Formula Pro Advanced WiFi

The device loses WiFi connection frequently. Annoying, but not the biggest issue. What is frustrating is that each time you have to reset the WiFi, you have to skip past a dozen or so of the initial setup instructions. Totally unnecessary and a bad user experience. The app would be greatly improved if you could just opt to skip the setup steps once the WiFi is reconnected.

Pixel 7pro. When I go to connect to WiFi and the app goes into scan mode, it immediately tells me there's an error. Either phone is to far or router. Neither is true. I've seen other users with different phones having issues like this. I thought that maybe it had been patched but I guess not. For what I paid for this thing it. Should not have any of these issues. This is ridiculous. I will try again tomorrow but if it doesn't work, this expensive piece of junk is going to be returned.

Not sure why it is telling me on the App to add water when the tank is full. It allows me to make a bottle of i so it from the machine but it won't let me do it on the app as it tell me to add water !!! 🙄 I read one other person with the same problem today. If you have trouble connecting to Android phones it might take several time. I was able to finally connect after the 4th try to my Galaxy note 20. Hold it very close.

Couple things would make the price worth it. App is not helpful. It would be nice if it at least recorded the times the bottles are made. Machine is just as fast walking up and pushing the button as it takes to use the app to make the bottle. Having to switch the funnel out or clean it every 4 bottles is also frustrating at 3am. Otherwise, it is very fast making the bottle.

I'm actually shocked that the app has less than 2-stars. I've had zero issues with connection or utilization. I love how quick and simple it is to start a bottle from anywhere in the house. Plus, if the internet is down, the machine remembers the last setting. Setup was easy, and the app literally walks users through each step. The personalized settings are also made for the least tech-savvy individuals.

Developer's are not reading the complaint (not complaintS). No android user can connect, not one! It won't even connect right out of the box. It says move the phone closer to the machine and move the machine closer to the router. However, it's able to pick up my all of neighbors wifi signal?? Moved all 3 devices within feet of each other, still won't connect.

I have an Android phone (pixel 6) and it connected easily to the machine! And works great! I did,however, at the very beginning have an issue with the app it says "refill water" before I can make a bottle. But the water tank is full. But I called the company and they explained how to fix it (just empty the tank using the water only feature, then refill it) and it was fixed!

Everytime I go and update the formula or anything other than starting a bottle, the app closes. It's becoming very annoying and makes me regret purchasing one. My husband even warned me about it beforehand but I really was hoping the app would work well and it does not so now the husband is doing the "I told you so" talk... well it might be too late to return the product but I will definitely not recommend the wifi version for purchase.

The app is a joke. I can't login, get a new password, or register. When I did get in the one time it let me get all the way through until it reached the "name this bottle" page and then wouldn't go any further. I also cannot stand that the only way to contact the company is by calling them. They should at least have an email on their site. This machine cost more because you are supposed to be able to make a bottle from your phone and yet I cannot. I am really irritated with babybrezza.

Pixel 6 pro. Have had it about a month. It works as intended, haven't had any real problems. Non app related, the temp settings suck,wish the highest temp was much warmer. I don't normally rate apps, but no way does this warrant 1.7 stars on average. That's like an app that non stop crashes and full of bugs. It could use some work, but it works as described.

I received this as a baby shower gift. It was the one thing I really wanted my whole pregnancy. I was really excited when they gave me the newest wifi version, however, we tried many attempts & are unable to connect whatsoever. I feel horrible they spent extra on this version. What a waste. I'm sad to see so many people having the same issue.. 😞 Hope they resolve it or I will be returning.

Love the machine because it's very convenient, however we could not connect to wifi with our newer androids. We had to use an old phone we still had in order to get it to connect and then we were able to use our newer phones once it established the connection. This seems to be a major issue that several people are dealing with and should be fixed immediately. We were only lucky we still had an older android sitting around.

App is straight forward and provides detailed instructions for Step Up. Easy-to-use but only 4 presets can be saved.. A few design flaws with the machine itself that could be improved. 1) the filter is plastic and needs to be washed every 4 bottles. The machine won't allow you to make more bottles until this is done each time. 2) the part holding the water is hard to remove and noisy, there should be a release button/lever. 3) lowest amount that can be made is 2 oz. Nothing lower.

I'm unable to get the device to connect to my home wifi. During setup, my phone is able to connect to the device but when scanning for wifi networks, it returns an empty list. I've tried with a OnePlus 9, Galaxy S20 FE, and even an old Nexus 5x for good measure. Same results with all of them. For the price charged for this device, the app is pathetic.

I have a Samsung galaxy s21 and the app crashes immediately when I click "register." My wife has an iPhone and we were unable to get the machine to connect to the wifi. I work in IT and the problem does not seem to be user error. We tried calling the help line, which was completely pointless and not helpful at all.

I love the machine because it comes in very handy. The only problem I ran into is that it won't connect to newer android phones. Luckily we still have my husband's old phone and it connected to that without issue. We then invited myself to the app and that seemed to work. The only way I figured out the problem was because I looked at the reviews. Hopefully they fix the problem soon.

Everything works great and is easy. Only reason why I will not give 5 stars is because this app should include the ability to log feedings. Bottle was made with Xoz, follow up with how much baby drank and a time stamp. A calendar and chart to view and share with pediatrician. An ability to export to a CSV would be incredible.

The machine itself is amazing. When our premie came home this was a must have but like the other reviews we can't seem to connect to wifi. I have a galaxy note 20 ultra 5g and have tried over and over to get it to work and it doesn't. It's frustrating because we bought this model so we could use the app features.

The doesn't work at all. As soon as I hit any button login or regrister it closes and says the app has stopped working. This is on both mine and my husband's android. Super disappointing. We would of gotten the regular brezza for cheaper if we knew the wifi and app wouldn't work. Waste of money.

Just got the Brezza and trying to set up the app. Issue here is that when I try to register a new account it says the email already exists (not sure how since I just got this). When I try to reset the password it says my account does not exist. I basically paid for a feature that does not work out of the box.
