update doesn't work, and I can't access the app. y'all have so many technical problems on your social media and tv stuff (sounds are usually terrible or static sounding). i almost can't watch y'all anymore. I can't stand 4 & 5 & you own 11, so don't expect any better quality there, so I'm not sure where I'll get local news now. I've been watching you guys for 30+ yrs. this really sucks.

when I click on the notification it takes me to a story and says swipe up or another choice. No matter the choice I make it will never open with that choice. Ads, we all hate ads but, I will be waiting for stories to load after ads. Next thing I know Im in an ad loop. It will play nothing except ads over and over. Right now I am trying to open the app and it says there is a newer version to go to the Play store. When I go it only gives the option to open it, not update it.

I updated this app thinking it would improve it and now it's worse than it was before! Every time I open it the app freezes and I have to reopen it. The swipe ad is awful and it doesn't work half the time and that's one of the reasons I updated it . Ridiculous

Update doesn't work and the app won't open

Always been a bit buggy. random crashes, notifications don't open the app to the correct notification. WAY CLUTTERED with Ads. And now the apps been down completely for weeks due to the app saying update it in the Play Store, but there is no update available. Come on Fox. Do better. Maybe time to switch to Channel 4 local news....

One of the worst apps ever. Every single time I open the app it crashes and shuts down. Tonight, it crashed 10 times (no exaggeration) while trying to read 2 articles. I plan to save my frustration, disable this app and rely on the other local news apps. I've had this app several years and it's only gotten worse as time goes on.

Open the app and it continually says Update and won't open. click on the update button and there is not an update available on Play Store. even removing and reinstall of app doesn't change anything. been going on for several weeks.

Ok so after the so called update the option to share stories doesn't work. When you go to share it the link doesn't populate after selecting your option. I gave it a little over 3 weeks to see if you all would get a clue or if someone else would report it but I guess not. Also force closes sometimes, same stories listed back to back, lots of missing things in post. Will delete the app again until it's worked on a bit. I will continue using ksdk, kmov, and CNN for now. Thanks.

definitely not reliable during severe weather. the live streaming news sucks, it just shuts off after the app has had no interaction after a minute or 2. you can rewind the stream, so you have to rewatch in order to see what you missed. during severe weather when this happens, it's especially frustrating. you will have to reload the app and rewatch the ads to see if you are in danger. they could fix this, but still haven't.

On top of the app crashing, they also feature stories from years ago. Even if you click on latest news it'll show stories from many years ago. You have to look at the date to make sure what your reading is actually current. I'm not the grammar police but whoever types up the stories for the app has so many typos, misspellings and their grammar is the equivale of a middle schooler. Once they combined 2 and 11 that's when it started going down hill. I'll be switching to a different news channel.

For the past month or so EVERY TIME I try to use this app it crashes on me!!!! I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it just to get the same results. It is so frustrating!!!! I have had the same phone where I used to have the app WITH NO PROBLEMS!!!!! But now it's just the same thing over and over again!!!! Iblove Fox 2 for St. Louis but maybe it's time to look at a different news broadcast app that won't have the same problems and get my news elsewhere. Don't waste your time or space!!!!

When I receive a notification and select to read the info, never go to the related article or info. Example" I received a notificaion that said, "Weather closes lanes of I-..." and when I selected to read the specific information, I got a road map. Useless. Never did figure out which Interstate was closed. Same with weather and other alerts. Fix this so the app takes me to the specific info or article.

All the other local news stations in the area I can stream broadcast live from my tv thats in rec room (basement). However, my favorite station and perhaps one of the best in the area, I cannot install this app on tv. Google play mentions something about app is not properly formatted for your device.

I use to love this app now it just sucks! Every time you open it you only have a few seconds then it closes or you start to read something and it closes in the middle of the article. I then have to reopen the app several times just to read 1 article. I don't know what happened but this use to be pretty good now it's awful.

Sharing stories, whether through Facebook, Twitter, or text, doesn't work. The window to upload a post/tweet appears, but no link to the story you're btrying to share. As other reviewers have noted, this has been an issue for weeks, maybe even months. Please fix!

It no longer works anymore. An ad pops up (not the bomorito ad) and wants you to download something, which i will not do. (spam). So you cannot get to the home screen.. I end up using another networks app instead.

Top stories & breaking news are the same. Every time I open the app it wants me to review my push notifications because some of them may have changed. I've reviewed them more than once & even restarted the app but I get the same pop up every time. Will add more stars when these items are improved.

Last 2 major changes to this app both made it worse. Now when I open the app I get a pop-up to check my notification preferences - whether I do or not that pop-up still happens EVERY time I open the app so I don't even bother now. In your attempt to categorize stories the stories repeat as I scroll down the main news page & eventually I see new stories & then they start to repeat. Lastly I get headline notifications & when I touch to read there is almost always no story. Luv Fox2 but this is bad

Weather radar map does not work anymore like it used to. You can not click on play button that is on the bottom of map to check the timing of it, it just makes it bigger. This was a nice feature to have. I have already tried updating and reinstalling, and still does the same thing.

It gets sluggish and won't load photos half the time. I get annoyed and just go to the browser to check news. Update: it works once or twice and then won't load past the splash screen. I'm back to using my browser again.
