My experience to date have been awful. Does not seem to integrate with Frasers +. No record of purchases in app. Items often out of stock with no comms. Had to cancel 2 orders recently as not delivered. Would not surprise me if they are not covering up an account hack. Very very poor.
Frasers really let me down. My order arrived with a missing item, and when I reached out for help, they refused to take responsibility and told me to contact a third party if I wanted the issue investigated. It felt careless and unprofessional, and it’s put me off ever ordering from them again.
I purchased an expensive item for my daughter's birthday in September of this year and the item is faulty and all now the problem it is not sorted out. Christmas has come and gone and I am still waiting to get this matter sorted. Hard to get through to anyone sometimes the best way is to talk to the customer rather than robotic messages. I am soooo angry 😠.
Download the app and then can't do anything as notification saying that Frasers no longer support the version and to update but when clicking on update nothings happens and same again.. also everything in my bag dissappeared and I'm not browsing and having the same sizing availability issues etc.. waste of time today. Also when searching for a specific size the search results should be more specific to save scrolling through lots of things that are only available in a few random sizes.
Poor platform to purchase items. There is no option to give or view product reviews, which makes it hard to trust purchases. I recently bought a jacket that turned out to be faulty, and the return process is unclear and frustrating. Overall, a very disappointing experience with the FRASERS app
Very intermediate, hit or a miss if products are in stock after purchasing and payed for. Lost my products on three occasions in a year that I never ever received. Customer service is not very good, very difficult and time consuming to navigate if you have a problem. As I often did have. The end result in problems you have to solve yourself. You will get refunded but at your cost (stess, welfare, mental health, patience, time etc)You can purchase a good bargain if everything goes well with Evri
Great App for purchasing items, but the delivery and return costs are very high. Not user friendly when trying to trace an order that hasn't been delivered. This is obviously intentional and not customer focused.
after shopping for 2 hours and a basket filled with over £500 of goods, its impossible to make the purchase...tried with every option available to pay - credit card, debit card, PayPal, klarna .....none of them work! Don't waste your time
Bought many times from Frazers using the app without any problems, it's fast it's convenient and I've just updated the app so no need to keep looking on line for the shop, just go to the app and your there....
unable to access this App and no it isn't my phone or my tablet as the unhelpful tech guy suggested. reckons their App is working perfectly. news flash, it is the only App I use that doesn't work. if I could give it no stars I would.
it was good until a a few days ago when it asked me to update when i try yo do the update it just ssys open then when i open the app it tells me that it doesnt suport this version i need to update when i click update it goes to playstore then shows open when i open i go back to the app and it says the ssme message so i keep going in circles. i even tried uninstalling 3 times and when i install it its thesame thing. wanted to buy somthing now i cant.
it would be helpful if one could store ones sizes and other filter options and be asked if they should be used when viewing items.
Poor. Updated to this latest version as required, now it's stuck in a loop asking to update to the latest version which I've already done! Previously the app worked perfectly. Disappointing 😞
The app no longer works, it keeps telling me to update. ive cleared cookies and data, uninstaled and its still not working.
app is rubbish and they currently have a bug where after you do the update it keeps telling you to do a update Evan though you have already done it so you can't use the app
ABYSMAL!!! 1 star is too generous. I've never experienced such POOR sales and customer service. AVOID THIS shopping debacle at ALL cost!!!
The app asked me to update. When I click on update it send s me to play store ,where I can only uninstall or open. There s no update.
Open the app, get a message saying we no longer support this version of the app. Please update....... There is no update, so app is now useless.
Slow and clunky. It also keeps telling me to update the app but there is no update available. which means I can't use it.
