apps doesn't work in Android platform today... please communicate when back online

very difficult to log in in

The app is not updating the watchlist. After opening the app for the 1st time, my watchlist stays the same with no real-time movement. I have to open the symbol to see where the price has gone . This is very frustrating and is not allowing me to view multiple symbols on one page. I've uninstalled and re loaded with the same issues Not happy

Dreadful! Only went on it because I couldn't login to the old app. I think it is very difficult to add indicators. You seem to have to add them on everytime you change your time scale. I'm considering changing to a new platform from another provider.

New version frequently self restarting. I uninstalled hoping for better performance but that proved disastrous as several attempts to login failed. I've uninstalled many times but kept getting - error 8: network timed out. I can't even get into my account now! I need help urgently!

Being the very first one to write a review over a platform which is mostly used and very well credited. All the best things which a software needs, all included here. Maybe someone not familiar to its interface, can be familiar within a little use. Latest updates for the instruments, currency pairs works like signals but need to use carefully.

Does not handle a portfolio with large open positions (100+). Does not remember previous list sorting settings once back from entering the details of a position. Very slow response and stopped responding just after a couple of operations. This new app is not a matured trading app just yet - not even ready to be called as a replacement of the existing FXCM app. Not even close! My opinion.

The app doesn't perform good, very poor design and I have trouble opening the app. I called FXCM and uninstalled the app couple of time but still having same issue. This doesn't help when market and prices move fast and will cause you losing. I am thinking of pulling out if this issue persists.

Buggy app. Indicator colours display differently than you set them up. When you view open positions it forgets what template you are using, you have to reload every time. You can't even scroll fully vertically to view the whole chart. I only use this because the old app doesn't fill the screen of my large phone. I can get by with it but there are plenty of anoyying bugs. Old app is better.

Good app, sometimes it crashes though. Ive had it crash when closing a position and also when certain indicators are used, Market Movers Index for example. Also the Show Time to End indicator is shown in the top right of the chart, the names of the other indicators are layered on top of it so you can only read it with a naked chart. Suggest putting Show Time to End at the bottom right instead? Other than those few things, great app!

Why ur platform closed while trading is on. Your business is closed on the 2nd January while the market is open. I lost money bc not able to take profits n when ur platform open, I already on losses. So disappointed. I dont recommend traders to use this platform at all. Im switching to IG.

The new application/update is really bad. It is worse than the last update, which was also worse than the previous one. The present update does not display the indicators I have added. RSI, SSD, and Pivot do not appear on the display below the chart, but their allocated spaces are clearly there. Please fix this or go back to an older version, or allow users to use the older ones. Thank you

Difficult to delete the horizontal, vertical & line. Previous version is much better. Interface are not stable. Selected indicator not appear. I just reinstall but still the same problem. I can't access the previous version 1.10, can u allow to use it?. it's difficult to trade with this new version & having problem to log in for ver 3.1. (still with same problem, indicator MA not appear properly at every time frame. Lines also back to previous condition after look at different currency or time)

Really guys, really guys, you've outdone yourself this time. I mean seriously, you guys are something special. This app is so suitable for me and it's up there with some of the best. I haven't used it yet, I've seen some of the pictures, I've seen seen the icon of the app. I thought it was pretty, pretty professional, yeah it could have been better. ln previous TS Mobile I remember I was able to do multiple-level sorting. Under Open Positions tab please re-introduce multiple level sorting. At least for two columns: Symbol and Gros P/L. Thank you. TS Mobile often simly don't open. If you have an urgency to open/close positions you are doomed, maybe risk an automatically margin close.

Greatly improved as at March 2022 - however, still has a few very annoying features that need fixing: 1. When you enable an instrument in "Markets" page, the program often crashes. 2. The "+" (Crosshair) button is next to useless, since (1) The vertical line does NOT extend into indicators, so you cannot see where the price lines up with the indicator. (2) The current date / time of the Crosshair is OBSCURED by the top indicator info line on the chart.

15 May 25 ver. Did you test this pile of poo? No fixes of previous issues. Launched app.. my watchlist had gone! Chart updating seems a bit hit and miss now; watched price change with no chart update. Placed Entry order but on Order screen no price update! Selected asset from watchlist then on the chart screen hit the asset dropdown in order to select another from watchlist but had 4 random USD pairs shown instead. Really don't know why I stay with FXCM (and don't even try and push TRADU on me!)

FORCED to use this version as you blocked the old, WORKING app! The new one doesn't Auto-Update charts correctly, so when you select a new pair, it updates the old chart data (of the previous pair) that's still being displayed, with data from the new pair. What a joke!

I'd stay away trading from FXCM due to withdrawal policy, pure cash grab. they'll gladly accept money deposits from your credit card or bank, free deposits! but when u try to make a withdrawal its complicated u can only either withdraw exact amount u have deposited if its a credit card that too u only have 1 year to do that, after that only option is wire transfer and ready to pay double fees, FXCM charge $25 each withdrawal & ur bank too will charge u to receive wire. I closed my acct with FXCM

First off you can't open an account from the United States. Why offer the app for download if your IP comes from US? Also, your chart drawing utilities don't allow to delete trend lines consistently. Otherwise it would be a good platform for trading.
