Don't trust what the operators say, they are not competent and have lied over the phone about roadming data my contract. A contract which didn't include roaming data and costs me 120 euros within one day (equivalent of 6 months of their most expensive contract that would have included the 120 Mo consumed) ... ridiculous Xavier! Do something ...
the app is EXTREMLY LIMITED!! One tries to get daily information on called made and it shows nothing, pretty upset about this. Disappointed as it is my only mobile phone line and it is not up to date. Even my electricity bill app is on a daily accuracy.
Absolutely impossible to contact assistance/support. I've been waiting for three hours for Free assistance to acknowledge my request for technical support.
In the sea area, a new package is automatically activated, which is about 60€. Without informing the client about further actions and without receiving confirmation, of course. The operators tried to understand me in English, or keep me waiting with the promise of a call back, which they don't fulfill. After going to the service centers several times and trying to get in touch with them, I didn't receive ANY POSITIVE ANSWER to my problem.
Worst experience. They lie to you so that you purchase the SIM, and charge double than the offered plan price. When I complained in the store, I was informed that an English speaking person will call me in the evening and I can register my complaint, but the person calls at 8 in the morning on a weekend and doesn't speak English.

Very very bad service. I wanted to give less than 1 star. I also got scammed out of 64 euros, asked for assistance but none was given. Every answer was late and they didn't provide any help to fix my situation. I'll never recommend this sim card to anyone
I'm abroad and my Sim card won't work. The only way the app tells me to sort out this problem is to call a certain number which I can't anyway. Wouldn't recommend free if you need to be abroad.

They send me stupid emails (AI created) promising to follow my file and get a rdv as the online rdv booking has no dates in it. I am now looking at competitor deals.
probably the worst service I have encountered, after my card was cloned I was unable to connect with free mobile in order to change my payment details with my new card to continue using the service, my next step is Orange.fr
