Game of Words: Word Puzzles

I would have given a higher rating, but as you approach the upper levels, minimal opportunities to get the points necessary to win the levels are there. I refuse to purchase anything on games. This is an interesting game, but you need to provide a way to actually complete the game. Inconsistencies in accepting words is also a factor. I'm now 4 levels away from winning and even getting extra points is impossible since it's always loading. I'm not wasting more time. My rating is 2.

BEST GAME EVER!! Hats off to the creator! It is my favorite word game I have EVER played from the play store. So far, I have zero complaints. Love the pets, love the different houses and love how I can be offline and it's still awesome. P.S. There are very few ads and when they do play it's mostly short ads. If you need extra coins, it's rare to watch an ad over 15 seconds.

I really love the fact that ur not overwhelmed with ads. Other games/apps have ads popping up aftr EVERY puzzle. I get so tired of the ads that i end up uninstalling it. So, thank u very much for optional ads. Thats the greatest. As for the game, I've only played about 5 puzzles but think its safe to say that I'm going to enjoy this game.

I have finally found a game I really enjoy! I don't really like ads but they go quickly so it's not bad. I kind of miss playing with others but really don't want to hook up to Facebook; I have rarely gotten on there over the last 5 years. Again, I started within the last few days, just playing for a couple of hours or so at night, am upwards of level 90 and have had NO glitches, no freezing,etc. Going strong and don't see myself stopping this game anytime soon. Enjoyed the game until your ads started becoming more and more (most are 30 seconds or more , several in a row, before you get the chance to get back to the game). Half the time I had to close down the app and try again, hoping I wouldn't get any ads so I can play . Now, all I get ARE ads when I click on the game! NO game!! UNINSTALLED!!

I've played this game for well over a year now. I didn't complain when my save file was suddenly deleted and I had to start from the beginning. But the most recent updates make the game infuriatingly difficult to progress in. The cost of upgrades for the land progression has gone up significantly, while the rewards for completing levels remains the same. The wheel, which used to cost 10 coins, now costs 40. I'm on level 200+, and have only just afforded completing the first land. Uninstalling.

Would've given the game a higher rating except for this reason: I watch the ads for the extra 2000 coins but never received them. That's not fair. Since I started the game, it refuses to add my extra coins. You owe me thousands of coins. Please fix the problem, or I will find another word game. Please refund my coins, it's the only right thing to do. Thank you very much.

Still not sure of the long term viability of the game yet. Recently started playing. The option to earn coins by watching video kept me from uninstalling the app. But given the limited exposure to a few ads grew tiresome. I like the game so far. But still on the fence about uninstalling due to limited options to earn plays. I don't buy packages with real money or agree to earning prizes that require a payment account. For now I'll see how the game progresses with diamonds/plays.

I have played this game for a long time and have really enjoyed it. Recently, there has been a glitch. I open it in the middle of a game and while working on the puzzle the game stops opens again and starts me back at the beginning but does not restore any coins I spent during that game. Now I bought a package, and I spent 200,000 coins on a pet. Of course right at that moment the game reloads. I lost my coins and I did not get the pet. I'm ready to uninstall.

Well I've gotten really bored of the game. The wheel spins are just ridiculous, payouts are too small. The pets should be on every level but that's a way of making money. The levels oneach house are increasing, 20 levels for any house is way too many. 5500 including 30 second ads is too much to pay in time and money for one letter. This game has becomei too tedious and long. The developers should think of ways to keep the game moving instead of making money off folks in a pandemic.

First of all, this is a fun game!! I paid for what I thought was an ad-free, trial version, hoping that I wouldn't be forced into in-app purchases, and that I'd be playing offline, but alas, I was basically forced to watch ad after ad just to stay in the game without purchases, and one ad is, not G rated! At times my points failed to load, and my poor animals were starving, because you don't get enough berries to feed them. How can you be offline while it's playing so many ads? Uninstalled..

I L❤️VE Game of Words! I still play this game on a daily basis. However, I would like to see more new levels, characters/pets, exploring different landscapes etc. Just patiently waiting at the moment. I enjoy playing this game because it's very relaxing for me. Unlike some other games that can increase my anxiety and worse stress me out. Overall great game! 🥰

This will be my 7th time playing this game all the way to the very last level. It's pretty cool. Only problem would be the over abundance of ad after ad after ad.... If you can tolerate the many ads, you will enjoy playing this game. I'm actually unable to start at the first level right now. And when I added Facebook, it took me to the very end of the game. (BTW, the new homes to build are big, bold, and beautiful! Good job)!! Any ideas as to what's wrong? Thanx

Great fast-moving word action. Ads are compartmentalized, so you may choose when to watch them for bonuses. Nice game! UPDATE: After months of play have reached level 814. I like that GoW gives us a framework to fit words into, rather than just length, because it can be difficult to discern which of several possibilities is what the game needs. However, it seems the higher the level, the lower the value of the daily rewards. It becomes more difficult to accumulate enough points to advance.

Recently hit level 1100, so obviously I really enjoy the game. However, some puzzles are totally arbitrary in what words are accepted (a word will be accepted in one puzzle and not the next for example), and that is endlessly frustrating. Besides that though, the game is a really fun brain exercise, it's easy to play without spending money (although I do support games I like, like this one, as should you!), and the graphics are really cute and well done.

I really like this game. I love feeding the pets and seeing what the builds bring. I like that you have something to do with the points you make. I'm about halfway through the levels and can't wait to see what happens when I reach the end. The most fun and cutest word-swiping game I've downloaded by far! Hint: Get as many words that are not words in the puzzle as you can before you complete it. You might still run out of energy, but getting those extra points helps you build faster.

2nd update: if you leave & return to the current game for any reason, you are penalized, even if you solve without hints & find all the bonus words. This needs to be fixed because the game can't tell if you left accidentally or not. Either way shouldn't matter! I enjoyed the bonus grammar questions when I first began playing, but they disappeared after the first few games. Not sure what country this game is from, but real English words are unrecognized & alternate spellings are given credit.

I started out really enjoying this game. Because I could get hints when I needed them. However, after about level 127 that wasn't the case. I could not get a hint unless I bought coins. I'm not going to spend a lot of money for coins. Also I don't like the pet aspect. It is too hard to win free 🍓 for the pets. I don't have or want a pet in real life! Ha! Plus, it's so I realistic for the pet to be sleeping, if they are really hungry. This game in not for me!

Great Game. Would have given 5 stars but like most games you either have to purchase more crystals to play more games, or wait until your time passes to get more crystals. I am a word gamer who can easily play 100-200 rounds a day. So having to wait hours or days after playing through 40-50 rounds sucks. And paying is not an option. The rounds so far are pretty easy also. Have not been stumped once. And I average 7-11 bonus words per round. Other than that.... This is a great game.

I love this game but lately, when I'm watching an ad to get my reward, it keeps going to the install the game page and my rewards go in the toilet as it takes me back to restart the game. It's very frustrating. And like I said on my last review, the higher up levels...are pretty cheap on the payoffs. I guess if I spent my $$$ you might give me my due? Plus, I have about 60 strawberrys and no pets until I reach several upgraded homes. I think you can most likely do better. Thank you!
