EDIT: app seems to work fine now. I have changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars because the app overall does seem user-friendly, but can sometimes have bugs/glitches causing your account to sign out and unable to sign you back in for a couple of days.

I am unable to register on the app. It won't accept any of the email addresses. The message 'please enter a valid email address' comes up. Experience first time has not been good. I've had a loss of points due to this.

This app is just broken. I can add items to the basket, but I can't check out. I'm just greeted with a looping page that doesn't load properly asking for an email address. I can not get past this.

App seams broken!! it won't let me sign in it says; A valid Appcheck token is required to access this endpoint... no idea what all this means! Help sorting this would be appreciated

terrible app. ive been trying to purchase an item for 4 days now. it wont let me log in,it wont let me checkout as a guest. it wont email me my details to try and log in. avoid. awful.

It gives more options than what it shows on the website but when you try and add them to the basket it says "alert" it is very frustrating as i saw 4 things i really liked that wasn't on my laptop when i went on yesterday but yet i can't even buy them. It should not show products that you can't buy or it should say out of stock but even then its very frustrating.

You guys need to improve your app and your website. In the app, everytime I try to add something to my basket, it always comes up with "Alert" and this happens with all the products. I have uninstalled the app and downloaded it 2 times. It does not improve.

Great service from the staff. Couldn't be any happier with them. Always attentive and on hand to answer any questions you have. l returned a pair of trainers as they were too small and they didn't hesitate to change them for a different pair. Only thing was that the music was on quite loud but wasn't really a problem as you can hear each other fine. Haven't bought on line as l prefer to see the items in store before buying. Great app for browsing through and seeing what is available.

The app is nice and snappy to navigate through compared to the online website, however when adding items to my basket it says that there is a 'error' with it, so if the item you want doesn't have your size it won't add it to the basket which makes sense but it shouldn't show up on the list if I specifically chose what size I wanted. Please fix this!!

App has a great user interface but there are frequently major issues with the Filtering system not following your selections , also bugs with viewing items and them not appearing particularly on Sales. A system for showing if an items out of stock or not needs to be implemented as right now it just doesn't allow you to add an item to your basket rather than telling you there are no items. All in all one of the poorer shopping apps compared to others such as ASOS, JD sports etc

Discounts are really good. The app is friendly use, however it should include as well the item/product that has been bought. There's no info about the whereabouts of what you bought on the app, apart from receiving an email and having a third party courier which are more likely making constant emails that they have your item. But generally it's really a good app for my sports needs.

The app is missing some models that you can find on the website and also my account on the website doesn't seem to be syncronized with the same account on my phone app. I can't find my orders on my phone app and also the wishlist shows as empty, even though I have added several shoe models in there on the website. I just use this app to quickly search for a specific shoe model but either than that it is useless. Even when doing mass searching the filtering option seems to do absolutely nothing.

It's nearly impossible to pay with a US billing address for delivery in UK. There is no location to enter the US state which causes the payment info to be declined. Also, it doesn't allow a different name on the ship to VS the bill to. You're losing business because the checkout experience is beyond horrible. Also, a bunch of products that are shown in the app that aren't actually available. Shows items not available on the website, so you waste a lot of time picking things that don't exist.

ruuuubissssshhhhh. if something isn't in stock, why not just NOT have it show up in search results. then it'll let you occasionally add to basket, and when you go to your basket, it says there isn't enough stock. uninstalled, I'll just visit your shops, see what i like and buy elsewhere, cheaper. ta.

will not let me add anything to my basket to purchase, literally what is the point in me have all those voucher points in my dashboard if I cant spend them rapidly running out of time to spend the ones gained from christmas purchases. Becoming more suspicious whether the points are just a ploy to grt you to spend in store then when you try to use the rewards gained you can't.

Absolutely disgraceful app anything you go on it won't let you add and if it's out of stock it should say but it shows you all the sizes clothing trainers accessories We have not been able to add this product to the basket I get a message saying 50% you open the app and you can't anything low or high price I clicked on everything the app 100% doesn't work and don't bother downloading waste of time.

The members-only sale won't let me scroll past the first 20 items, even though it says there are 100+. I reported it, and support blamed it as a problem on myside! They've clearly not looked at the many reviews on here with the same problems. FIX THIS!

I'm having issues logging in, it says "a valid app check token is required to access this endpoint". Never had a problem before, I've even un installed and re installed and it's still saying the same thing.

The app would not work to capture my receipts in any way. It appears never to have been tested properly and much of the text is skewed and misaligned on my Galaxy S8. I would suggest avoiding this app and ignore any offers of points you may be offered in the shop as the app is not capable of delivering on any of these promises. I will now be deleating this app as a waste of memory.
