After being prompted to update the app, it no longer sends the authentication code to my email so I cannot sign in to make my payment. I have emailed, called, tried using the automated payment system all of which has failed to fix my issue. The representative I spoke to stated "you have 10 days after the payment is due, hopefully it will be resolved by then". I have always made my payment the day it is due. My app issue is still not fixed and I have yet to get any type of response to assist.
need to fix the patch update. I tried to log in to make a payment, I can't see anything on the login screen. for a brief second it would show the areas for username and password then instantly glitch to all white screen. I was able to still tap selections to enter information. I tried to see if it was an coding error for only that part but when sending a code to my phone to verify I wasn't able to figure out the right spot to continue. apparently was hitting the "resend code" option.

Ford has a market cap of $57 BILLION, and can't make their Credit app function. Unreal. Edit: I had scheduled my final payment the day before the app ending up breaking. The amount of time it took to process the payment and snail-mail me the title is quicker than the amount of time it will take to fix the app; the app that is still broken. Good thing the payment went through. Don't buy Ford. They could have had the app fixed a while ago, but chose not to spend the money.
Set up new automatic payment on the Ford app, Ford credit charged the incorrect account that was already deleted from my payment options, so now I'm -500 in an account I'm waiting to close. thanks. was forced to download this other Ford app, because apparently only one can do the accounts correctly. So far my experience has spiked my blood pressure and wasted my time.
I have to reset everything every month! POS app! why have a biometrics login option if you're never going to allow me to use it?
was working just fine until all of a sudden it logged me off and it stopped working trying to get back in it. Will delete and reinstall, hopefully that fixes the issue. Overall the app does the job, but nothing amazing with it.
this app is the worst ever. I signed into automatic payments an call when I need an update. all Ford apps are horrible even the app to start the car takes me to a car I owned 10 years ago and now doesn't even work.
When everything stays the same, it's just fine. Good luck getting it to work with you if you change your phone number. I have to make payments over a call now.
Everytime I try to login it prompts me to fill in my DOB and SSN and then tells me my account is already registered and that I need to contact customer service. This app NEVER just lets you make a payment! 😫
Not sure what's going on but everytime I select the lease and mileage section, the app crashes and closes.
Does what it needs to and everything is laid out in a clean and simple manner. No unnecessary frills. Works great!
Complete ****. Every time the app updates it signs me out and forces me to reset my password. 0 ****s given by the app devs and Ford. **** this app and the slimy devs that created and manage it. Why do I need a separate app from the Ford app to pay my my bill anyway? That's right, because this app sucks.
As soon as I log in it says "doesn't work for commercial customers" and kicks me out. This is Ford, do better.
Love the idea of just using the app to take care of my payments except it never wants to actually open and just says "no internet connection found" despite being on a WiFi network in my home right next to the router. Would bother me less if the website didn't also give me an error message almost every time I try to log in 🤦🏼♀️
I downloaded the app after getting my truck to make the payment. For the past 2 weeks I've been trying to log in & keep getting the screen to verify with email code but never get the email. I reset the password like 5 times so I know the email is accurate. I had to call to figure it out & the assistance didn't know why that's happening. I had to pay online instead of this app...
To log in, I need to reinstall the app :) every time!. I believe it's a cache or cookie issue. Desktop Chrome - same problem 400 error (header or cookie too large). It's unacceptable for the credit payment app. Only works in Edge OK. Edit: 2/13/25 The issue is currently resolved, and I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. Everything else in the app works OK.
right now I have been having a problem with the app.why after I try to log in- it says it will send an email. the email shows up I enter # from email and it won't go further from there. I have restarted my phone. I have tried to update the app. I deleted the app to try to fix the issue. same thing happens again after I reinstalled the app. dont know what's the issue. I never really had problems like this before. had the app for over 5 years
Trash app needs fixed asap. Payment was submitted on the 14th and then on the 21st I receive a notification that it had failed due to an error in the acct info? 7 days later?? Why would the app accept the checking acct info and process the payment if it were inaccurate? Complete bs. I've used this checking acct for nearly 25 YEARS. The app and its technicians are complete garbage. Incompetent, low-end tech dropouts. All needs revamped. Pitiful!
