Free card is misleading as is just a postcard and delivery, so for say, a birthday card looking at £3.69. Free prints have confirmed the postage charge is 40p and charge for a folded card £3.29

nice cards but don't rely on them getting to you on the day you need them iv had a couple that didn't arrive on time that's way I'm not using them again.

I have just ordered a mother's day jumbo card to be delivered abroad. So far so good, I am happy with the design and the process of creating the final product. For now, the only thing left is to wait for it to be delivered to mum and see her reaction

The options for cards and customisation of products is great. however you can only order one or two things at a time, as you cannot add more to your basket once the customisation has been completed. so if you wanted different cards or other photo products you need to make separate orders. It is not very well designed. I have not made an order as I do not want to waste time and money making several orders because I want different products, so I cannot comment on what the products are like.

I've ordered printed photos from one of their other apps with no issues. They kept sending me a free magnet offer (just pay postage) so I decided to get one for my daughter. The app would only let me upload one photo, everytime it said it had done others when I went to choose the photo it wouldn't show. It might have just been having a temporary glitch but I up and uninstalled the app.

Great choice of cards or make your own! Photos come out superbly and the quantity is great. love this app!

Most of their apps and services are good, but I wouldn't recommend this one. The standard card does not come with an envelope. (You cannot even add for extra money), so for £3 you will have a damaged, ripped card. Also, when you upgrade the foldable, medium-sized card to jumbo, the inside picture will disappear and will come blank. You can only buy a single card or packs of ten. Would be nice to have an option for 5.

Fantastic customer services. I've had a couple of issues with them, and they have sorted out very quickly to my complete satisfaction. The quality of the photos, canvas prints, cards, and fridge magnets is outstanding. We love the fridge magnet photo's. Once you've completed the order, they usually arrive within 3 to 4 day's. I've tried other photo apps but they usually cost more and aren't as nice. All in all, well worth 5 stars.

Despite repeatedly trying to place an order and clicking on the Free photo option it tried to charge me full price at check out. So thought, ok, I'll pay for it because I really want to sent this card, then it tells me there's an error code because the amount should be £0.85 and the amount is coming to £2 15. And so it goes on and on and on... Contacted customer service, they told me to update app, I did and it still did the same thing. Bullshite app. Deleting. 👋

They have made it impossible to actually get the free card. Whenever you select it, you get a popup box saying "are you sure?" listing all the ways the free card is inferior to the paid (default) card and you simply cannot progress beyond that screen. After several infuriating attempts, I give up. I just wanted to send a free post card like I always have, you've made it impossible, I'm uninstalling the app.
