FOX Weather: Daily Forecasts

I really like the look and feel of this app. And how it displays the temps and gives you a little feel of the temp changes with the position of the temps. I really wanted this to work for me just because of that. But the lack of a scroll bar for the radar and that they don't really give you a overnight low,just a low for the literal 24hr day, I am giving up on it. I always ended up having to go into the hourly to find out the real low for the night.

It needs some improvements, but overall a decent app. I wish it had dark mode, and would save how far I zoom in or out on the weather map to see the radar for the next time I open the radar up again. It opens to a zoomed in position that's way too close for my liking. Also, it would be nice if a star or dot shown on my location on the map. It may be that because I turned off location services and used a zip code I don't see a marker, I'm not sure. I also wish I had the ability to change what I see on the weather map such as wind, temp, ect. Guess I'll continue to use my radar for that. Otherwise it's an ok weather app.

I wish the radar had a dot showing my location. Also, when I get a notification for a story, I click to read it and almost immediately get a pop-up ad that is most often a blank page. When I hit the back button, it brings me to the home page and I can't read the article! 8-7-25 Yes, I just tried again and was immediately kicked out of the article. I will never know about the man taunting the bison.

Honestly a very, very nice weather app. It's feels like a one-stop shop for all your weather needs. I also love how quickly severe alerts get sent compared to other apps. Only a few problems. There are some visual bugs (if the temperature is low enough on the hourly view, the precipitation chance is covered by the day and hour markers). Also, compared to others, radar is certainly lacking in features. Finally, a read later function would be nice, as I love the articles. Great app!

No 3D radar, no county lines, no location markers, nowhere near as good as the Apple version!!!!! Wish I had gotten a iPhone, instead of a Android Phone, because of this. This is a disappointing app and nowhere near what you would expect from the Fox Weather Team!!!!! I'm sorry, but the 3 stars that I gave you, is being generous. Oh, by the way, I have deleted your app.

It's decent for a first go, but has some shortcomings. Only one widget available - need more choices. Also, not app related, but the content the app provides as far as forecast and radar are not available on the web site. The biggest issue I have is that it seems to rely on google services. So, if you have a degoogled device, even with MicroG, it still doesn't work.

Overall the experience is quite good... Nice Layout, good features, and easy to use... but there could be one major improvement, in my opinion... For instance, most weather apps that I have used mark your location with a dot or star to show where you are located verses the incoming weather... Unless I am missing something, I do not see that in the radar... And if that is not added soon for an upcoming update, I will be going back to my old "go-to" weather apps of the past...

It loads faster than any other radar app I have. But that's about it. I actually understand the benefit of having 3D radar, and was looking forward to it, so I'm very disappointed that the 3D function doesn't work on android. You would think they would mention that somewhere. It's buggy too. Locks up frequently with odd error messages. Overall, a good start. Should be noted as a beta version or maybe held up for a few months until they get the android issues worked out.

A decent app considering it's pretty standard for the most part. News articles about the weather, weather videos, radar, etc. Definitely a work in progress, as it was just released to the public. I like the feature of being able to see what the weather could be like 100 days in advance for a scheduled event you'd be attending. TWC app doesn't have that. At least, not with the free version, but Fox does. I also like the LIVE Radar feature, which the free version of TWC app doesn't have either.

Several issues... I get notifications about weather changes, yet when I click on them, it brings up a blank page. Thankfully the severe weather alerts do work. The radar, that also doesn't seem to work for me. The time changes but there is no movement otherwise. Heck, the lake doesn't even fully load. For being such a "great" app, it really isn't. Disappointed...

Paid subscription and still have ads. Why charge people and still force ads. At this time I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I want a refund. Update-they asked me to send screen shots and further information. so, I am supposed to invest my time to help them fix an app that they charge for, but that has errors and they want it for free. That's not how it works. maybe we can force a law where they have to refund you for selling adware.

It's a great weather app, they monitor all weather conditions, precipitation and where the weather is catastrophic in areas of the states. They have live coverage which other weather apps do not so that is a big plus. I watch Fox weather in the morning. weather command with Marissa Torres & Steven. They take it down to the nitty-gritty from the best weather to the worst and what's coming ahead. Thumbs up 👍

Your application's video section is not working properly. its gives a error "An error occurred while loading video ". This has been happening ever since i installed the application. The main video broadcast of the "Live" whether plays. Can you fux the issue or not? Thank you

I'm a weather buff and this is the most thorough coverage, especially through severe weather. I highly recommend if you're interested in following weather

fox weather channel on the television is saying that ware shoals south Carolina is getting between 1-3 inches of snow on Saturday January 30,2026 .the fox weather app said the same thing and now it's saying something different. but the fox weather channel on the television hasn't changed. the fox weather app is also showing that it's going to be snowing on Friday .but it's not saying how much snow ware shoals south Carolina will be getting. the app is not staying accurate.

Oct '25: still no severe weather alerts! I SO wanted to like this app! I can receive notifications for events, but not for tornadoes or important weather. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a weather app! I've uninstalled the app a couple times and reinstalled it, and confirmed that all of my notifications and permissions are okay. I've also contacted FOX Weather, no reply. I went to the paid version thinking it would resolve the problem, but it did not. I will cancel and uninstall the app.

Uninstalled it immediately. Far to many adds. Not worth the wait. When will they learn enough is enough.

Sometimes it will not load forecast. Sometimes a delay, wait 30 seconds or a minute or two. I've tried from the widget and also from the app, same issue. Not reliable at all. Edit 12/15/25. Deleting app now. It does not work.

I Luv Fox weather on TV and have the app. Its top notch except for one major issue.. its no longer Mother Nature 💥❤️ Tornado chasers. fyi lots on YouTube

no app update. its been 3 weeks since it worked on either device with daily reboots as any computer should get...
