initially, I refused to believe all those negative comments in here, but turned out, they're just true. at first, I failed to find something as simple as a pause button (they offer restarted, but I can't figure skipping nor pausing), and as soon as the first ad started playing (about a minute in), the app just completely crashed. and that's what they've the audacity to charge they customers for? first, hire a developer and then we can talk again! (one "honorary" star because the news are good.)

I download this free app on 04 Nov, but today I noticed that I had 2 monthly charges of £6.49 !? I didn't make any "in-app-purchase" nor I sign up for a "subscription", furthermore, I didn't authorise these 2 transactions that look like Direct Debit. I have now gone back to my Google Play account and requested a refund. If I could give zero star, I would !!!

Wants me to sign up and actually hand over credit card details! I was curious to view it, but from what I've seen elsewhere, for the low quality of news they present, I would never pay for this . So when I saw a money beg, I decided to uninstall. If I want unbiased news, with quality reporters, there is a plethora of alternatives. If I want low quality tabloid news, there is also a huge selection out there that doesn't require payment either.

Have been looking for long time to find easy way to stream Fox News in Europe and it's finally here! The app works as expected and has all the shows that I have been watching also available in on demand streaming library. Other feature I also like is the audio only streaming playback. Only gripe I have is the lack of news reading experience I have been used to with the official US Fox News app. Also what I would like to see is some parts of the Fox Nation library to be available in the Fox News International app.

This app costs £6.49 a month. Seriously, that's how much it costs. Other internationally acclaimed news organisations provide apps FOC, but Fox charge £6.49. Who's going to pay that ... and why? In terms of functionality, it's very simple with nothing special to distinguish it from any others and all of the 'news' is available elsewhere. Admittedly, the Fox comment is exclusive to the app, but who cares about comments? It's supposed to be a NEWS app. Overall - a waste of phone storage space.

Free trial? That's the only reason I tried it. Charges were taken on day one! I want my money back. I emailed customer support and received a reply telling me to... "email customer support"! Awaiting refund. The stream is glitchy and unreliable. It won't continue if you switch to another app. And it's basically Trump TV.

This app was very glitchy and caused my phone to be incredibly laggy. As well as that, it was filled to the brim with incredibly irritating ads. Additionally, after looking into and researching the topics that this app claims to be informed on, I am afraid to say that it is spreading misinformation and propaganda, which is not helpful at all and unfaithful to its advertisement as an honest, unbiased news app. You will find much better news apps elsewhere and I strongly advise you against this.

A very basic app with a number of issues: • No background use. App stops streaming if it is not in the foreground. Thus also no floating window option. • No meaningful buffering. WiFi signal interruptions mean the stream cuts off and picks up at a later point. • Menu bar at bottom covers over video on low-resolution screens, and there is no way to hide it or have the video go fullscreen. • App ignores manual screen rotate requests (tested on a Motorola g6 phone). To get to fullscreen, auto-rotate must be enabled and phone must be rotated physically. • Essentially no settings, alerts, or program guide. • On the plus side, seems to work reasonably well with Chromecast. • Content is subscription only, and offers no previews or free material. It is thus unlikely to build an audience beyond people who really want to watch Fox News, or who have to for whatever reason. • Subscription is purchased in the Google Play Store, so it's also not clear how this can be transferred from one platform to another, such as if you want to watch on both an Android phone and an iPad, or in future an Amazon device. It also makes it 30 percent more expensive, as Google take their cut. • Relatively expensive, costing the same as or more than the likes of Disney+ but offering just two cable channels. There is no lower price for long-term subscriptions. Expect a lot of cancellations after the US election.

The app needs a lot of work. The last update has broken background play, shows aren't update soon enough - Tucker Carlson Tonight was about 3 days late at one point - and Tucker Carlson Originals (and Today) haven't been updated since season one. Edit: I've cancelled the service. Crashes during normal play are too much.

App was working fine until a few days ago when a 'geographic restriction' message suddenly started appearing which means you can no longer use with chromecast. Customer services were not interested when i asked about this.

What's going on, ability to cast to Google has stopped due to geographical restrictions. No access to Fox News on mainstream networks in UK so having to pay a subscription that has lost a viral feature is not good. Customer support was next to usless. Fine to view on my phone but unable to cast same thing to my big screen. Makes no sense at all. Will give it a few more weeks then will have to cancel my sub.

I installed this app today (16 Oct. 2024) because I wanted to watch the interview with Kamala Harris on my phone this evening. The first screen told me I had to sign up to a "30-day FREE TRIAL then Free/". What does "then Free/" mean? I clicked and it told me that starting Nov. 15th I would be charged €6.99/month. Anyway, I felt slightly dirty having this on my phone, so I uninstalled it without bothering to sign up for the free trial. The interview will surely be rebroadcast somewhere tomorrow.

A waste of money frequently crashes it's got a time loop incorporated, plus frequent commercial breaks filled with hopeless content boring and uninteresting....a poor relationship to the proper USA Fox news. Bring it back on Sky it worked great X free in package! My Apple TV subscription not available to use on Android unless I pay another monthly fee There having a laugh, nobody's going to subscribe after the election over ....the free alternative channels offer far better content x experience

The app just recently won't cast to Chromecast due to geographic restrictions. Can you please fix this. Otherwise it's been brilliant. Update, all working.

Super app! Works like a charm in the Netherlands. Only thing I did not immediately understood was the explore tab. One gets a big image of the show or presenter but I had no idea one could scroll down. Love the app!!

at the first time that you install, I have been forced to put my credit information bcz it showed me 30days free then pay $, so without using uf i dont want to purchase why you forced me to put my informatuon mybe in later i dont want to continue using that, so it doesnt have other solution to use, so i decided to give them lowest rate, it dosent have trial version without giving your credit card info

Just what I was looking for!!!! So happy to find a live app such as this through which I can connect to fox news. I'm tired of liberal woke stations such as CNN. Fox news is just the best out there. Tucker Carlson and Hannity are now closer than before!!! A couple of improvements are needed: 1. Let us have the ability to reduce the video resolution. Data charges are expensive in Nigeria. 2. Let the live TV be able to play in the background with a small window. 3. Make the app available in TV

Why isn't the Fox News app available in Europe? With the articles, videos, etc? This app just with the stream of the two channels doesn't make sense. Why not present the US version of the app outside the US?

I love Fox, but in my opinion this not free application is not the correct way to spread news. When they give another option, I'll be glad to download it and to enjoy Fox from my phone. Kind regards and keep going.

Awesome, allows me to watch FNC and Fox Business as well as shows on demand in Germany. Can cast to Chromecast. I really like it!
