The app is very simple. As it should be. The kiosk interface is easy to do too! The giveaways are usually something pretty nifty and is a nice bonus if you are going to the store anyway. Devs: The only additional feature this app needs is to show if the physical machines are out of stock or out of order. the last three I've visited have been non-functioning for one of those reasons. It leaves me pretty unmotivated to keep checking on them. I really wanted a Bic Intensity sample to try out.

Love being able to sample new products for free at my local Walmart, just wish they were available at more stores near me. There is only one near me, and that's the one at Walmart. wish we could request samples through the app also. Would make me more inclined to purchase the items. Also, a great idea would be to attach coupons to the products to help offset prices. Great App and glad it is available!!

The app itself could be better. It dose not show me what is available or when to head on down to the freeosk . Also, more information about the products would be nice too. However the best part of the app works great. Just stick your QR code under the scanner, watch a 20sec. Little add for the product; and "beeep" you get your sample. Works great for me. I did read that some have trouble getting it to read their QR code. You can manually put in your QR code, just tap it and the number shows. 😁

App is ok though I have noticed that after awhile it seems the items the machines have seem to repeat. In the start of pandemic it was nice to get different types of wet wipes but after awhile it was annoying and a waste of time. There were a few times where the machines don't work or out of supplies which again a waste. I don't care for the spam notifications I seem to keep getting but is ok since I always just ignore them. But all in all app is still good to have since it is a way to get free items, I can sample and review.

I've tried the app four times. The last time I used it, I did not receive a sample, even though it scanned my QR code and showed me an ad. The app does not have a way to report issues or receive support of any kind. There is a "contact" or "support" item in the hamburger menu, but it doesn't do anything.

no matter what I do it wont let me register, I've tried 4 different emails and every time i try them it says they're already registered which is impossible because the fourth one i literally just made to try and make an account with them. whenever I try to login with a few different passwords it says all the emails are unregistered! this app is a waste of your time!

The app is fine... but the machines, here lately, are always out of samples. If you do find one that's not out, you watch the little clip and nothing comes out. It tells you to enjoy the sample, but there is no sample. I tried again the first time it happened and of course it says I've already gotten my sample. 🙄 It's gotten to where I don't even bother going to the machine now as it's just a waste of time.

Im extremely disappointed in the fact that the past three times I have attempted to receive my free samples the kiosk runs through the motions of dispensing my sample yet does not dispense it. Meaning the store (s) is not property stocking the kiosk and it counts against me being able to receive my sample at another kiosk. Im very dissatisfied and will most likely remove the app as its become nothing but a frustrating waist of my time

I recently had to get another phone and now my Freeosk app doesn't work. I've tried many times to access the sample machine, but it won't process through to scan. I've tried to reenter my sign in information, only to get a message that the information isn't correct. Many times I've tried to reset the password to receive an email to take the next step, but I've yet to get an email. HELP

Freeosk is a joke. 9 times out of 10 when I go to use the app at Walmart, the machine is out of the product, but then when I return a few days later and scan the barcode to try and obtain a sample of a different product, the voice will say "You have already reached your limit." Ridiculous.

LoveD 💔 the app, used it all the time, never had any issues. About a week ago, upgraded my phone, now refuses to sign in. It crashes everytime I try to sign in. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, did not fix the problem. UPDATE 9/18/19 ... Finally working again.

So much data mining. A function that used to be contained in the Walmart app, the only store I've ever seen with a Freeosk--- now has a separate app that needs a separate registration 😳 And most times the freeosk is empty, which you only find out after scanning and waiting...

The freeosk application is absolutely incredible! It was an amazing experience to be at the freeosk machine, using the application for the machine scanner and actually receiving sample products for free! It was a very futuristic thing to experience, and I'm looking forward to more experience with the freeosk app!

The app works good and the samples are great although the kiosk is very hard to use and sometimes I cannot get it to read on my phone and therefore I walk away with no sample, the kiosk also does not have any instructions as to how to place the phone to use it

I love the fact that i can try out new things in the store with this app. however, the lack of differential packaging etc. seriously promotes racial profiling in stores. Every single time i use this product i am stopped, interogated, had my groceries and receipts checked etc. getting something for free isnt worth a possible shoplifting charge.

I love the app and concept of this, however the discover feed doesn't seem to work so I have no idea what's available right now or what's going to be there next. I would also really love it if you guys were at more Walmarts (or stores in general) since the Walmart near me doesn't have a Freeosk.

Considering the entire model is built on using a phone app, you'd think it would work with a a phone app. Nope. Just says that it doesn't recognize my qr code. Punched in the number. Doesn't work. Searched for my location, doesn't work. Conclusion? Doesn't work.

Was disappointed to find out after downloading the app and taking up room on my phone, that the only kiosk near me or anywhere around here was at a Sam's club. I do not have a membership for there to even get in and no friends or relatives either that could help get in. It would have been nice to be able to see this first before downloading it. I was excited when I'd seen Walmart come up but then they don't have any. 🤨

Love this app. As i love to try new things before buying. So the samples you get are great. Not all walmart has the frroks and you do need to look for it in stores. Also not all of them have the same samples as what shows on the app. Like if the app showes you it's to be a Gain pod you mught to to walmart and instead the frreosk has a sample of a trash bag. But hey at least it's free and you can try it. What's the lose?
