I have had this app for at least a year. For the last few months this app has not been working. Everytime that I try to open the app to check on my purchases or coupons earned it immediately shuts down and states that the app is not responding. I have filled out multiple feedback forms and nothing has changed. I have no idea what's up with this issue!!

Of course when this app finally works and shows my rewards after several months, they change the rewards system. As someone who loves Gabe's occasionally I travel 45 minutes to the closest one to me, and spend a good bit. Employees always used to be very understanding about splitting up transactions so I can take advantage of the coupons I spend money to EARN! I went the other day and earned 3 coupons but learned they aren't not redeemable until the following day now! Extremely disappointed.

Literally the last four times I've been to Gabe's, I had numerous coupons on on the app, that expired weeks from date. When I get to the line, and open the app, all of my coupons were gone. This happened FOUR SEPERATE OCCASIONS. The first 2 times I had to pay for everything without them, the others, I had to search through my email to find the coupons that way. It used to work, but now it's trash, idk what they did. Probably deleting soon.

Useless! I've changed my phone & re logged on & it keeps on telling me I have the password entered wrong. Then I went on with a desktop version & it works. I had to reset my password 5 different times & it still didn't work. So if someone switch phones, they can't have a working app? Please fix it. Edit/update: it was good up until last night. Now it's not even allowing me to go into it. All it does is blink from the logo screen.

I can't get my actual card to show up on the app but I love shopping at gabes I've had my card for years now and have never gotten any of my coupons or discounts

I was left with the understandingI'd be able to view things that would be on deals for the day through the app and that's not the case

always amazing new stuff to look at always new styles to check out especially the purses and wallets the jewelry is also one of my favorites to look at it just sucks that people like to steal half of the things that you have interest in and then you have to get assistance to let them know like hey this product or this brand or so and so is missing and has been taken out of the box and then they will take care of that other than that they have everything that you could possibly need or want.

I have shopped at Gabes 1 a week. So tired. When i go to.check out my coupons never.pull up.on the apt. Spend 20 to 30 minutes with the cashier who helps me. Never come.up. very discouraging.

Love the store on Sawmill, one of the women at registers whom I believe may have been a manager? little out of line on walkie and throwing it across counter. When should probably could of made a sale on a lamp we had that was on a 50% off shelf if she would have just taken 5dollars off probably would have bought it.

The app definitely need some work, I've created an account and I'm still not able to log into it. I've even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.

I liked the variety. I have to take my kids with me my next visit. I found oreo brownies on the way to the registers. My son loves both brownies & oreos, both together he was excited. Thank you! We will be returning customers.
