The app discounts never work correctly for me. The first time, the code wouldn't even apply. This time, the code applies but then when I click checkout, a completely incorrect total comes up that is nearly twice the cost of the 6 items I have in my cart. It makes no sense. I would love to use the app and get the discounts. Last time I placed an order, I ended up just going through the site. I will do the same this time, disappointed, again.

What happened? Did your tech people quit? Navigation is an absolute nightmare. The cart is a mess. Cant delete sold out items. The app lags. The overall look is just lazy. I just checked it now and all the pictures are zoomed in...Seriously, what happened? I really don't want to try to find a store that actually has the plus size section. Just let me buy my stuff online please. I don't know what's happening, but fix it.

Edit: Found gc box on site. Click on right box w/ total and scroll down. Could be easier to find. As other users have noticed, you can't choose ship to store as your delivery option in the app. Even more aggravating, when you checkout on the website, you can't use your gift card as a form of payment. So, you have to choose between paying an extra $6 to use your gift card or pay with card to save that fee. For all of that, I wouldn't have even purchased the gift card in the 1st place. Please fix.

I'll just stop shopping here, and I should have sooner. If you use any discount in the app whatsoever it changes everything to final sale AFTER the purchase is made. Very deceptive. So just be forewarned if you don't pay full price, you're keeping it. Also there are so many items where the color you see isn't what it really is, so that's fun when you can't return anything. I was a manager at a f21, so I know when they say they can't override a return they're flat out lying to you. Good luck.

When I click on an item, and scroll down, there are about 5 items you can scroll through, labeled as "You Might Also Like." However, these items are not usually at all similar to the item I was interested in. Even worse, it seems to always be a mix of about the same 15-20 pieces of apparel, half of which are Out of Stock! I can remember a time when it wasn't this bad. It wasn't perfect but it has really gone downhill.

The app is fine. Could be a little better to navigate and I wish there was a feature where I could make specific wish lists. I hate that you can only have one wish list and it's limited to 100 items. The biggest issue I have is their shipping. If it says it will arrive in 5-10 days the company better make sure it gets there. My Thanksgiving dress is now useless because it won't arrive until the day AFTER Thanksgiving and I made sure I ordered early. It took them five days to find and ship 2 items? Had they done it within a day or two like usual I wouldn't have had an issue. Even when paying for expedited shipping my orders arrive late and they are based in LA so I don't see why it's so difficult.

Login work, loading works. You also have a limit (20) to how much you can add to your cart now. The previous update is much better. Update: If I search for a specific category, and click on something I like, it'll either tell me it's sold out or no longer available. Fix this, PLEASE. I didn't install the app just to be told certain items aren't available anymore.

I purchase online and pick the item in store. The item had damage, and they didn't want to replace it, in spite of having so much stock of the same item in the store. The options they gave were take it home or refund it and re-buy online if it's still available. Unfortunately, the item is no longer available and the item in-store is more expensive. A business scam that caused inconvenience.

Everytime I go to another window or app it deletes everything in my cart...so frustrating when you spend 30 mins picking stuff out and then its all gone. Basically they are losing sales because im not going to spend 30mins finding everything again. I like to add to my basket over time. Also the filtering is HORRIBLE. You cant narrow down by category or gender. When the store has thousands of SKUs it makes it really time consuming to find what interests you.

Terrible. Can't add anything to the cart the page scrolls on its own because it never finishes loading, I get an error each time I click on anything. I wouldn't waste my time. I never leave reviews I'm so frustrated I had to, trying to buy one dress took over 30 min. to try to just view had to give up. No way I would trust my payment info on this app. I've never had an app ask me for cookie permission.

Litterally won't let me add anything to my cart or wishlist, I tried to log out then log back incand it gives me an error that I can't log back in. I can't actually buy anything, the app and online won't work properly. Also deleted the cart I had made just a few days ago. Clearly they are losing out on TONS of business as all the other ratings from the past 2 months are practically saying the same thing. Is the company even trying to fix it? Do they care??

The Forever 21 app is broken! If you let the app idle or run in the background (not even closing the app) it will erase your cart. An inconvenience but not the reason I am leaving my first ever negative review! The real kicker is trying to submit payment. I tried three (3) credit cards between my husband and myself to which all were denied for errors out of our control. One of these errors was because the app could not register the pound symbol (#) in my billing address! Use PayPal to process.

I recently made a purchase, and the app wouldn't let me choose which shipping I wanted because of a glitch. I made my purchase because I didn't want to lose the items I liked and called 4ever21. I was told, even though my purchase was still pending, they refuse to modify my order to allow me to pay for shipping. They said they can only cancel my order. I then asked if my order can be canceled and then repurchased over the phone. Nope! So, they would rather lose money than change policy.

If i could, i would put 0 stars. Doesn't let me purchase at the end when placing an order. App, website, and desktop are having the same problem not letting me purchase items. Changed my card 12 times they sent back only 10 transactions, forever21 keeping 2 transactions, and I haven't got a single item. Order numbers I have for them don't even work even though it said "thank you for your order" and displaying an order number.

While its significantly faster running than the web browser version there are two major problems with the app. 1) It crashes unexpectedly and you have to reopen the app and search for the same items again. 2) The promo codes cannot be applied on the app, at all. The 40% off coupon code for the app does not work, I know which items it applies to. I put in another code that applies perfectly fine on the web browser version, but not on the app. The app really needs some work. 2/5

Installed the app bc nothing would open on the website- reviews, etc. But the app doesn't have the same filters as the website to narrow down your search. On the website you can filter dresses by length, sleeve length, etc., but the app only has 3 filters, size, color, and price, so you have to scroll through 1,000s of dresses you're not interested in, which is a huge waste of time. Or, you can search by categories, "casual, cocktail, going out, formal, work, etc, still not helpful at all.

App constantly kicks you off and freezes all of the time. Really slow, annoying and inconvenient. Also, unlike places like fashion Nova, when you sell out of something, you never replenish it. I'm sure there are many women who would love it if you got stuff back in stock, instead of just running out of items, and that's just it. Real bummer. There is so many things I would have bought if it came back in stock. Guess I need to find the items elsewhere, or items that are as close as possible.

Works poorly. Doesn't save my cart. Trying to search for items is a trial. Looked for a specific hooded sweatshirt on iPhone and found it. Went to Samsung Galaxy phone and couldn't bring it up no matter what I put in search window! Ridiculous! App closed out 3 times while trying to shop. Website was just as bad. Wish I could set shipping notifications.

I love the cute items. some stuff are kinda pricey. But, the coupon code does help a little bit. thanks. my only problem is that the shipping is kinda slow & doesnt update very well about whats going on with your orders. So, i didnt really have a good first time buying online experience on this app. I hope, it goes well for others. My other problem is that I'm trying to give reviews on the items i brought. But, it wont let me submit. This app loads really slow.

The app is better than going in the store, but still sucks. They do not post their new arrivals at the top truly. They are constantly pushing old items on the new arrivals list. I understand it is a business tactic. I have to look at a bunch of older items I might purchase before finding the true new items, but it is still a waste of time I do not enjoy.
