
Works well with one exception. Your vehicle should repopulate with the option to edit so you don't have to reenter the info each time.
Useless. I have ordered from City BBQ 5 times now. Not a single time has the restaurant ever used the app. I eventually have to call in to alert them I have arrived. Utterly useless.
Easy to use. Tracked how close I was very accurately. I stopped at another place nearby first and it didn't jump me as being there like other apps do.
