FM Radio: AM, FM, Local Radio

Not a tuner. (Unless I'm missing something?) Good app for lots of radio stations that are pre selected, but I was not able to find specific local radio stations I needed to check weather warnings. For that I really need a fine tuner so I can pick specific stations. Although it says it's a tuner, I'm not able to find tuner functionality. If it's there I'll fix my review! Had to download a different app to get a tuner.

Pretty good stuff. Has at least a few stations from every country. However, it lacks the stations that are under the banner of iheartradio, so if your favorite local station has ads/events for iheartradio, you will probably not find it here. There may be other exceptions, but this one was immediately obvious. It would also be nice if it gave the name of the song/group.

Enjoyed listening to it the first day, for some reason it has decided upon itself to set a Reminder Alarm on my phone to listen to app everyday. You CAN NOT cancel the alarm. It will not let you save it without setting an alarm for at least one day, but it automatically set it for a Daily reminder on my phone. Yeah, that's beyond stupid. Uninstalling it right now.

When an app pops up a dialog to rate the app that prevents me from interacting with the app and does not allow me to dismiss the dialog, it will get the lowest possible rating, every time. Allowing ads to appear with misleading and/or phishing content in the ads is another automatic bottom rating (I've seen both in this app in under 15 mjnutes of use.) I'm not uninstalling quite yet, but that's two strikes already.

Wide selection of stations. Easy interface. Covers the US well. For some reason app is sending me nag "reminders" to use it. I never set anything like that up, and I can't find a way to kill them in settings. Disappointed. Edit: the "settings" are only links to social media or this rating page. Edit2: they fixed my complaints. Interface could be a tiny bit better but it works. Bump up 1 star to 4/5. TikTok ad grabs the whole screen. 3/5 ALL ads grab the whole screen. Very difficult to clear them

This review seemed mandatory to start using the app. After installing a few minutes ago, I was able to listen to one of my favorite classical music stations, but could not find a second station, which is a popular NY station, also probably NYC. Thank you for letting me listen to music I like very much.

I've had this particular music app before, and I think 🤔 it's a really good app,go to for some of the cities best podcast stations,as well as your go to popular hits. I love the app.

Just the most important features and a clear well structured menu. While many radio apps have lots of radio stations missing this app lists all of them. However, three very important features are missing: The favourites list can't be ordered in alphabetical order. Radio stations just appear from the date (oldest to newest) you ad them. With a long list of your favourite radio stations it's too cumbersome to find them. There's also no Android Auto support and no casting to your speakers.

So glad I found RadioLY App & here's why: 1. It's one of the few audio apps w/c runs in the background so as to do other things such as browse, search & read on Google, read, respond to my emails or do other chores. 💕 2. It has clear sound & w/ equalizer, didn't experience buffering 💕 3. W/ features such as Volume button, Alarm, Timer, add to favorite list of stations 💕 4. Organized into Country, genres, etc But most of my fave radio stations are not available & there are big ads. 😟

I've tried various apps for playing my favourite local stations however I've been disappointed with the fading signal, when using on data. So far I have not experienced the problem with this app.

haven't gotten to use it yet so staying average. forced to rate it right off the bat after seeing the first ad, not smart to ask for a rating review before being able to hear the first song

As soon as I tuned into my favourite local radio stations, they start playing without any hitches. What a great radio tuner this app is!

the signal reception is just excellent. I'm really enjoying myself.

I downloaded this app and found an awesome oldies station that plays the oldies I love to listen and sing too. this plays the best of the 50s and 60a and wish I would have found this app earlier. great music. love it.

I USE THIS APP EVERY SINGLE DAY AND ITS ONE OF THE BEST RADIO APPS THAT ARE OUT THERE FOR THE ANDROID SAMSUNG PHONE. ITS FANTASTIC TO LISTEN TO ALLDAY DAY AND NIGHT AND IT HAS THE BEST STATIONS TOO AND IT DOES HELP WITH SLEEP TOO AND IT HAS A LIGHT BACKROUND THEME AND A DARK BACKROUND THEME TOO WHICH IS COOL. PEOPLE THAT LOVE MUSIC I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP FOR THEM.

I love that you can listen to all over the world talk, music and even old talk radio which is what this world had before audiobooks and podcasts. Keep up the good work you are on all my devices.

I can't change my rating at this time because now I come to find that the connection does not stay connected with most radio radio station says that the connection will cut out and then after a few seconds we'll resume back to playing again. This happens quite often with most radio stations even local radio stations that I have saved the favorites.

DearbFM RadioLY team, thank you for your quick reaction. You have changed the UI having moved the settings right in the middle of the page, but it made the page a bit littered. I meant that users are used to finding Alarm and other options in Settings. Today I have checked the search option and , for instance, a key word ABBA finds only one Russian station dedicated to the group, when other radio apps find tens of stations. I used other words such as retro, gay, melodia and it failed.

Edit - Thank you so much! This is my go to app now. The developer is very responsive and I really appreciate it, it's by far the best radio app on app store in my opinion. But some stations are still showing in the list but not working like Zee News Live, News 18 lokmat, Mirror Now live. Also sometimes stations just stop playing suddenly. Please try to fix that too.
