It doesn't crash on me that much but when it comes to watching videos, forget it. Not worth the stress. The video gets overlapped with another news video and never shows video, just get a black screen. Other times the video won't load and freezes up. I have a Samsung Note 8 so I know it's not my phone. I've had this app installed a very long time and always the same issues with video playback, all this time and no improvements has been made and also get the same issues on other devices too.

I'm not able to get any sound at all on videos anymore and I'm using the sound function correctly. I can get sound with other videos on other apps no problem. Also when I try to open the app or a story I just get the "loading" and the circle. Then if I try again a notice pops up in a box that looks like a message for the developers. Please fix this! It used to be a good app.

I've had this app and most of the previous versions for at least a couple yrs. It's garbage. It crashes everytime I use it. Not randomly, not every other, but EVERY TIME. It's so frustrating to be half way through a video (if you can even get it to play) or an article, and the pos crashes. Today it is deleted. I'll get my news elsewhere.

Im not sure why all the negitive reviews about articles not opening and video clips not playing. I was able to load up live stream multiple times. I was able to play live clips from articles when i clicked on them. I did however see multipule of repeat 'top' articles. Some of which are not what i would consider, 'top' or 'breaking' news. And nothing about what is currently being shown on the live stream at the moment. Almost like they are a day behind real time.

I've had nothing but problems since, well I can't remember when! This is one of very few news apps local to me, and what's up with the freaking 3 gigs of storage from this app! I've deleted everything this app had to do with, and still has a need for over 3 gigs of storage! What the frogs??? And since latest update, app won't stay open, it just crashes! Looks like I'm not the only one!

OMG the update you did is the best! Now I can watch videos without my phone timing out and it will just play the next video in the queue. Everything is organized and easy to find. I can actually watch live through the app now. Good job on the update!!! One thing you should add is being able to share the videos. Either on social media and or sending links via SMS etc.

I love your app. I don't have time to watch the news in the mornings, so the app is a great place to catch up. I also visit the app throughout the day. I read the news on the app usually. I don't really like the live streaming very much because the breaks are so close together and play the same commercials over a over.

Started crashing after the latest android update from sprint. I had not had any problems prior to the update however. As it stands now, it is basically useless. It opens for about 5 seconds and then is done. I am using a Samsung Note 8.

Lately I've noticed that music or ads start playing when I'm looking at a news story. The only way I can get them to stop is to get out of that particular story. This is annoying and I have no problem deleting this app if it continues. You get 1 star from me.

Terrible editing! I don't know who is supposed to proof these articles before they are posted, but it reads like a 3rd grader wrote many of the articles. They are littered with misspellings and grammatical errors. I think a high school newspaper could do a better job. For a large organization like this, you'd think they could afford an editor at least

The past week all streaming of live newz has had extreme sound fluctuations. I can't watch the news on the app. I may delete it from all of my devices if it isn't resolved soon. I use roku and an android device.

This app literally crashes every single time I open it. I've actually never been able to read a single news story on this app. NOT ONE. I only keep it because of the breaking news alerts, which I'll then go read about via a web browser.

This could be a great app if it wasn't crashing all the time. It would also be better if your ads didn't auto play. That's probably what makes the app crash.

no auto local weather. Only slc then have to dig to find my local info. this app has my location and requested it. one adjustmet to give a user info on where they would be very logical and useful. I am shocked they have chozen NOT to do this. this state is very diverse in weather, it is not all about SLC

can you please fix the crash issue so I can actually read the news from the app? Everytime and I mean absolutely everytime I open the app it crashes. What's the point of having the app or receiving breaking news if you can't read it?

Meh... Inconsistent Video does not go full screen. Every time I change the screen orientation, the 30 second ad starts again. Too much junk on the screen to see the story or video.

Keeps crashing and reporting is sub-par, sometimes contradictory, many grammatical errors, pejorative headlines, junk news, etc. The fact that it's owned by a Chicago corporation is apparent.

Clunky, frustrating. The worst is the weather for Logan, Utah - it has been consistently 5 to 10 degrees off, even for the PRESENT temperature, which renders it useless. I sadly uninstalled my favorite local channel's app it's so bad.

don't waste you time /phone memory with this app- it is UNSTABLE and crashes evertime it's launched. Way too many Ads. too bad... this used to be a good ap...UN installed.

I have downloaded the app, but slow giving the data to show me local weather when it's not 11pm news on Mountain time. Nice app to appreciate to look around for sport, local news. Thank you !
