Funko

just updated the app to scan a Pop at the store, now my username/password no longer works, and when I try to recover that information (to make sure I'm using tge right info), my email address is no longer valid. I keep getting the message (Oops, we've hit a snag... please retry." There's NO WAY I'm creating a new account and rescanning/looking up my ENTIRE collection again. If this issue doesn't get resolved, I'm deleting the app. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!

I have a ton of issues with the app but I think the biggest one is that some Pops take months to get added to the app if they get added at all. The app is supposed to be (in part) a way for buyers to keep track of their collection and we can't do that if they don't add the figures to the app. There is also constant technical issues and the display is so outdated.

Its 2026. Why isn't this app more user friendly? We can't move items from one collection lIst to another, ebay pricing trends are way off (stuck at 243.00 on multiple is weird & inaccurate, cannot use search function within our own collections-just to name a few things). It's been like this for a very long time - years even. WHY?!

Decent app but would like to see more features and integration with website. I like being able to record my collection but there is no way to search against it to easily see what you have. The A-Z search displays out of order based on some order based on set name and pop name but it is not visible as what it's sorting by. Some pops have their names entered as Pop! Name instead of Name.

Man, this app sucks. It gets so laggy so quickly after barely using it at all. I have to restart it to get it back to running normally, and that only lasts a few minutes. The search function is at best unreliable, and at worst worthless. Items aren't found when looking for it (even specifically), things are in really odd categories, some items are just not registered in the sytem or are missing pictures, among other things. Of course the store works perfectly fine... Fix this mess of an app.

uninstalled the app within 5 minutes of getting it. I wanted to see a comprehensive list of specific series based on the box numbers, but the search feature is absolutely useless. I had to download this app and create an account to barely even be able to put 2 filters onto my search. You have to search for the filter you want to apply because the drop downs don't work and the few moments they do work, the apply button will do absolutely nothing.

Great app to search for items and keep track of a collection. Hasn't crashed on me, however, there needs to be a database implementation. So many of my funko pops that I've bought in-store or ordered online info in this app is way off. A few of them have no value, some still have a status of 'coming soon' even though they have been released for months. Again good app, but when it comes to the pop info, it needs some attention.

If you love collecting, this app will change that for you! I went from missing 17 pops, figured out all of them but 5, had another update that wiped my collection clean,& now the new update added most of them back, but now I'm missing the ones I added back and can't add anything to my collection. The prices are always way off, and it's a struggle to do anything on this app. Sometimes searches will bring up random items that have nothing to do with what you searched. I hate this app.

Bring Back Stashpedia. My collection and wishlist has ALL been deleted. I had an account and the new app was unable to find mine. I sadly had to make a new one. And honestly, I have a big collection and I do not want to go through the whole process of creating it again. Plus having to go through all the funkos to create my wishlist. I don't like that they don't have the "category" filter. That made it all organized.

After years of being out, this is still the worst Funko app. I got items in my collection that won't delete. No point in having lists as you can't add anything to them. The only thing that really works is the scanner, but there is no option to add an item to any other list except "My collection." Would it be nice to separate my collection. Search won't work to manually type in a Fandom such as The Nightmare Before Christmas, 8 products show up regardless of filters. The entire app is trash.

This app hasn't worked in a long time. I've updated, signed out, refreshed- no longer loads. Any search comes up empty. Can't add to my collection. As others have said, it works on iPhones though. 👎🏻👎🏻 Better for a while, then stopped working again. Once again can no longer add to my collection, nor delete from wishlist. Tried updating, installing again, signing out, and still nothing. Won't let me sign in anymore and can't get a new password. Can't send message regarding issues either.

I thought I was the only one having extremely horrible issues with the app but after looking at the comments I can see I'm not the only one. I have had this app for over a year and it was amazing until the recent updates. My entire wish list gone, can't add/take away/ or change my collection list, can't see prices, can't search for anything, and majority of the time it doesn't load or it's just blank. Funko needs to fix this. Funko needs to acknowledge they f-uped and need to fix this ASAP.

Update completely ruined the app. Can't view pops in your collection in the order you added them. It also removed countless pops from my collection. I was able to re-add most of them back(since not even on the app anymore). Now I can't even see my collection or wishlist at all. I won't be using the app unless this is fixed. Update. Now when I try to log into my account it says that the owner has set restrictions that prevent me from accessing my account

It was great for a time, minus the extreme lag. Then it updated. First it logged me out, then MY LIST WAS MESSED UP! I use the list to track the ones I bought in order of when I bought them so I don't have to continuously check the bottom of the boxes I number. And I'm somehow missing at least 3 on the list when I know I shouldn't be and because they're not in order, I don't know which ones. Hoping the update is still updating or i'm getting rid of the app and using an Xcel spreadsheet.

Got the updated version. Still terrible. I wanted an official Funk app to keep track of my collection and see upcoming POPs. And I like the wish list feature. However the coming soon list has over 500 items and when I click into it, it only let's me see 25. Can't continue to more of the list. So I try to search "Disney" and get about 5000 items and can't filter for release date or coming soon. This is useless for seeing what is coming.

I like the app except the search function is terrible. When you look up Star Wars, the first results shouldn't be 6 different versions of Star Lord. Also, I have a Leia I can't scan because the US UPC code is covered along with the rest of the bottom with a sticker which is entirely in Vietnamese. I tried to search under Leia, Princess Leia, Leia Organa and Star Wars 80 ( the collection number) and this one doesnt show up at all. I'm at my wit's end trying to add this to my collection.

When I first downloaded the app it was great. I created a few good lists, edited my collection and really enjoyed the app. However, with a recent update I can't even view any Funko pops whatsoever. It never goes to the screen to see them when I click on them. It just flashes and stays on the current screen. I can't even add a Funko I recently bought to the collections list, and can't remove any either. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't help.

Hasn't worked for at least a week. The app loads, but it shows no pops or lists. Even when it's working, it's slow and the database is missing many pops. I often buy pops directly from funko that aren't on the list yet. For an app that people depend on being stable, it has far too many problems, far too often. Funko should have never bought the original app, and they should be embarrassed by what they have done with it.

Got it recently, worked great, super helpful. Suddenly, I can't add anything new to my collection, or even look at individual items "product not found." Same when scanning barcodes, "product not found, but it can still scan them accurately. My list still exists, but it no longer calculates my total value amount or even the overall number of pops. Guess it was fun while it lasted.

It doesn't want to work, I haven't been able to add anything to my collection as scan is not working nor is searching manually. My total number on my list of collection changed as well. I was loving the app before this update. Was hoping they would have worked on fixing some of the issues in an update, but still nothing. Have tried general app trouble shooting steps multiple times. Used to love using this app, now like most others who have left a review, it is just frustrating to use.
