As a single person with no kids, I get absolutely bugger-all points on my shops. Overall, I don't want a membership to anything I just want cheap groceries. Thanks to reward programs like this, we're forced to pay for expensive groceries to cover the costs of the rewards programs. Maybe if you have a big family, this might be better. But if you're on your own with no kids, you rarely get any points. I'd rather just have cheap groceries instead.
I love Flybuys ... how can you not. You're going to shop for groceries regardless, scanning my card is effortless, and I get points that Iead to real dollar savings on future shops. Plus all the promotions, I've scored free glassware, Tupperware and I'm currently on a mission to earn a frying pan.. I'd really miss flybuys if it were ever discontinued.
Super slow to add points and not in sync with points added/ purchase receipt in app. Should be instant. also activated offers stay in the app even though you have used them once. So you think it's still available to use. Once used it should be removed.
I am struggling to get into my app on my phone. Every time I try to log in and complete all the verifications it keeps taking me back to the log in page. I have spoken to flybuys on the phone and they tried to fix it at their end and I still cannot get in. Whereas I can go into flybuys from my laptop. Very frustrating as I use this app when I am at the shops
the flybuys points are very slow to get added. Sometimes, they are behind 3-4 days. Can this be improved or not? Also, there are various items at bunnings that do not accrew flybuy points. This is something that needs to be considered. Also, if points aren't being given on certain items, then staff at bunnings should advise people.
Probably the only rewards programs worth your time at least from my experience. Without flybuys I wouldn't shop at Cole's, maybe sporadically for specific items. The app itself has been working good for several years now, the 3 times I had an issue they sorted it out for me.
Poorly designed . very difficult to find a digital version of your card. Even the online help Chat didn't know where it was . when I finally found it, it looked like it related to Bunnings only and was not my membership card.
I like the fact that you can build up, points & use the cash to pay for fuel at Shell sevice stations. I just wiish & hope that it comes off the app eventually, instead of having to produce the physical card .
With the economic status in Australia, every cent saved adds up to help pay other bills, along with the bonus point discounts and rewards, everyone really should start a flybys account. Also with Coles and a number of other businesses participating which are Australian owned, then it assists no only yourself, but others as well where your spending your money.
Slow to reflect points collection. Also unclear if an once off offer has been used as it doesn't go away until the end of offer. Please learn from Everyday Rewards (woolies) on how a Rewards program app should be built.
besides having 8 points per litre at Shell service stations turned on, you now have to activate it each time to get the 8 points. really dodgy and dishonest of the company to implement that. you used to just turn up and scan your flybuys card and it will activate automatically, now you have to manually activate the promotion. shameful company
cool 😎 please stay with Virgin and velocity points it's the main reason I collect points to keep them current for future flights down the track..oh and 4 cents off petrol haha. it's a great app, used it for a long time. thx team.
What a useless app. Do you think you will introduce adding receipts online if we forget to scan our card? Would make life so much easier. Not everyone can go back within 7 days. Also maybe think outside the box and have the option to view recipts. No one cares about the option of having the display black or white. Come on use your brain a little more.
I have had good times collecting them and using them for purchases. I got an amazing set of rose coloured luggage I will be using when I meet a friend in San Francisco.
I could not redeem my points at Coles today as I do not have a separate Flybys card and credit card, as they are both linked on my Cole's credit card and I cannot remember being informed that I needed to have my separate Flybys card to redeem. I will now apply for a new card
improved... but years behind woolworths... nothing gets added automatically you gotta keep receipts... worse than the ato lol.... not worth the hassle... stick to woolies.. dockets updated in real time and points too...
is anyone still using this app? I can't login last couple of months. I'm using flybuy number and password for login, sometimes it say something wrong, the other time it redirected to 403 ERROR. It is same if I try login from their website. I submit form from their contact page, no response. I can't confirm if I am getting correct points for every purchase now.
how do you order a new physical card it used to be easy now it very hard to navigate, l work for coles and often have customers need a new card as theirs has worn-out it would be nice to beable to help them when this arises
Easy to use and saves money by collecting the points. It sometimes offered freebies as well.
fix your glitches! can no longer sign into app, even after receiving and entering code. it reverts straight back to the sign up or log in, over and over again.
