The app itself is great, though very basic in services and features compared to the rest of stores in the Bash group. They also do not offer exchanges for items bought via the app or their website. Rather visit or store or make sure of your item before purchase.
I hate this app too sherm, we only get poor customer service, a lot of errors on their app that shows that even they products might be fake or low on quantity its so disappointing 😞 I called and send emails sies its so disgusting sherm I really hate it surely people who rate it never ordered or are those incompetent workers who manage the app
I hate this app, they took my money from my account & did not give me my track number 😭 when I call them, they told me that they're opening from 8am till 8pm so they are closed, that time I call them it was 3pm

This app seems great on the surface. Issues start when you actually want to buy something with it. It should be faster than online shopping. In my experience it often wastes my time. Sometimes it just freezes at startup and doesn't fully load. Another time I cannot use a promo code that I was given specifically to only use with... the app. And, maybe most irritatingly, already a few times, when I was done shoppimg and wanted to finally pay, it froze too. Please debug it more thoroughly...
It would have been a five-star experience if they had not removed the original carton box packaging and replaced it with a flimsy paper bag. Unfortunately, my latest order arrived with the packaging torn.
very easy nice discounts however would be nice if you could select the entire outfit to see details and availability instead of searching for it for so long
I've gone through a lot of jean phases in my day... from Guess to Abercrombie & Fitch to Deisel. But I found G-Star Raw about 8 years ago and haven't worn anything else since. So comfortable, and I love the unique styling. I just wish they had a G-Star Raw brick & mortar store here in the Vancouver area. Until then I'll keep buying online.
My mind is 30 years younger than my body, which is why I still wear many of the G-Star jeans. Absolutely lov'm! They are beautifully made ❤️ and made to last.
Why do you still advertise items that are sold out without specifying,only to have our orders canceled due to item being out of stock 😔
Look and feel of the app is good. Easy to browse and order. Only biggest issue is the login feature which doesn't work at least for me. Every time I key in my password I get a message " Information is incomplete. Please review the highlighted field". This doesn't happen on website just on the app. Hopefully will be fixed.
Orderd shoes for the first time and it was the wrong size. Requested for an exchange and it was unavailable instead they made a return with a full refund. The problem started when i placed the 2nd order for the same shoes, there isn't any link to use to track how far your order is. The tracking company used by yall is useless and too slow i hate it
Good app, easy to use and lots of great specials all the time. However, some of the fields in the address form don't work well and for some reason the first time shopper 15% discount did not work. Other than that, happy with the shopping experience.
Works fine but is a bit slow, could be improved. Also at the specs of jeans for example, sometimes it says what the model is wearing and what size that is. I think that's very helpful, though sometimes it's only shown in one color of the same jeans. It would be nice if the fitting would be shown on every piece of jeans:)
I like the clothes, although the search features are quite bare bones: Some products like "Type 96" pants are corduroy (in the spec) however when I search for corduroy through the search bar, no results show. Was surprised to see this as I checked in the past but must've missed this result. Another suggestion would be able to filter by the rise and/or fit of the trousers as these are listed in the specification. Slightly cumbersome having to scroll through many items I'm not interested in.
Looks great, as expected from g-star. I've not tried the checkout yet, and if it's not working like others have said, I'm sure it will be addressed soon as the app is only about A DAY OLD! One thing I have spotted is in the "filter and sort" feature. I can go through all the filter options, but I can seem to sort the results. perhaps I'm being blind, but I'm sure it isn't there.
Ordering through the app works fine. However, after sales customer service is a nightmare. Returning items and getting reimbursed can take weeks. When confronting them with it, you get ignored, emails remain unanswered. Customer service is the achiles heel of G star. Such a shame. Now let's see if they wake up after reading this. Ha!
I already had an account set-up and used to sign in online no problem. When I downloaded the app however, it won't let me sign in and I had to checkout as guest. Sign in details were definitely correct, very frustrating.
the app told me to check my email to see if the order came through and it didn't but they already deducted the money and now I don't know if they placed the order or what .
Good practical app, easy browsing, selecting and check out. There are sufficient pictures of apparel, and information about the fits provided to help you in making the right decisions for your next fashion statement. The notifications are straight to the point and not intrusive. The inevitable occasional bugs are fixed quickly. My shopping experience was smooth without frustration.
