Just horrible. This app is basically useless now. Logging in is a nightmare. It does not show any new releases, just get an error page. Can't enter the reservation and some product pages won't load. Then, you can't do nothing on their website for new releases because you can only use the app for that.....an app that does NOT work. Time to use a different retailer I guess.

Just app is just bad! Every time there's an update, you have to uninstall/reinstall then log back in and even then it's 50/50 working. The most recent aggrevation was when the blue foamposites released, tried like 3 days to add them to cart to purchase and they would never get added. Then when they sold out my size, I was able to add another size but by that time it was too late! Never have issues with Puma nor Adidas. Those always work!

When the app is working, it's nice and convenient, but just about everything I open it, it says something went wrong. The main screen changes regularly, but I'm unable to search or purchase anything. This is very upsetting when I miss out on the app exclusive deals due to it being inoperable. This has been going on way too long. I've reinstalled and checked for updates, nothing. If there is a fix, please let me know.

In order to put an entry. Before logging in select the shoes you like to put entry. Then it will ask you to sign in. Once signed in it'll take you to the shoes to add the details once it's been added. You'll have to sign out again to put another entry for another shoe. Be aware that there's so solution to edit entry once it's been submitted. They are not going to fix this stupid app. It would've been solved months ago. So don't loose you're breath.

I've had difficulty getting the notification and being able confirmation my entries for new drops. The app is a nightmare. Happened twice in the last few weeks. App will just not work correctly when the time it says it's supposed to. Footlocker needs to do better. It's beyond frustrating, especially when we, the customers, are left with no choice but to do these things online in this day in age.

It works when it actually wants to. The last few drops have been quite a headache. Notifications have been delayed or inconsistent if they show up at all. Payment details have been incredibly frustrating with trying to add options. And being in a rural area, Ship To Me sign ups I've gone for were rescinded and changed to in-store pick up only. Being in a rural area, that's a rather difficult option for me given my responsibilities outside of buying sneakers. I've had to shop elsewhere recently.

One of the worst apps. Constantly giving me error codes. Even when I log in, i receive an error code, but yet all my account info is loaded correctly. I know what I want when I get to the site as I browse the merchandise. I get an error code stating I'm moving too fast or they think I'm a bot. I have been trying to make a purchase since 4 pm today, over 7 hours later, and I still can't. I would click purchase, and nothing would happen. Finally got an actual error message at 11:25pm 7 hours later

App sucks ever since the upgrade. It doesn't keep you signed in, so I can see why people would miss notifications of the latest releases and stuff. Every time I go on, i need to sign in! Then, if I put my password wrong once, it gives me an error code and says I have attempted multiple times, and I have to wait 15 minutes! How ridiculous is that?? Work on the app please and thank you.

When will they fix this app? It's been roughly a year! I've uninstalled/reinstalled forced closed, everything nothing helps. 75% of the time you can't even log in, it says your email or password is wrong. It constantly crashes, or gets stuck loading. Not to mention, it doesn't link/sync up well with your profile if you use actual website, which because of the problems I normally have to do. It's honestly the worst app from a major retailer I've ever experienced in my life.

Update 2/25/25: It is mind-boggling to me that a company like Foot Locker doesn't have an app that works. I still have to log in every time I open the app just to be told it's not right, and I've tried too many times. I'm constantly being blocked because it thinks I'm a bot because I'm scrolling too fast. I've never been so aggravated and frustrated from an app before. And y'all wonder why the company is failing, and no, I'm not contacting you through the link provided. DO BETTER

i have never in my life been so frustrated at an app. Being the huge sneakerhead I am. It's disappointing. Can't log in at all at times. Can't confirm releases. I have to uninstall all the time. I've missed so many new releases due to this app. I finally get notifications just to not be able to open app. I wasted hours yesterday trying to claim my release, just to yoday not be able to login. Now it says app is pending download. There has to be another way to claim releases. This is upsetting

App needs a complete overhaul. One minute, it's working fine. Then the next minute, I'm unable to log in or my information isn't correct. How do you expect me to have a pleasant shopping experience, if I cannot even log in. This app is the epitome of garbage! Multiple times a day it goes down or something is wrong. I think it just makes up errors as it goes because I'm sure I've seen nearly every error.

POINTLESS APP! Can't log in at times. Then when you can log in, you cant verify your info on a sneaker release because of error codes. The app sends you 6 digit code to verify your phone number and then it moves onto enter card number. Card numbers on file already. Not sure why there is a need to enter it again. Once its entered, it gives an error message. Can't go any further than that. Have missed several sneaker releases due to this. Poor customer service/effort in resolving this issue/app.

Absolute WORST APP EVER! I just got a nice inheritance and decided I wanted to treat myself to several pairs of on sale shoes they are selling. The app kept giving me an error code and wouldn't let me use it. I finally got it working and added the 8 pairs of shoes which totalled $1,266 and all the sudden it says "You've been blocked" and won't let me go back to my cart or see anything. Java script is working fine, app is updated. It's saying I'm a robot. I will never spend another dime here.

Years later and the app still doesn't work lol. It requires that I log in each time I open the app. It's completely frustrating. Will most likely delete ... again. Rarely works. Upcoming and My Releases pages display errors. Basically worthless. And still nothing but error codes on nearly every page. I really don't understand the point of this app? Maybe it's designed to drive business elsewhere 🤷‍♂️

Doesn't allow you to log in or stay logged in. Then they don't allow you to claim reservations online or through the phone. If your app doesn't work, then you are sol. Customer service aren't able to do anything but put a ticket in that won't resolve anything. There isn't an error code to give so not sure what they are expecting to help with anyways.

Poorly put together. The app used to be simple enough to navigate and gave a pretty decent shopping experience. For some reason, their latest makeover oversimplified it. To the point where they cut out menus such as the option to look at my own profile, order history, etc. Now i can only edit my mailing addresses and credit card info. My military discount doesn't work for me anymore either. I've signed up to be VIP about 6 times now, including in-store, yet i lose it every time I open the app.

total garbage. app constantly gets error messages and doesn't let you log in particularly during shoe drops. cant wait to see what's going to happen when I need to get in and verify I want to purchase a particular drop if selected. I've never seen an app the performed more poorly than this one. go back to the good old days when I could put in for the shoe at a retail location if you cant build and app that can support the traffic.

The app has had so many glitches, it freezes daily. When I am trying to register for my raffles I continuously have to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have reached out to the helpdesk through the app multiple times to no avail. Then when it does allow me to register for a raffle, when its time for the countdown, the entire app freezes, and glitches out. Again I have to uninstall and reinstall to find out that I "missed my chance to reserve!" extremely unsatisfied!

I am having issues with the app. It either won't open or won't stay open. 1. It opens long enough for me to log in. Once logged in,it shuts down OR 2. It looks like it is about to open but shuts down. I have cleared my cache, un-installed, re-installed, and even cleared app data. It is still not working. In addition to this issue, it is not showing the options for redeeming points or info on my release raffle entries in the FLX Dashboard.WON early release selection but lost b/c app didn't work!
