Had the worst experience ever. I ordered Popeyes through the app and had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes without any delivery attempt. There was NO WAY to contact support from the app, and the restaurant is not picking up their phone, so I had to go to the restaurant. Restaurant could not give my food because of foodpanda rules, and they had to contact support. The support said for them not to give my food. In the end, they canceled my order and I had left inconvenienced and disappointed.

The pricing transparency on this app is getting worse. Why am I being charged a platform fee AND a delivery fee, only to have VAT slapped on top of everything at the very end? On a small order, these extra charges almost double the price of the meal. It feels like I'm being penalized for ordering a single meal. Either include tax in the menu price or consolidate these service fees. It’s too much for a simple delivery. I am uninstalling the app. It’s much better to just go there myself & eat.

disappointment at its peak. payment processing takes so long and pays the money itself without even placing the order, and yeah, you guessed right, no refunds. it's not about money. It's about trust and humanity. i am uninstallling it, but I have the worst experience.

Foodpanda is honestly my go-to whenever I'm hungry and don't feel like cooking. The app is super easy to navigate, and I love how many local restaurants and grocery stores are available right at my fingertips. Delivery is usually pretty quick, and being able to track the rider in real-time takes all the guesswork out of waiting. I also really appreciate the frequent vouchers and deals that make ordering in way more affordable. It’s a reliable service that never seems to let me down. 🍕✨

Very bad experience with this app. I placed an order but the restaurant called and said there was no rider and asked me to cancel. The app didn’t allow cancellation, so I placed another order thinking both would arrive. Only one order came, and when I cancelled the second one, my online payment was not refunded. Support only said “sorry” and refused to help.

I've been constantly using this since Covid. Recently, the "Select payment method" button keeps appearing although it has been selected. Even when I managed to get past that issue, the button turned into "Place order" upon clicking which doesn't do anything. NOWADAYS I CANNOT PLACE ORDERS ANYMORE even after I stopped the App and cleared cache. (Yes my credit card on the payment method is still valid and perfectly fine.)

I waited more than an hour only for them to cancel last minute, multiple times, with multiple stores. Today I used the order for later feature, I ordered my food around 2pm, expecting it to arrive around 6 or 7 pm, only for foodpanda to cancel last minute. What was the point of ordering it early if they wont tell the unavailability earlier? Now its late and near open fasting time already.

1. The product was shown as available on the app. However, after placing the order then I was informed that it was actually unavailable. 2. Although my order was paid as a priority, there was still a significant delay in resolution. 3. The customer support appears to rely heavily on automated responses, making it difficult to receive proper assistance from a human representative to resolve the matter effectively.

I paid for panda pro, but it's stuck in pending for more than a day already. the payment was already taken and support just keeps telling me to wait for 24 hours even though it's been days already. The support will also close the ticket mid conversation and pretends that they made an escalation. They can't provide a ticket number for the escalation Worst support experience I've ever had. I've been a long pro subscriber but I didn't expect the support team to be this rude.Don't use this app.

⭐☆☆☆☆ This is absolutely unacceptable. For the past 6 months I have been unable to add my credit/debit card because the app constantly shows “We are having trouble loading the details.” I updated, cleared cache, reinstalled, and tried multiple networks, yet nothing works. A basic payment feature failing for half a year shows serious incompetence. Stop offering card payments if you cannot maintain them. Fix this permanently instead of ignoring customers.

After more than 5 years, it's time to uninstall. Although having a subscription does not remove delivery fees like a competitor platform, and the orders are often late, I stayed for the wide coverage of eateries. Recently, it's no longer friendly for subscribers who order for one or two. After the criteria for free/reduced delivery cost increased from minimum order of 15 to 32, I would incur the already hiked delivery charges for 95% of my regular orders.

Forced me to download this app when I tried to order via browser. Then nothing happens when I clicked on "place order". Tried with other eateries and still the same. Basically the "place order" button is broken so cannot order anything!! Can't even reach out to any agents! wth is this?! Now I got nothing to eat 😡 I will be cancelling my subscription if this persists since I can't even use it!!

extremely poor customer service. very scammy practices over all. if you order something & that item ends up being out of stock with some other items you added, you won't be able to cancel the order, nor will you be able to contact the establishment to cancel the order. refunds will be sent to your foodpanda account and you cannot take the money out so you are forced to continue to purchase in the app. ordered a pizza 4 hours ago? you can't cancel! you're forced to pay. no resolution...

Very disappointed with the overall experience. Have been a long time subscriber but it's perks and promotions have deteriorated. Discounts on delivery fees have increased to min order of $32 for many eateries. Their customer support are awesome in the past but are now poor! They used to offer compensation for many issues encountered but now will only said they will feedback to the eateries! What's the point! Facing an issue with changing my payment mode and seek help from them but didn't solve!

very disappointed with the their help centre ordered and payed online and the main item was missing for which i payed 1050 rs i received only the side dish and they charged me fully didn't refund me despite complaining multiple times. no option to call and if u go through the online form they have chat box and it takes so unnecessarily long to reach them and if your screen times out during waiting the chat automatically closes and you're left to do the process all over again.

Rider tracker is delayed. says the item will arrive in 5 mins but the rider had already arrived 30min prior. ordered supermarket items and there wasnt even a notification that the rider was already at the pick up location. you cannot expect users to be on their phone for 2hrs straight staring at a stangnant screen while waiting for their order. the rider should at least be able to call users via the app. waste of money, waste of time.

The customer service is terrible. They don't take actions against the riders who scam people, take money and run away, cancel the order before delivering it. No matter how many times you ask the support team to resolve your issue, they don't bother to contact their rider and refund money even upon asking many times nor they help you , all they do is come up with a time and this makes the application's liability questionable. Foodpanda needs to improve their customer service experience

What the hell i have ordered from food panda from nearest location. and more than 1 hour gone still order is in preparation mode. and I have no any option to talk to the support team..even whn I tried to cancel order, app is only showing the check box of "I will wait for my order". and not showing any checkbox of cancellation.
